We spent a fantastic 6 nights at No 5 The Grange. It is in a great location for walking to the beach (0.5km down the road, no pavement but few cars and all slow and courteous). Shonagh was communicative and helpful from the beginning and sent clear instructions to find The Grange. Number 5 is at North East corner of the building. The residents parking bays aren't labelled apart from a blue sign for No. 5, that was very helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very functional - clear instructions about the bins, a heated clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner and very well equipped kitchen are the sort of homely touches that really elevate an Airbnb. The bed was extremely cosy, both showers hot and powerful, and an unexpected bonus of TVs in both bedrooms also. We travelled with our dog and he felt immediately at home. Of note, The White Horse (10 min walk) and The Cock and Bull are dog friendly. Thank you Shonagh, we loved Balmedie and will be back!

Last minute get away, the pod it’s self was absolutely beautiful, warm and well equipped. Easy check in, the private hot tub was a lovely. Shower wasn’t that powerful but it absolutely did the job! Check the safety information if you are allergic to horses. 🫣 it does state that there will be horses close (I clearly didn’t check this before booking, ooops) Although they were no problem at all!! They were far enough away from the pod apart from a blink in the morning so it was absolutely no issue for us really. Overall it is a beautiful place and we highly recommend staying here!! A fabulous caravan! It was comfortable, cosy and clean. We had a great stay, the 4 children enjoyed the games, the kitchen had all we needed and the location is peaceful but not too far from the play park, pool and restaurant. Avril was a great host, very friendly and check-in and out was easy. We would definitely recommend this caravan to friends and family, our stay was wonderful and not long enough! If we come back to Lossiemouth we’d stay here without a doubt. The beach is also stunning and we enjoyed watching the RAF planes too. Thank you Avril! X

This was our second stay and we hope to return again. The caravan is in a great location, just minutes walk from the lovely beach and plenty of nearby beaches and walks. The caravan itself is clean, cosy and modern and has everything you need. Perfectly spacious for two adults and a child. We enjoyed food at Harbour Lights, Lossiemouth Marina and takeaway from Macraj which can be delivered to the entrance. Findhorn is nice to visit and is a stop at Brodie Countryfare.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

Had a wonderful time away with friends on a tame Hen weekend. Colin had a hamper of goodies waiting for us upon our arrival which made the stay extra special. Perfect venue for our needs with the major plus of us all having our own room and ensuite shower room. Also very central for things to do around Aberdeen.

Moira was a fantastic host from start to finish. She was extremely sensitive to our situation and nothing was too much trouble. The house was so cute and lovely; had everything we needed. We definitely would stay there again.

My family and I had a great time. Caravan was clean and tidy had everything needed for our stay. I would recommend to anyone. My son enjoyed the games which was nice for them to be made available. I stay at Boat of Garten several times a year and love it.
