Lots of seating areas and beds, perfect for a bigger group. The kids loved the heated pool, especially in the cool weather. Great stay!

My family had a nice time when we stayed at Winnie’s place for four days and three nights. The place is as advertised. It is very close to all the spots in the Tagaytay area. The caretakers, Norman and Neri, were superb. We forgot something on check out and they were kind enough to still answer and check it out for us. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The videoke, pool, and roofdeck are great features of the place. Views are great too! I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family visiting Tagaytay!

A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at this stunning villa, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property. The villa is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and charming, rustic touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The location is ideal—close enough to local attractions, yet far enough to feel like a secluded paradise. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet homely place to unwind, this villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be back!

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

A home away from home—I believe this is the most fitting description for this property. The location is ideal: it’s close to Tagaytay, allowing guests to enjoy the cool breeze, and it's situated in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are superb—the kids really enjoyed the pool, while the adults liked the billiards table and KTV. All rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as shampoo, soap, shower gel, tissue, and a dental kit—features not typically offered in most Airbnb properties. This level of detail makes the stay exceptionally worth the price. Ate Jen, the caretaker, was very accommodating. She kindly went over the house policies with us and even asked if we needed extra pillows and blankets. My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her 3rd birthday here, and I’m already looking forward to celebrating again at this property. I suppose we’ll see you again for her 4th birthday. :)

everyone was very accommodating. Had a great time and lots of compliments from friends and relatives who dropped by and visit during our stay. We had our wedding prep done here and everything went very smoothly thank you for the help of Ate Tala, Rey, Eric and another lady I forgot to ask her name. thank you so much. We'll be coming back for sure.

Place has everything you need in the kitchen, toiletries, wifi was fast, TV has Netflix and karaoke. Ideal for a group of 12, and has a room on the ground floor good for older companions. Owner is accomodating.

Our stay was amazing! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The fast internet and Ultra HD TV made it even more enjoyable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. And Jeanne's very accommodating! The real highlight is the Taal view from the unit! It's even more stunning in person! We'll definitely be booking again!

Ms.Laura's place was very commendable, all photos that were posted in her account, matched the description. Unfortunately, there was no wifi but it was good to have no internet since as a guest, we should not focus on gadgets or social media during staycation. Lets relaxed and chill. Overall, the place was good! and hoping for another staycation at Ms.Laura's place.

Host Melissa is wonderful! Also her caretaker is very kind, maasikaso, marespeto, basta Nanay Jeng (?) I forgot her name huhu sorry, is excellent, she deserves a raise! Place is good! Ang lamig! Super. Nakapagrelax kami ng sobra. Ang peaceful. Ang tahimik which is 'yun talaga bet namin. Nearby stores din so no worries sa mga needs! :) Mababait din mga guards nila! I really love our stay there. Overall, Host Melissa, her caretaker, and the place are outstanding! 🥰 will recommend!

We had a great stay in their unit! Their unit is very spacious and easy to access. Ms. Charie and sir Ralph is very responsive and they fix the broken fixture (bidet) right away. I like that its self check in because I dont have to wait for anyone to assist me. Very clear instructions. The only thing that needs improvement is the AC. Its a bit hot considering the temp is already 17 degrees, good thing a fan is provided. Otherwise, great stay to unwind with the family.

Our one week stay isn’t enough that I had to extend 2 more days. Place is very quiet and peaceful. Medjo malayo sa mga establishments but may mga store na nasa baba mismo ng building. Take note that some of them nagcloclose ng 9pm. Shell is also walking distance. Place is homey, complete utensils, clean bathroom. Ms Vicka is also very active and friendly in communicating. Will definitely come back.
