1000% worth it! Location is excellent and apartment is even more spacious than we initially thought. Paolo was a communicative and generous host. Even made arrangements to accommodate us having a baby. I did extensive research on lodging options before our trip, and with this Airbnb you definitely get what you pay for when choosing it. It is mere minutes away from countless shops, restaurants, Campo De' Fiori, and Piazza Navona. Using rideshare is simple as you can get picked up right out your front door. Since you are right off the main street there is the unavoidable street noise, but there is a room back away from the street where sensitive sleepers can stay. For the rooms, space, and location...this Airbnb is hard to beat. Thanks Paolo and team for a great stay while in Rome!

Nathalie’s apartment is a great base from which to explore Monti and all of Rome. The neighborhood is dynamic and energetic, full of great places to eat and fascinating things to see. If you’re noise-sensitive, know that the thumping house music from the bar downstairs continues until 12 or 1 an on some nights, but we were so exhausted from being on our feet all day that it wasn’t a problem at all for us!

The appartment is great, super clean, have a bus station and a grocery store that you can reach by walking. The appartment have a great kitchen and a cute terrace. Our only negative point with this place is that it’s far away from the center so you absolutely have to take the bus which is not always there on time which makes the traveling time consuming. Other than that, this place is great!

Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

This apartment is very nice and clean and has a really nice and big balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need in a kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom and there is a lot of space in the rooms. Everything works fine! It is quiet in the evening and night, which was really nice after spending the whole day in the center of Rome. Maurizio who manages the place is very friendly and helpful - he answered our questions very quickly and he was there to say welcome when we arrived and he was showing us everything in the apartment and told us how to go to the center and so on. I will recommend this apartment - thank you for a very nice stay!

Serena is a wonderful host! She provided so many great recommendations and was so proactive and extremely responsive, we felt like we were in good hands. The neighborhood is perfect for seeing the sights, walkable to any major attraction but also private and free from street noise. If I venture to Rome again I will definitely look to see if Serena’s place is available.

Daniela was a great host. She was always responsive, always ready to help and support. Apartment was very beautiful and cozy with all needed amenities. On the last day, she took us to the bus station in her car. To reach out the city center you should take a bus, then metro. Bus station is just near the house. Also there is a supermarket not far from the apartment. The area is safe and comfortable. Will return here for sure.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a lovely place. Despite being in a cultural hub beside the Pantheon, the bedroom in the apartment is totally silent. Comfy bed too! Everything in the apartment was well-maintained (good kitchen, good bathroom) and Lucia is a great host!

We had a lovely stay at Fabio's place the past month! The location is phenomenal and extremely walkable to Rome's iconic landmarks. We enjoyed grabbing gelato nearby and there are many spots nearby in the neighbourhood that were accessible to us.

Appartamento ben arredato e confortevole, immerso nel verde, situato in una zona tranquilla con pochissimo passaggio di autovetture, ottimo anche come base di partenza per visitare Roma. Rico l'Host e stato cordiale e tempestivo nel rispondere a ogni nostra domanda ,ci siamo trovati bene.

Logement très agréable et à proximité de la plage, de la gare et de la pinède. Walter est très accueillant et le contact est très facile. Toutefois le logement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville où se trouvent les commerces et animations. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour profiter de Rome toute proche et des plaisirs de la mer et plage

Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Mieszkanie czyste, w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko metra, sklepów i restauracji. Super kontakt z gospodarzem, bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, jest bardzo pomocny i chętny do kontaktu z gośćmi. Polecam! 🙂

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and beautifull. The kitchen was very useful with all that you need. The coffee and the water from the house were very wellcomed after a long trip. We appreciated a lot the beautifull private terrace where you can have your coffee in the morning or some quiet time in the evening, after a long day exploring Rome. A bus station is a few meters after you go out of the apartment and the metro station is 10 min walking. There is also a supermarket located near the Metro station. I really recomand this accomodation, we had a very nice experice!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella struttura di Stefano, ed è stata un' esperienza fantastica. Dal momento del nostro arrivo, Stefano è stato un host super disponibile, cortese, attento e ci ha dato tanti consigli preziosi. L'aperitivo e la colazione offerta durante il soggiorno sono stati abbondanti e molto apprezzati. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di usufruire del servizio sauna e idromassaggio, esperienza unica all'insegna del relax. L'appartamento, come si evince dalle foto, è molto accogliente e fornito di ogni necessità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! ☺️
