Myself and 9 other women stayed here for 5 nights to visit our friend working locally. It’s a great location to get to the beach - very short walk. Local pharmacy and local small supermarket all walkable. We were more than happy with the airbnb - we felt it was bigger than the photos which was excellent. The airbnb was nice and clean. We felt safe and the area is peaceful. Muchos gracias Juan! ❤️

Ich war 1 Monat über Weihnachten und Silvester in dieser für mich perfekten Unterkunft direkt an der Strandpromenade. Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht zur sonnigen Meeresseite gelegen und daher etwas schattig ist, so hatte sie doch alles, was ich brauchte, um mich sehr gut, sehr heimisch und sehr entspannt zu fühlen. Und sobald man aus der Haustür tritt, steht man auf der Promenade. Fantastisch! Entlang des Strandes gibt es eine Reihe netter Cafés und Restaurants, auch die Altstadt hat ihren Charme. Für mich alles in allem das ideale Winterdomizil. Ganz besonderen Dank an Raúl, der mit seiner unkomplizierten, hilfreichen, kommunikationsstarken und vor allem herzlichen Art in jeder Hinsicht zu meiner schönen Zeit dort beigetragen hat!

un posto bello, il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile, una casa stupenda, immersa nella natura ,letto comodissimo, non ricordo quando ho dormito tanto.. Mi sono rigenerata. Grazie di tutto.

Gorgeous apartment, exactly like on the pictures. Everything is new, and spotless clean. 5min walk to supermarkets, 10 min to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast in the sun! Check-in very convenient woth lockbox. Lots to see all around, beaches, villages, hikes within a 20 min drive. Recommendations from the gost were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Todo fantástico

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Les hôtes sont réactifs et sympathiques, les instructions sont claires. Le logement est très propre et complet. L’emplacement est incroyable, à deux pas de la mer. Nous avons su nous garer gratuitement en ville tous les jours dans les rues adjacentes. Il faisait un peu froid dans le logement (février) mais grâce aux climatisations chaud/froid présentes, ce n’est qu’un détail. Je recommande à 100%!

Alojamiento perfecto, la casa es una pasada, limpio, nuevo, muy bien equipado y encima Beatriz es una anfitriona muy buena, pendiente en todo momento de nosotros. La terraza y la piscina lo mejor de la casa.

EL alojamiento nos ha parecido muy bonito. Cerquita de la playa y con todo lo que puedes necesitar para tener una estancia agradable. Victor , 10 puntos. Sus comentarios y ayuda fueron muy precisos. Absolutamente recomendable

We absolutely loved staying in Marian’s place, the apartment was so lovely and spacious, it had a well equipped kitchen and the location was fabulous. There were lovely restaurants and cafes right on the door step and we could walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Todo genial! El ático cuenta con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y cómodo!. Tiene unas vistas muy lindas y queda muy cerca de la playa y de los sitios para ir a comer! 100% recomendable. No dudaría en regresar!

What an incredible little house! A beautiful cozy wooden cabin a short walk, approximately 700 m from the iconic beach of El Palmar. It was absolutely perfect for us, a couple with our dog. Great kitchen, lots of space, well equipped. Outside space was super cool with a great traditional Spanish barbecue and a good seating area. The pool area was closed off as we went mid winter time. It’s actually a separate area connected to the side of the house. In December pretty much everything is closed in the area so make sure you go in well stocked up! You can tell it’s a summer town, but we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of visiting over the winter when nobody is there and you can really get the most out of the beach. The beach is truly lovely - it’s big, plenty of walking, just a great area. The host David was super responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back!

Spectacular home in a spectacular location with a spectacular host! Maria Jesus and her mother made us feel right at home. The home is a gem in a quiet area with wonderful beach access. Sunsets from the top floor and roof are simply spectacular. I am overusing that word on purpose because it was just such a great stay. The back porch is comfortable for eating, relaxing, and swimming in the pool. The kitchen has whatever you might need for your stay. Quick drives to Conil del la Frontera for groceries. Wonderful paths all around the area for strolling, hiking, or mountain biking. Pharmacy nearby (walking distance) just in case you need it! I am so grateful to have found Maria Jesus' place—away from the hustle and bustle (and tourism) of Cadiz, yet close enough for day trips. If we come back this way, I won't even bother looking elsewhere, would go straight back here! Thank you for a truly spectacular stay with wonderful hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay in March 2025. The check-in was smooth and easy, and having a parking spot in the garage right by the elevators was super convenient. The building felt very secure, which we appreciated. The apartment was perfectly equipped — the kitchen, bedroom, and living room were all comfortable and stylish. The beds and sofas were very cozy, and the balcony with sliding glass panels let us enjoy meals, even before the season started. The beach was just a 1minute walk away, and we loved having beach gear available. The complex was quiet and almost empty — a true luxury. Paloma was an outstanding host: incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. We honestly couldn’t find a single thing we didn’t like. This place was perfect, and we’d happily come back!

Nos encantó la estancia, las vistas al mar eran espectaculares y el apartamento es muy agradable y está en una zona tranquila. David fue bastante atento y amable. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Full kitchen Very comfortable bed Elevator Martha available at all times for any questions 15 minutes walking to Cadiz downtown. Or you can take the bus only 7 minutes, bus stop super close to the apartment. The beach is accross the street A place to stay when visiting Cadiz

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.

We had a lovely stay. The sea view from the bed and kitchen as well as the proximity to a more secluded beach (2min by foot) were especially amazing. The cabin provided everything we needed and Javier was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much! Would definitely come back :)

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely airbnb. The space is truly beautiful with a jacuzzy bathtub in the bathroom and everything one needs in the studio. There is a beautiful path that leads through the dunes to Tarifa. The wifi is not very strong but they offered me their router while they were on holiday, so I could do my business calls. All in all, I dearly recommend this beautiful studio, surrounded by beautiful, wild nature.

Lorena es una súper anfitriona en todos los aspectos. Nos hemos sentido como en casa en una zona preciosa y con vistas privilegiadas. Mi recomendación es : No te puedes perder este apartamento!!. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa e inolvidable

Wohnung und Infrastruktur der Wohnanlage in Ordnung: Grösse perfekt auch für längeren Aufenthalt (auch bei sehr schlechtem Wetter!), El. Heizung vorhanden, notwendige Geräte für den Alltag stehen zur Verfügung. Schnelle Reaktion der Gastgeberin auf Anfragen; freundlicher Empfang und einfaches Check-In. Die Wohnung ist halt leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die undichten Fenster und Balkontüre (es hat reingeregnet...) sowie Küche und Bad würden eine Renovation gut vertragen.
