Nice and cozy place. Pool was not heated but temperature of the water is warm very relaxing.

The host is very responsive and will help you all the way. The place is very private and feels like your on a different place. Looks a lot like on the photos. very clean, very nice design, very peaceful! Overall great experience and will definitely come back!

The 4-BR place was amazing! Very spacious and stylish! Utilities are well maintained, Rhone Jay was also very accommodating and helpful. We were 15 pax and we felt that the place was even too big for us. The bedrooms are really nice and the beds are of very good quality. We spent the NYE here and it was the best choice! The place was very private and all to ourselves. We will definitely come back here and is a much recommended place for those who wants exclusivity, nature vibes and a fuss-free accommodation.

We stayed at this place in Nasugbu, Batangas, from December 27-28, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience for our group of 8. The place was okay, with all the essentials we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We appreciated the convenience of their tie-up restaurant, as we were able to have lunch delivered directly to the place after a tiring road trip—such a thoughtful service! Both the caretaker and the host were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We even had the chance to enjoy quick island hopping, which was a great addition to the trip. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable place with accommodating service and fun activities nearby, this is a good option.

We loved everything about our stay at the villa <3 The place is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is obvious that our host, Mr. Joel, thought of all the amenities that guests would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also appreciate having bathrooms on both floors so that PWD and elderly guests would not need to go up to the second floor to use the comfort room. The villa also boasts a spectacular sunset view and clear view of the night sky perfect for stargazing. The way to the villa from downtown Bauan is quite an exciting one, with some narrow and winding roads along the way. But all in all, the road trip to the villa was worth it! The host, Mr. Joel, also responds to questions and messages quickly, and we appreciate all the tips for making our stay enjoyable. Should we find ourselves travelling to or near Bauan, Batangas, we definitely will go back to this villa!

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

We chose this property because of the wonderful reviews and its proximity to the snorkeling and diving spots. We were taking our kids, (7 & 4) for their first snorkeling experience and we wanted the closest to the islands famous for beautiful marine life. And for that alone it was worth it. The WOW experience ⭐️ communication and recommendations from Orion was great ⭐️ the property had wonderful staff who were attentive, respectful & helpful ⭐️ they helped us organize the bangka folks who transported us in snorkeling sites. ⭐️ the morning and evening views were amazing ⭐️ I left my very important laptop charger and they immediately informed me and found a way to get it back to me! Thank you! We will definitely be back

This is our 3rd time to stay in this place but in different Villa. And it was just as incredible as our previous visits. The villa continues to impress us with its homey feel, cleanliness, amenities, comfort and privacy. We loved our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was awesome. On top of that the staff was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

Had a great time with family here, celebrated my parents birthday, its nice that they were able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax here, what I love the most is the huge pool and the picture worthy place and that its pet friendly. staffs are very friendly and helpful especially wax, was who responds right away with our numerous questions. would loveee to stay here for a week when we have budget! haha , will defintely rebook this place and bring my friends here as well!

Great for a big family/group who are comfortable with staying in a spacious. loft type rental. One of the rooms is detached from the main house. Ate Rhoda was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a great time at Dennis’s place! The house is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. There’s plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. The only downside is that the pool water is quite cold—a heated pool would make it absolutely perfect. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!

My family had a great time at Ani Villa. The accommodation is well-maintained and exactly as described. The rooms are squeaky clean, spacious, and smell great. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and we were able to use the grill as well. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Towels and toiletries were provided. Since the location is a bit remote, it was very helpful to have a food menu or delivery recommendations. A few suggestions for improvement: * Replace the non-stick pots and pans * Provide cleaning cloths and all-purpose cleaners * Supply trash bags and table napkins We will definitely come back when we visit Quezon again!

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

My family had a great time. They want to go back im the future because the place is big and can accommodate family gatherings. They said it was a really nice house and my brother and cousin-in-law enjoyed swimming!
