O Apartamento de Alessandro é lindo! Bem decorado, camas confortáveis, assim como tudo na casa. Tudo novinho! Silêncio maravilhoso para dormir e o privilégio de acordar olhando as árvores. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Alessandro nos deu recomendações úteis de como se locomover sem carro na cidade. Foi gentil em várias situações. Eu com certeza voltarei para ter dias de descanso. Tudo incrível! Obrigada!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Buon compleano , mon amoureuse et moi souhaitions pouvoir écrire quelques lignes pour remercier Fernando, pour sa disponibilité autant à l’arrivé que par message et la qualité de son logement. Il nous a répondu tout le long du séjour pour nous orienter vers les meilleurs adresses de Rome. Son logement est impeccable, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, un énorme plus pour les linges de maison et de bain jusqu’aux chaussons neufs pour sortir de la douche. La salle de bain est à l’image de Rome, élégante et raffiné. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire jusqu’à l’adapteur pour la cafetière indispensable avant d’aller dans le vieille ville romaine a seulement 15mn en bus du logement grâce à la ligne de bus en bout de rue. Bardzo polecamy zakwaterowanie w tym mieszkaniu jako baza wypadowa - doskonałe połączenie metrem A do najważniejszych zabytków, szybki dojazd oraz zbliżone odległości od wejść. Ambra jako gospodarz była bardzo komunikatywna, pomogła nam w dotarciu z lotniska do mieszkania (przylecieliśmy w nocy), jej wskazówki były bardzo pomocne. Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem, czyste, pachnące, z dużą ilością światła. W okolicy mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji. Bardzo polecamy i jeśli będziemy wracać do Rzymu- wrócimy również do tego mieszkania:)

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Très jolie appartement , propre, avec tout le confort pour un couple, literie confortable. Tomasz et son épouse ont été au petit soin et très réactif à chaque demande. Je recommande vivement

Despite the accommodation being close to the station we decided to take up the offer of a taxi service which was ideal as it was our first time in Rome and cheaper than the train for a group of 8. However the location was just around the corner from the train station and a close proximity to a lot of the attractions. The host met us at the accommodation and showed us around. She had already sent us a lot of details recommending places to visit and places to eat which was very helpful. The accommodation was clean, and a great place to stay. The neighbours were lovely too. Thanks a lot for making our first trip to Rome one to remember. 👍🏾

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

We didn’t have a chance to stay at this location long as we arrived quite late and had to fly out quite early the next morning. We ran into a little snag opening the car gate, but Ricardo got out of bed close to midnight and met us there to unlock the gate so we could get a few hours of peaceful sleep knowing the car was secure. I wish we could have stayed more than 6 hours because this was probably the best house suited for our kids with games and toys to play with inside and out. Two twin beds for the kids to sleep on and other kid friendly aspects that we didn’t get to fully enjoy. This house was very close to the airport yet we didn’t hear any airplanes while there. Nice long table for the whole family to sit at for meals.

Muy hermoso lugar con una cama y almohadas increíbles y súper cómodas, aunque el lugar parece que no es nada turístico, definitivamente es un lugar lindo para hospedarse

Alloggio accogliente per 5 persone... pulito e a pochi passi dal mare... stare attendi alla doccia per 5.. essendoci un boiler, i primi che fanno la doccia non devono sostare troppo sotto la doccia... per il resto tutto ok...

Barbara’s place was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. We had trouble leaving the airport bc of the strikes and Barbara was very understanding and flexible with our check in time. She met us at the gate and showed us around the apartment. She had food and drinks stocked for us! Who does that?! Barbara does! We were so grateful. She had a list of local recommendations for places to eat. I found that renting an electric scooter or bike was the best and most fun way to get around town and down to the city! Barbara is a very gracious host and made my son feel very special for his birthday. 🥰 I highly recommend this spot for your stay to Rome

Even prettier in person than the photos. Loved coffee on the garden patio. Location is wonderful for Colosseum and Roman Forum. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby with a market across the street. The place was spotless and modern. Highly recommend!

certainly super hosts in a super apartment. the hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and before that. the apartment is quaint and beautiful and 5 minute walk for st.peters basilica, walking distance from many other important spots and from comfortable public transport. the street was busy and hechtic during the day but the apartment is quiet and private. in summary, it was really supper.

My two sisters and I stayed at Rudi’s home for 4 nights. Upon our arrival in Rome, we had planned to meet my niece for a birthday lunch and Rudi was very flexible with our check-in time. He was friendly and helpful with the instructions about the lift to the sixth floor condo, which was clean, bright and spacious. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed sitting on the 2 patios taking in the view of the city a few times. We were walking distance from all the sights in Rome with cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. Rudi checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and our self check out was easy. We had a lovely stay in Rome at Rudi’s home!

Michele's apartment with the set of terraces is a beautiful place to spent your holidays in Rome. The views are beautiful and it made your stay a lot more pleasant. The central location and proximity to the metro station was also a big plus.

Great place everything was as described, the host was awesome and the location was great. We definitely recommend this place.

Very spacious. Provided some things for baby like toys and cot, - the high chair didn’t have a seat belt and therefore we didn’t use it since we have a wiggly child. It is next to several different restaurants and bars and the colosseum is walkable. Has a small elevator for luggages. The rooms can feel a bit hot and dry due to central heating but I opened the windows and it was fine. However some neighbors can be quite noisy outside late into the weekend nights. Overall a good stay in Monti district.
