I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

The listing was exactly as described, extremely clean and Alessandro and Claudia responded to inquiries super quickly, were so helpful and made sure we were all ok. Would highly recommend as the beach was so close to the AirBnB, restaurants were all around and it was a beautiful apartment. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Barbara, bella,ben ristrutturata, ottimo design. La posizione è eccellente, a 5 minuti dalla Fontana maggiore e dalle principali località di interesse artistico e culturale. Barbara è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. la consiglio vivamente a tutti

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

The apartment was cozy and clean and in a quiet area. Services and restaurants nearby. The historic center is easily accessible by escalator. I received good directions and Chiara answered all my questions quickly.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. prachtig huis, in het centrum van Fano. Op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants, zee. Goede service!

Daniele’s place was amazing and exactly as described. My family (2 adults & 7yr old) picked his location because we wanted to relax at the end of our 2 week trip in Italy. I can’t say enough good things about his place: beautiful & relaxing views (one living room wall is entirely glass facing a luscious green landscape), comfortable furniture, lots of outdoor garden sitting spaces to enjoy, all the basic necessities including a washing machine and dish washer with soap/detergent provided, very clean, comfortable linens, hosts/cohosts were responsive and lovely people who answered all our questions and offered recommendations. My daughter enjoyed exploring the gardens. The hosts set up a comfy cot for her in the study but we moved the mattress to the bedroom floor next to us. We made simple dinners and heated up food in the oven. One day we ordered pizza delivered to us. We had a car but don’t recommend driving inside Perugia. There’s a bus stop nearby that only charges 2 Euros.

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

We had an amazing time in Italy and Giuseppe’s place help us to achieve it. Clean, organised and fully equipped with all amenities listed. The host was friendly, quick to reply and gave us great tips and options in the surroundings. Highly recommend if you visiting and staying in Perugia.

PROs: - Giacomo goes out of his way to make you happy. Excellent and rapid Whats App communication. - right on the edge of Centro storico so can walk everywhere - extremely quiet as it faces interior courtyard, never hear anything from other units or outside - modern apt with comfortable bed, lots of closet space and spacious shower - 2 TVs, one in each room - lights have remote control dimmers - Cooking facilities excellent - Nescace Dolce Gusto coffee machine with lots of pods provided CONs: - no microwave - parking around apt is 3 Euros per hour 8-22h - closest free parking 750m away which is 12 min walking incl lots of stairs - no elevator but only 25 steps up to apt - apt not overly bright - no bath towels just bath robes - if going in mid-summer, not sure place would be cool enough (only 1 vent)

Fantastic place to stay in Pesaro! Apartment was clean, tidy, matches photos and was well presented with all the amenities I needed. Was a very pleasant stay. Oscar was very friendly and responsive and helped me find the place and also gave some tips on local sights to see. Would happily stay here again!

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Sono certo che questo è il miglior appartamento in cui siamo stati tramite Airbnb. Marco + Michele sono padroni di casa fantastici. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha un'auto e vuole un'esperienza confortevole e lussuosa a un ottimo prezzo. Anche a breve distanza in auto dalla mini metropolitana Pian di Massiano con parcheggio gratuito in modo che il centro storico sia di facile accesso.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

Andrea è stato un host molto gentile e si è sempre reso disponibile alle nostre richieste. La casa è grande (più di quello che appare in foto), pulita, ordinata, corredata di tutto, provvista di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata. Ci sono armadi, cassetti e ripiani spaziosi. La terrazza, da cui si vede il mare, è molto ampia, fornita di tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e comodo lavandino esterno e barbecue. Marzocca è a pochi km da Senigallia, raggiungibile in una decina di minuti in auto. L'autostrada è facilmente raggiungibile. Poco lontani ci sono bellissimi borghi antichi e a mezz'ora circa Ancona e oltre il Conero. La posizione è ottima per esplorare questa zona delle Marche. La casa è a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, sia libera sia con stabilimenti balneari. Vicino ci sono supermercati e farmacia, pizzeria, bar e ristoranti per tutte le tasche. La casa si affaccia sulla ferrovia, come tutte quelle in questa zona lungo il mare Adriatico, ma è ottimamente insonorizzata
