The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Had a fantastic stay! The breathtaking view of Taal Volcano was the highlight—perfect for morning coffee on the balcony. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with comfy beds, fast WiFi, and Netflix. Caretaker Jane was incredibly helpful, making everything seamless. The pool was great, though the heater wasn’t very hot for a night swim. Still, it’s a peaceful getaway in Tagaytay with an unbeatable view—highly recommend!

2nd time in this place. feels like a home to me and my friends

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Overall, we had a great stay at Dino's as we needed a room to spend the night. Place was easily accessible and we paid for the overnight parking. Ate Bituin, the caretaker was very friendly and responsive thru messages and calls. Room was clean and well-equipped. As with the other reviews, the fleece blanket seems thin. Phone signal is weak but their wifi is strong. Netflix plays smoothly. Highlight of our stay was the view of Taal Like from the balcony. It was definitely nice to have a cup of coffee with the magnificent view.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit. The unit is very clean and aesthetic. i have a toddler with me and it is quite safe for him to explore around the house. The balcony is good for some fresh air. Great location since it is just beside the Ayala Serin if ever we wanted to eat outside. Thank you for hosting our vacation!

It was truly a great experience i would most definitely rent it again.

Place is highly recommended. Very clean and smells really nice. There’s construction ongoing nearby but you won’t it them inside the condo unit. Host is very accommodating and transparent - she was understanding and allowed us for late check out due to power interruption. Had a great time staying at this place 😊

We celebrated the new year here, and it was the best one yet. We will definitely go back again. We are grateful to Sir Nelwin and to caretaker who looked after us while we were there.

Had a pleasant time at Ben’s place. The place was perfect-close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Ben was responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay!!!

The place was super clean right from the get-go. The kitchen had all the cooking gear we needed, including dishes ready to use. We really liked the wine glasses, which made our chill drinking session even better. The veranda was our favorite spot to kick back. All in all, we had a laid-back weekend at Angelyn's place.

Place was great. Location is convenient plus an awesome view at the balcony and the host, Joyce was very responsive and will really take care of you. would recommend and will book again in the future. Only downside is the pool was freezing cold.. good for the skin i guess🥴 anyways.. thank you Joyce!

Great clean apartment near the mall. Place was comfortable and had a spectacular view of Taal lake/mountain. Internet was reasonably fast, but sometimes spotty and the noise from the road was a bit higher than I’d prefer - but overall was a fantastic stay. Paolo is very responsive and accommodating!

The place is very clean. you really feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and we're definitely come back. The host and caretaker are very friendly.
