I booked Anton's place for my family (wife, 3-month old kid and dog) and it was the perfect place! Cute private house with clean rooms, kitchen, toilet and bath. If you re looking for a place that's quiet but still close enough to the beach (10 min drive), Anton's place is a great choice! Thanks and will definitely book Goldberry farmstay when we visit again soon!

Highly recommended in Sagada. Ms. Mary was very responsive and we got all our request. She’s very kind. Very big place for 4 couples n our driver. Complete kitchen and dining utensils, we enjoyed cooking fresh local vegetables. Quiet place we have a very relaxed 2 nights stay. Near the town center. Once again Mary & family, thank you for allowing us to stay in your nice Homestay.

Maribas was very accommodating and generous. Our family of 13 has more than enough room and enjoyed every minute of her beautiful home. Can see the rice terraces from the balcony. Highly recommended

Nice and interesting place with some nice views from the rooftop deck. The A/C units and the hot water in the shower work great. Felt great to have a real hot shower. Peter is a great host. He is very helpful, friendly, professional and responsive.

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

Their suite/private unit is like a cozy condo staycation, making you feel at home immediately. It comes with all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. Conveniently located just a 3-minute ride away from the city's largest mall, SM City, which is a huge plus, and offering a comfortable stay for a family. The staff was super helpful, and their quick response to any concern makes your stay even more pleasant. They also have a private parking area that we were able to use. I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone staying in Tuguegarao. Thank you host and staff! :)

We had a great stay at this place. Peaceful but if you’re sensitive to noise, you may want to bring earplugs because it’s a bit noisy due to cars/trucks passing by because the house is located beside a road. As for the house, the room that we stayed in is big and nice and it can accommodate more than 6 people since it has 3 big double deck beds however the aircon is not cold enough to accommodate it during the day. An electric fan would be nice to have. Though it becomes cold at night. The room also has a lock so youre sure your belongings are secured however the maindoor doesn’t have working lock on it. It needs some fixing on the door locks. Lastly, there’s no water in the morning, maybe a water tank would be helpful so that guests will not need to take a bath super early or super late. But otherwise, we had a great stay. The host and the caretaker are very responsive and helpful. Glenda also allowed us to pick indian mangoes from her backyard 💜

The house is literally a couple of minutes away from the beach!. The host was very helpful 😊
