It was a great place and exactly matched the description and photos, also Courtney was very helpful and responsive.

This house was everything that we needed for a peaceful trip away to FNQ. Our host, Cameron, was amazing at communicating and helping with local information, especially as the region was dealing with Cyclone Jasper and the aftermath prior to our visit. The pool served us well, good surrounds, peaceful and clean. We loved it so much that we are planning another trip at the end of the year.

Tom is an excellent host and does everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The location of his home is on walking distance to a popular hiking and swimming area, i would definetly recommend checking that out! I enjoyed my stay here very much, it was quiet and allowed me to do alot of work in peace. You would love a stay here if you like nature and hiking!

Great spot out in the mountains, only a 15 min drive to cairns or northern beaches. Bit of a climb up to the property but good for getting the heart pumping! Tom is friendly and responsive and well organised location.

Perfect location with clean and peaceful surroundings. House was in perfect condition and we also had a Garage to park our vehicle. The only two minor issues were. no WiFi connection, we had to go outside and get signal and there were too many rules and restrictions when using the house. we were not given access to the other bedroom. Otherwise house was great.

We had a wonderful time here in Cairns and truly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. If we visit Cairns in the future, we’ll definitely choose to stay here again.

Tom war ein guter Gastgeber, der sich sehr um einen tollen Aufenthalt bemüht hat. Er hat uns außerdem Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft war makellos und ein Traum in der Natur.

Stayed for two weeks working at the hospital, good 30 minute walk each way along the esplanade. So close to the botanic gardens too. Good pools to swim in. Host was thoughtful and responsive when I couldn’t get the wifi working, fixed it in a flash. Definitely would stay here again. Just a note for those not used to bugs: put any edible rubbish in a bag in the fridge till you take the rubbish out, to avoid bugs. Worked just fine.

A home away from home. An amazing place to stay. Judi and David made us feel truly at home and nothing was too much to ask. By the end of your stay they are friends rather than air bnb hosts. Everything you could ever need was in there. We would definitely visit here again.

Lovely space to relax after catching up with family all day. Perfect size and couldn’t have asked for anything more for my partner and I. Karen was a great host and will definitely look to stay again next time we are in Cairns.
