There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

El piso de Juana es más que un simple alojamiento. Todo está hecho con el más cuidadoso detalle que te hace sentir que estás como en casa. La decoración con tema marítimo es ideal para la zona y los detalles son tan sencillos como especiales. La vista es impresionante, por la noche la luna llena aparecía en la ventana y la podía apreciar desde la cama. Durante el día el sol no incidía directamente a través de la ventana por lo que el el apartamento se mantenía fresco e iluminado. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable y tiene a disposición sillas, sombrillas y toallas de playa e incluso sombreros para el uso de los huéspedes. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. La comunicación con Juana fue siempre directa y asertiva. Estuvo pendiente y fue proactiva al momento de la llegada y la salida. Recomiendo este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Y yo, sin duda, repetiré!!!!

Hemos estado muy bien. La casa es muy bonita y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Sin ninguna duda repetiremos.

Huoneisto oli aivan ihana, ja isoista ikkunoista avautui suoraan upea merimaisema. Majoituksessa oli 5 makuuhuonetta ja iso yhteinen tila, joten paikka soveltuu hyvin useammallekin perheelle ja sukupolvelle. Tulisin mielelläni uudelleen. Rosa oli todella ystävällinen ja kaikki sujui hyvin

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

La verdad que no pudimos haber escogido mejor sitio para nuestras vacaciones. La casa esta super bien, los aires enfriaron a tope, es pet friendly, limpia y la playa esta super cerca! 100% recomendado! ❤️❤️

Tack för en superhärlig vistelse under de fyra dagarna i huset! Vi samt övriga familjen firade min frus 65-årsdag och blev mer än väl serverade av Leifs rekommenderade kockteam som kom att bli en oförglömlig upplevelse för oss alla. I övrigt stortrivdes vi alla vid poolen på dagarna och i de många samkvämsfaciliteterna under övrig tid. Allt fanns och var väl genomtänkt för en fin gemenskap mellan gästerna. Tack Leif än en gång för en fantastisk vistelse och jag kan inte nog rekommendera Villa Punta Prima till andra!

Fantastiskt boende! Magisk utsikt och väldigt lyxigt område med uppvärmd pool, gym, tennisbana med mera. James var en superbra värd som svarade direkt om det var någon fundering. Kan värmt rekommendera.

Hemos estado en la casa de Brigitte mi familia y yo, fue una estancia estupenda. Yolanda la que cuida de la finca siempre pendiente y amable, muy flexible en la hora de entrada, la casa muy cómoda. Lo único que falta es un aire acondicionado pues hace mucho calor, pero en el anuncio no ponía aire acondicionado así que no fuimos engañados, solo comentó para mejorar la finca ya que es espectacular en todo. Además las playas y el pueblo magnífico de bonito y tiene todo que necesitamos para unas vacaciones muy buenas. Muchas gracias Brigitte y Yolanda por todo, lo recomiendo seguro.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The unit is directly across from the sea. There are no windows that face the sea but there easy access to the beach right outside the building. Layout of the unit is functional and family friendly. Beds were new and firm and pillows comfortable. Would recommend.

He estado una semana con mi pareja y han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. La casa es espectacular, con todo lo necesario y en buen estado. A destacar la joya que es la terraza. Increíbles las vistas y la buena temperatura en verano. La zona es ideal para desconectar. Un entorno residencial y familiar, muy tranquilo. Muy cerca andando hay 3 calas, destacando Cala Reona. También nos gustaron mucho las excursiones por la montaña hasta Cala Dorada (Calblanque). La comunicación con Alejandro fue muy buena. Muy buen anfitrión. Recomendadísimo.

The flat was beautiful. Had everything you needed and was extremely comfortable. Our host Lola was fantastic she couldn’t have done more for us. It was unfortunate we didn’t get use of the pool due to maintenance but this was not any fault of the host just unfortunate timing and Lola adjusted the price very fairly. The area around is extremely quiet and peaceful, there isn’t much to do, but that suited us perfect and the flat was so comfortable it was a pleasure to stay in and make your own entertainment Beach across the road was excellent went everyday. Some lovely recommendations for places to eat from our host. I would recommend any staying to have a car as this made things much easier as we travelled 30 minutes into Cartagena multiple times for some food etc. it gives you something different to do during the evening. M honestly cannot say enough about Lola she was the best host. Very accommodating.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im März 2025 und das trotz einiger Regentage. Das lag vor allem an der tollen Wohnung, die sowohl meiner Schwester mit ihren Kindern, als auch unseren Eltern und mir und meinem Partner alles geboten hat, was man sich wünschen kann. So ein toller Ausblick und ein wunderschöner Garten! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! Gracias!!

Ich möchte mich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch bedanken. Die Organisation war super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Nähe zum Strand! Es war unglaublich schön, morgens schnell am Meer zu sein und die frische Brise zu genießen. Das hat unseren Urlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in der Wohnung von Wietske! Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool, den man sich mit den anderen Mietern teilt und die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und direkt vor der Tür ist ein super Restaurant! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und war sehr gepflegt! Der Strand direkt an der Wohnung ist nicht ganz so schön, wenn man aber ein Stück geht, findet man ein paar schöne Ecken und mit dem Auto kann man zu vielen schönen Stränden fahren.

Apartamento bonito y acogedor a menos de 10 minutos de la playa. Muy bien equipado, zona tranquila con aparcamiento gratuito. Tewfik ha sido muy disponible y nos ha dado todas las informaciones que necesitábamos. Precio super. Muy recomendable.

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.
