We had a great week in this apartment which was right in the middle of Moraira. no more than a 5 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was pristine, newly renovated and comfortable.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

We stayed for 3 nights for the end of pur trip to Spain. The apartment is in a very central location. Be ready for noisy nights on Friday and Saturday, as it's on a club st street. We were aware upon booking- so no problem for us. Ana is a welcoming host, responsive and always available for your needs. Thanks to Ana's reccomdations we had a booking in a local restaurant for lunch with the mist delicious food, we also visited Flamenco evening based on her reccomendations. Great stay all in all.

The place is simply incredible. Peaceful surrounding, nature all around, amazing view, privacy and many beautiful places to visit within 20 minutes drive. We wanted peace and at the same time great location to drive around - was perfect. We loved having our own tapas and bbq with the sunset on the terrace. Ideal place to create great holidays! Absolutely recommended!!!

todo perfecto. apartamento en zona tranquila con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. la playa nada más cruzar la calle. la piscina te salva cuando hay bandera roja si tienes niños. y el garaje también es un gran añadido.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Met Maria on arrival, very friendly. fantastic location.. was on my own for 24 nights, felt very secure, with bolts on front door. Maintenance and cleanliness around building was excellent with a conceige on all day. Maria very responsive on any niggly problems. Great access straight to beach. Would highly recommend to others. Would book here again.

Increíble piso, el alojamiento es lo que se ve en las fotos y sin duda va a ser un lugar que visitaremos muchas veces. Excelentes anfitriones, si pudiera agregar más estrellas las agregaría !

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Perfekt gelegen. Morgens frühstücken auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick, nachmittags auf der Promenade bummeln und die Altstadt genießen. Abend in den Trubel von Benidorm eintauchen. Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Wohnung ist einfach aber perfekt. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Ankunft wurde perfekt durchgeführt. Obwohl mitten im Trubel konnten wir gut schlafen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Preis Leistung hervorragend 👍 Es ist einfach gehalten aber sauber und die zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken ist sehr nützlich. Großer Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) Ofen Mikrowelle Handtücher.. Logement propre et très bien rangé. Hotte réactif, manque juste un peu de soleil dans le logement et sur la terrasse c’est le seul bémol avec le vis à vis … Le reste était parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus !! Couple avec deux enfants en bas âges Très bien

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Was a lovely place. Jorlén communicated really well and always answered any questions we had quickly. It was only two of us and was the perfect size. Most restaurants and things to do was at least a 20 minute walk but was fine. The apartment was next to a bar so was a little noisy at night but again it did not bother us. Overall a really positive stay😊

Wunderschönes Apartment, in dem man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt mit allem was einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausmacht. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ebenfalls bestens ausgestattete Küche und blitzeblank. Äußerst schnelle und stets zuverlässige, hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit dem Koordinator Juan, stets super freundlich. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder her kommen und haben uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhige, sehr sichere Lage und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt. Skyline nicht zu überbieten. Tiptop!
