Great place to stay. Caretakers are also accommodating and gave all what we need. 🥰

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Our family had a great time at Annabelle’s place. It was clean and Jhosel (onsite contact) was there to meet us when we arrived. It greatly helped that WIFI connection is very good since mobile phones can get only 1-2 bars signal in the area. View from the top unit is very nice, my family loved it. Thanks again Annabelle, we will definitely keep your place in mind in the future.

We love this place! Our family had a great time. The place, the home, and the experience was superb. The place was so homy my kids wanted to extend and even planned to spend their birthday on this place. Husband loves the kitchen - COMPLETE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED! The house is clean too! We wanted a vacation house like this, away from the busy city. Feels like very much we were in the country side. The host was also very accommodating. Thank you and we’ll surely be back! ❤️

Home away from home. Simple yet filled with character and life. Peaceful, great place to stay to get some introspection, recharging rest and be close to nature. The guestroom had great homey windows making it cool breezy and manageable throughout the day just need minimal fan, you'd forget the existence of air-conditioning haha! I liked how the room was situated enough for you to be aware of sunrises and sunsets ☺️ Nice to have finally meet the animal housemates, they were great company ✨

We spent our New Year’s Eve here, and it was perfect! The balcony offered an amazing view of the city and fireworks. Dino is responsive and helpful. Ate Bituin is friendly and she helps me a lot with the parking lot. overall experience here is amazing and the Taal overlooking is so cool. i just need the blanket to be thick. the bathroom smells really good. thanks Dino for allowing me to check in early with no extra charges. I will definitely come back and stay at ur place in the future. 🥰🥰🥰

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

We celebrated the new year here, and it was the best one yet. We will definitely go back again. We are grateful to Sir Nelwin and to caretaker who looked after us while we were there.

Great deal! As a long-time F.R.I.E.N.D.S. fan, I loved the orange couch and themed decor—it felt like Central Perk! The flatscreen TV across the bed and fast WiFi were great. I enjoyed the balcony with a table set, perfect for a city skyline view with some greenery (big nature lover here!). The shower heater, bidet, hair blower, and thoughtful touches like cotton and cotton buds were appreciated. While you can’t cook, there’s a kettle for coffee and a microwave for reheating food you bought outside. The caretaker was kind and helpful while respecting our privacy. The only downside was a wet rug smell when we arrived, likely from cleaning materials like the mop, but it aired out after a few hours. It’s also near grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops—very convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located Airbnb with fun F.R.I.E.N.D.S. vibes!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we truly appreciated. Her hospitality made our experience even better. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future!

2nd time and prolly not the last.

We stayed for a couple of nights with our family of four and had a great time. The kids loved the bunk beds. A parking space was easily arranged and the flat made a great home base for activity around Tagaytay.

Awesome 4-night staycation in a spacious corner unit! Loved the extra room and all the natural light. Plus, free parking was a lifesaver. Super accessible location, made exploring easy. Just relaxed and enjoyed the chill vibes. Highly recommend!

Luxe Finds room we rented in for overnight is superb. I just have one concern with their water supply at the kitchen sink. Baka may problem lang sa line

We had a great stay at La Casa by Hailey. Amenities were complete esp. in the kitchen. It was near lots of restaurants/cafes and even a supermarket. The veranda was a great spot to just chill. There was even a massage chair in the room. Best of all, the property was really private and safe. Thank you!
