Calabre : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Wohnung und vorallem der Balkon mit der Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.

Carlo var otroligt välkomnande och trevlig som värd! Jättefin mysig lägenhet med havet vid fötterna i denna lilla charmiga italienska stad. Rent, fräscht och enkelt! Precis det man önskar. Carlo var väldigt snabb på att svara och kikade in under vistelsen för att se så att allt var ok! :)

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

Vielen Dank an Valentina für die Unterkunft und die Gastfreundschaft. So macht airbnb spaß. Eine private Unterkunft von einem echten Menschen, der mit Liebe und Sorgfalt alles bereitstellt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal in diese Region reisen. Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen bzw. dem Beschreibungstext zu lesen. Valentina ist eine tolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und der Blick aus dem Gibelfenster auf das Meer ist weltklasse.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Mario und Natalia haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab extra Kuchen und limoncello, beides sehr köstlich. Ebenfalls war der Kühlschrank mit Milch und Saft gefüllt, Kaffeekapseln,Wasser und Tee sowie Marmelade alles vorhanden. Der Strand ist super. Wir haben gar icht viel anderes gemacht. Dort zu schnorcheln war genial .

Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Location curata con ampio giardino esterno molto utile per le famiglie che viaggiano con bambini. I miei bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare nel giardino recintato. La posizione è tranquilla e la notte si dorme bene senza rumori. Viaggiando con bambini ho voluto prenotare un Family Residence e la scelta è stata proprio azzeccata. Consigliatissimo

alloggio a dir poco fantastico,é stato perfetto per una settimana di completo relax. abbiamo alloggiato con la nostra cagnolona che ha avuto tutto lo spazio di cui aveva bisogno e le sue splendide cagnoline già presenti nella casa con cui giocare. le padroni di casa sono state super disponibili e gentili per l’intero soggiorno,dandoci consigli sulla zona e venendoci incontro ove possibile. menzione speciale per la vista sul mare dalla casa che ci ha fatto sognare.

Ha una vista mozzafiato, dotato di tutto. l’host è gentile, veloce nel rispondere e molto disponibile. Ritorneremo

Michele’s villa in Diamante is incredible! Very spacious, kitchen stocked with everything you could need, clean, beautifully decorated, and a surreal view! Dine outside with a view of the sea and old town Diamante and go for a swim in the panoramic pool. Check in was super easy, and Michele accommodated us when we arrived earlier than anticipated in Diamante. Michele’s proactive communication and responsiveness are unmatched, and the many local recommendations were immensely helpful. Would absolutely stay at Michele’s place when visiting Diamante again!

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

Soggiorno fantastico. Io e la mia comitiva di amici abbiamo adorato l’alloggio proposto da Mike e Nerissa. La casetta ha tutti i comfort necessari per soggiorni a breve e lungo termine. I punti forti della struttura sono sicuramente la vista mare, il giardino esterno per pasti all’aperto e la vicinanza alla spiaggia libera. Stra-consigliato!!!

Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Blick vom Balkon auf dem Stromboli, die wunderschönen Pflanzen und der Sonnenuntergang waren atemberaubend. Wunderbare Strände in der Umgebung. Es war einfach alles wunderschön.🤩

La residenza di Antonella è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e si trova a pochi passi dal mare. L' abbiamo trovata in condizioni perfette e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni di vero relax. Una dimensione particolarmente positiva per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille paisible et extrêmement agréable dans ce logement. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à sa description et nous a hébergés très confortablement (4 personnes). La belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la plage privée à proximité immédiate garantissent de profiter au mieux d'une situation géographique privilégiée et d'un littoral parmi les plus beaux de toute la Calabre. Lucia a été une hôte parfaite et prévenante: réactive, cordiale, arrangeante et prodigue de conseils pour nous assurer un séjour réussi. Ce fut une très belle manière de clôturer nos vacances d'été et une expérience que nous serons ravis de renouveler dans le futur.

Die Wohnung mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist einfach toll gelegen. Mammuts schnell am Strand und dich direkt in der Stadt.

L'appartement était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée, un vrai plaisir. La description en ligne correspondait parfaitement à la réalité des lieux. Tout était fonctionnel et bien équipé pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour agréable.

Das Haus von Andrea liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Man hat einen freien Ausblick auf Meer, den Stromboli am Horizont und jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wie in Italien oft üblich, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung ist im Oktober schon sehr ruhig, hin und wieder schleicht ein Katze vorbei, man ist komplett ungestört und kann die Ferien genießen. Zum Haus gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Eine Bar und ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuss in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pippo, der Vater von Andrea, kümmert sich sehr liebevoll, um alle Belange vor Ort, sei es eine Frage zur Umgebung, wo man etwas bekommen kann, etwas funktioniert nicht oder auch nur ein Schwätzchen über das Wetter. Er ist stets erreichbar und freut sich helfen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine Woche in Angelo‘s Unterkunft. Diese ist traumhaft gelegen und der Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein und alles ist vorhanden was man für eine Woche benötigt . Angelo hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns einige Köstlichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es könnte etwas mehr Möglichkeiten geben um Sachen aufzuhängen, zB. Wandhaken oder so. Ansonsten wirklich sehr zu empfehlen für ruhesuchende. Vielen Dank und alles Gute. Viele Grüße aus der Schweiz.

Wir haben Vera als eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin kennengelernt, die auch ein Herz für Kinder hat. Veras Appartement war super für uns als fünfköpfige Familie. Wir konnten in unser Zeit gut zwischen Strandtagen und Ausflügen abwechseln und uns super erholen. Die Kommunikation mit Vera war unkompliziert und super hilfreich, trotz unserem fehlenden italienischen Sprachkenntnissen. Sie war immer um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir empfehlen von Herzen Veras Unterkunft, denn wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Vera.

Alloggio attrezzato nel migliore dei modi...c è tutto quello che si può avere bisogno...pulizia ben accurata e accoglienza top!! Veramente come sentirsi a casa propria!! Grazie ancora di tutto!!
