Worth its price. Space is just enough for 2-3 persons. Host is very accommodating. Toiletries are provided but a free drinking water would be a plus! 🙂

Place is clean and comfortable

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean, welcoming people and very helpful. Having 2 toilets makes a difference being 5 of us using facilities almost at the same time. Lovely place overall.

Rhealyn was very responsive from check-in to check-out. Answered promptly to my inquiries and very quick to assist. Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. I needed a place to study and rest in between classes/work. i loved staying at her place. Will surely book again.

This is a lovely family run building with everything at your fingertips. The apartment has everything you need to properly prepare meals and cook. Just bring your own ingredients. AC in the bedroom is enough to cool the entire apartment if that's what you require. The pool and laundry are on the ground floor. Help for anything is on the property. There are family run stores/restaurants also steps away from the front gate. Trikes are 24/7 at the corner or by the LaGrande Residences on the next corner. Location is perfect between Fields Ave and Fil-Am Friendship. SM Clark is a few minute ride away. I'd love to stay here again in the future.

What you see is what you get 🤍 worth the price we paid. Good for 3 person but the space was good for i think 5 haha spacious also and walking distance to market.

First, the condo was very easy to find and is close to Sm Pasig which has restaurants and grocery. Just few mins walk from the condo there are lawsons, subway, jollibee,mcdo, chowking and dunkin. Owner was very responsive to my quieries and very helpful, communicate clearly as well. The penthouse was in 26th floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 balconies. We stayed here to watch fireworks on Dec 31 and checked out Jan2, place is really high that you can see fireworks all the way from Manila Bay to Pasig. It was really great to watch and spend the New Year's eve at Francy's place. They have a big ref, microwave, rice cooker and eletric kettle and complete utensils. Airconditioning units were really cold, aside from the beds they have floor matress and folding bed, so it can accomodate a big group. Unit is very clean as well. The guards in Kasara are all kind, respectful and they greet us everytime. All in all we enjoyed staying at this property.

The room was clean, and look like on pictures. The washing machine was working well, the bathtub was great. I enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel itself is luxurious, however one lift was in maintenance. Will stay again. The host was responsive and accommodating.

A great place to have when visiting Angeles, Pampanga.

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

From start to finish a flawless experience. Highly recommend. Communication and helpfulness was above and beyond. Kids felt safe and welcome. Loved the pool. Nick at the front door was a king. Helped us with all of our needs. I will be back :)

If you ever wanted to design your own "man cave penthouse", this place is exactly that! Exactly as pictured and well-designed in every way. A big step in quality above most rentals in the Philippines. Speaking of which, noise is always a wild card with rentals in the Philippines, but this unit is great because it's near the top of the building and faces the interior courtyard, not the street, so it's quiet. Jacq is a very organized, friendly guy who takes the utmost pride in presenting his place in pristine condition. It is personally cleaned by him and his family to a standard that rivals 5-star hotels in the West. I can't say enough positive things about this property. Go experience it yourself!

Staying at Dhay’s place has been great. Dhay is responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. The place provided a needed rest for our family and fur baby. The kitchen utensils are complete. Tables and chairs at the veranda were great! Appreciate this place! Will book again in the future. Thanks!

Jai passé un très agréable séjour chez honey. Elle a été très réactive et arrangeante a mon égard (mon vol partait le soir et elle m'a permise de partir un peu plus tard afin que je puisse me reposer convenablement avant mon départ). L'appartement était fidèle à la description de l'annonce et très propres et tout les services proposés dans la résidence était à la hauteur de mes attentes un grand merci au personnel de la résidence qui eux aussi sont très réactif et très sympathique. Et surtout un grand merci à vous Honey je reviendrais avec grand plaisir 😉😉😉

The place is very cozy with a very nice view at the balcony. Very suitable for big groups. Feels like you’re in another place because of the view and the vibe. The host is very kind and approachable. We’ll definitely recommend this place and hopefully try to stay here again. Thank you so much.
