Calabardina : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Vermits wij op zondag aankwamen en de winkels gesloten waren, had onze host een lekker basisontbijt met toebehoren klaargezet. Alle afspraken in vertrouwen nagekomen. Absolute aanrader. Voor minder mobiele personen ..."er zijn nogal wat trappen"... Fantastisch verblijf. Dank u Gordon en lieftallige echtgenote.

Кармэн - отличная хозяйка, всегда на связи, очень доброжелательная и гостеприимная, готовая помочь в любой момент. Очень приятное и полезное общение. Аппартаменты соответствуют описанию, все отлично. Apartamento bien ubicado con todos los servicios disponibles en una urbanización tranquila. El apartamento está bien equipado con buena decoración y muchos detalles por parte del propietario. Es amplio y con una terraza con vistas. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. Suosittelemme lämpimästi asuntoa ja ympäristöä. Sopivan lähellä mm. ruokakaupat, ravintoloita, meri ja hyvät hiekkarannat, pyörävuokraamo. Todella kiva lenkkeillä upeissa maisemissa ja käydä katsomassa flamingoja. Asunto oli yksi viihtyisimmistä missä olemme majoittuneet ja kommunikointi toimi moitteettomasti. Poreallas oli iso plussa helmikuussa. Voisimme helposti tulla tänne uudelleen. Kiitos!

Enjoyed our stay very much beautiful resort and lovely pools and people, restaurant and shop on site which is handy if you don’t want to go out, Beatrice was very friendly and checked in the whole time would definitely recommend ☺️

Agnes heeft haar best gedaan om het haar gasten zo gezellig en gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken. Er is niets wat ontbreekt en alles is het huis is heel gezellig ingericht 🫶

Sans doute un des meilleurs AirBnb ou nous avons séjourné. Accueil parfait avec une bouteille de vermouth artisanal et des oranges du jardin. L’appartement est parfait, on s’y sent bien partout, mieux que sur les photos. Christina est très présente lorsque nous avons eu besoin de conseils, restaurants, où trouver de la très bonne huile d’olive, etc… Et pour les golfeurs c’est idéalement placé près d’un très beau golf.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Casa totalmente recomendable, equipada con todas las comodidades y muy muy limpia, no falta ningún detalle Ubicada en una zona tranquila, con multitud de jardines para pasear y cerca de la playa del mar menor. Sin duda repetiremos David - Larisa - Atreyu

What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Marta. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt ook prima in de winter om te verwarmen. Dankjewel voor je goede zorgen.

Tout été parfait vis à vis du logement cependant nous avons été hors saison de qui a fait qu’il y avais très très peu de chose proposer beaucoup de commerce et restaurant fermé …. Mais Alvaro a été super !! Légère odeur sur le canapé nous avons donc acheter du spray désodorisant

We arrived later in the evening and easily picked up the keys from a lockbox, following straightforward instructions that made our entry into the property hassle-free. The property itself was fantastic—extremely clean and well-equipped for meal preparation. This was a welcome change, as we often encounter rentals with minimal supplies and end up buying items we leave behind. Having a private pool was a real treat. Although it wasn’t heated, that wasn’t an issue at all. A friendly pool service came twice during our 10-day stay to keep it clean. There was also a washing machine, along with a drying rack and several lines for hanging laundry, which made it easy to pack light. We appreciated the ample street parking, often finding spaces right outside our unit. Additionally, there were plenty of grocery stores nearby, some even within walking distance, along with a variety of charming cafes and restaurants just a short stroll away.

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Heerlijk compact en comfortabel appartement op een prachtig complex. Communicatie met Rodrigo is prettig, snel en pragmatisch.

Great location for exploring this corner of Spain. Was really quiet for our 4week stay. Beautiful views to the mountains to the rear of property and from rooftop terrace. Easy and safe parking very close. Swimming pool was 50m away, very clean, but too cold for us in February!, but we did make use of the gym in the main centre as well as extensive cycling from the property. Ruairi is an excellent and attentive host. This was our 2nd visit and we hope to be back again

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

Dit is echt een pareltje. Heel mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement. Parkeren voor het complex. Duidelijke incheckinstructies middels video. Genoten van het uitzicht en de zonsopkomst. Kleine buurtsuper iets verderop. Het authentieke Mojàcar is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. Aan het eind van de boulevard ligt een wandelpad richting het Castello de Macenas ook passeer je de rots de Nazoreeër.

We had a short stay and it was very comfortable. Quality white goods and linen. Very comfortable bed. There were games available in case of inclement weather. The air con is both hot and icy cold, for year round use of the property. There is also a good WiFi. The information and response times were extremely good. A professionally run apartment.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. El lugar es muy tranquilo. Al ser una urbanización cerrada hay mucha intimidad. La piscina estaba muy limpia y cuidada. La casa estaba bien equipada y limpia. Está muy cerca de la playa y de varios sitios para comprar, cenar, farmacias... El anfitrión fue muy atento. ¡Recomendada la experiencia sin ninguna duda!
