Great price for a rustic spot close to everything.

A fantastic place as close to the ocean as you can get. I nice balcony with seating and a hammock. I loved the sound of the surf. It felt private and relaxing. The unit is quite rustic but it has everything you need. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place and location!

This was our second time staying here. The first time, we only stayed one night, and we knew we wanted to return. The room is spacious and beautiful, and the setting is gorgeous! The included breakfast was tasty and filling. We were right next door to the snorkel tours to the National Park, which was perfect for us. The town is walkable with great restaurants, and it is a short walk to the National Park trail. Our stay was very relaxing and we hope to return again in the future.

Cabinas muy lindas, espero volver. Lo único incómodo es que la chica de recepción no nos brindo la información completa del costo del late check out y al final tuvimos que pagar un poco de más, sin embargo fue amable. Esperamos volver

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay in one of the secret gardens barrels. Overall, this was a unique and comfortable experience. Sufficiently clean with good facilities. The bathrooms and toilets were very modern, however, they could be a little far depending on which cabin you are in. The kitchen had all amenities needed but could get a little busy! Communal areas provide a great space to unwind with comfy swinging chairs, hammocks, canteen, and a seated smoking area in the sun. The location was perfect. Very close to the national park and beaches within. A short walk to idyllic black sanded beaches with an infectious Caribbean care-free vibe. The secret gardens does in fact feel secret, surrounded by plants and trees with occasional friendly sloth visitors. You are spoiled for choice with restaurants and shops only a couple minutes down the road. The host was very happy to provide useful information on our future travel plans. We would definitely recommend!x

Excelente ubicación, lugar privado pero muy cerca a Manzanillo, estaba limpio y nos hicieron limpieza en la estadía, cocina equipada, solo falto un cuchillo, personal amigable, no pudimos utilizar la piscina porque estaba en remodelación pero se veía muy bonita, grande y limpia! Súper recomendado, es muy cómodo en relación con los servicios que ofrecen!

From the moment I arrived, I was very well taken care of. The place is superb, clean and warm. The staff is extraordinary and very caring, which made me feel at home. The view is simply magnificent, and the food… a big WOW! An unforgettable experience that I recommend without hesitation!🌿🧘‍♀️🗿

Roberta is a great host and her place is located within walking distance to everything you need, restaurants groceries beaches. The rooms are sparkling clean and a very good breakfast to start your day. Definitely we will stay at her place in our future trips.

Very convenient place near National Park, bars and shops and the bus station

El lugar es de fácil acceso y es un espacio tranquilo. puntos a mejorar: - El baño no tenía cortinas o puertas, eso permite que el piso de fuera se moje. - En términos personales una ducha estaría bien. - Poco papel higiénico - La refrigeradora estaba un poco sucia. - El cuarto se percibia cierto olor a humedad no logramos identificar por qué. - Si notamos cierto descuido en relación a las fotos de la publicación. - Encontramos un par de gusanos dentro del cuarto, si hay que tener cuidado con eso. En general para pasar la noche y poder tener un buen descanso está bien.

Todo súper bien, exactamente como las fotos, lugar tranquilo para hospedarse rodeado de naturaleza y muy bonito! Sin duda volveré… 💯

Rodolfo sein Häuschen und Grundstück liegen direkt am Cahuita Park. Schon vor der Anreise bekommt man sehr viele Infos was wie wo. Angekommen begrüßte uns seine Freundin und Manfred & Luna (seine Hunde). Alles war sehr schön und man sollte wissen, das men direkt im Dschungel schläft! Brüllaffen, Faultiere und Insekten inkl. Das Frühstück war immer selbst gemacht, landestypisch und frisch - Rodolfo überrascht seine Gäste gern. Der Kaffee nur leeecker und so viel wie man kann… Privatsphäre hat man auch, Rodolfo schläft 50m weiter im eigenen Haus und ist ab und an am Haus herum. Wenn nicht, ist er auf Tour denn er ist Guide; was wir vorher nicht wussten. Eine Kanutour auf dem Fluss oder eine Nachtwanderung durch sein weitläufiges Grundstück sollte man machen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort um an der Karibik unmittelbar die Natur zu genießen. Pura Vida

Robert and Stephanie met me when I arrived on the shuttle bus from San Jose. That was perfect as it was dark and I didn't know where I was going. Such a warm welcome. The apartment was super clean. The kitchenette had everything I needed to cook-2 gas rings, plates, cups etc. The bathroom was great, big shower with lots of hot water and towels. The bed was big and very comfortable. Lots of cushions and a blanket. The bed room has very high ceilings so nice and cool with the fan on. The garden was beautiful for butterfly watching. I saw my first hummingbird most days, that was so special. I heard Howler monkies (so loud). Internet speed was great. They have bikes if you want to rent them. I used tuk-tuks or Uber as it was too hot for me to walk into the town. It's very private and the gate is locked so I felt completely safe. Stephanie is absolutely delightful and Mango, their rescue dog, very cute. Thanks Stephanie for such a wonderful stay.

The listed photos don’t do the property justice! Beautiful layout, very responsive staff and the wildlife was awesome. We saw parrots,howler monkeys and even saw a 3 toe sloth. Super tranquil location.

Nos encantó! Fuimos con un bebé, pudimos usar la piscina sin problema, ambiente tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa y comercios, también del centro, fueron muy atentos y el lugar limpio y ordenado.. volvería a repetir definitivamente.
