Cala Caterina : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

La casa di Marcello ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza in relax e di godere della bellezza delle spiagge vicinissime sia a piedi che in auto. La casa è funzionale, pulita e il doppio servizi è molto comodo per le famiglie. A pochi passi si trovano ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, farmacia, ecc. I consigli di Marcello sono stati di grande aiuto.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Die alleinstehende Villa liegt direkt am Strand und hat damit eine großartige Lage. Der Blick aufs Meer jeden Morgen war überragend. Der Strandabschnitt direkt vor dem Haus ist sauber und ruhig. Der Empfang durch Laura, Marcos Mutter, war sehr herzlich und einladend (sardische Süßigkeiten, Sekt und Eis als Willkommensgruß). Die Kommunikation mit Marco und Laura war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Ausstattung und die Räumlichkeiten haben die Beschreibung und die Bilder in der Anzeige eher übertroffen. Die Gartenmöbel wurden z.B. erneuert und die Räume sind heller und freundlicher als auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet: ein Kajak, Liegen für den Garten, eine warme Außendusche, die Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - nur eine Geschirrspülmaschine haben wir etwas vermisst. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 10 Personen (2 Kindern) und haben in der Unterkunft gut Platz gefunden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Es war uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung von Laura. Sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, schöner Garten.

Es war sehr schön bei Ekaterina. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wie daheim zu fühlen. Wir konnten dort kochen und auf der schönen Terrasse relaxen. Der 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand nach oben zum Haus war zwar anstrengend, aber dafür macht man ein wenig Sport und bleibt fit :) (Übrigens, wenn man auf dem schnellsten Weg zum Strand will, dann kann man unter der Brücke durchlaufen.)

Alice our host was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is extremely good value for money, views are amazing, and the pool is heated to perfection, in fact 'awesome'!!! Good wifi, tap water that is great to drink and everything you could need. 2 minute walk to lovely beach and beach bar open even in February! Thank you Alice from all of us!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Taty und Luca. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattetes - insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar bekochen. Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment, sowie Taty und Luca als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben die Unterkunft wie beschrieben vorgefunden und mit ordentlichem Grundstock ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffee und Tee und Waschmittel/Spültabs sowie Shampoo und Sonnencreme. Tolle ruhige Lage in Strand-Nähe. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus weiter :-)

Le logement de Giancarlo était agréable et paisible. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment magnifique. Le logement est pratique et spacieux. Merci à la personne en dessous qui a été adorable et qui nous a donné de bonnes grenades. Une bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous pouvons nous garer dans la cour en toute sécurité. Les plages à proximité sont très jolies. Séjour très sympa.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Went for a quick weekend trip with some friends! Had the absolutely best time thanks to Marwan! Absolutely stunning place and great area! So much to when you’re just chilling around the apartment!! So clean and organized! Also Marwan was an amazing host who was so flexible and great setting us in!! Would come back every year!!!

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Der Aufenthalt war super - top ausgestattete Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend mit wundervollem Meerblick. Mit dem Auto sind sie wunderschönen Strände an der Südküste gut zu erreichen sowie Restaurants und Supermärkte etc. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet und die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, flexibel und herzlich. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter 😊

Ho alloggiato a casa di Corrado con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone di cui 2 ragazzini e 1 bambino. Casa favolosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, dotata di tantissimi confort e con piacevolissimo spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare nella calma del luogo, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Sud Sardegna e il suo bellissimo litorale. Sicuramente torneremo in questa zona e da Corrado, persona fantastica sempre pronta ad aiutare e davvero ospitale. Grazie!!!

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.

It was lovely to stay at Davide’s place. A very special combination of a place that feels like home, yet very clean and guest friendly. It was perfectly equipped. Nearby Parking was super easy and the closest beach was nice and big. Thank you Davide for the coffee, your home and flexibility!

Wir haben uns in dieser tollen Wohnung gleich Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles neu. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, denn die Wohnung und der Ort Villasimius mit seinen tollen Stränden haben uns sehr gefallen. Danke an die tollen Gastgeber!
