It was a nice place. Being a bachelor it is considered to be a good place to stay and the most i liked about the host is they were very helpful. Apartment was very clean & tidy with great appliances, wifi & etc. It was a very cosy & comfort stay. And Thanks to Meenakshi (Co-Host) of the apartment she was very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! - The property was in fantastic shape as we moved in - ⁠Everything was taken care of in terms of amenities, utensils, etc - ⁠The host was very responsive to all our queries - ⁠The hosts had left detailed instruction manuals and notes for seamless use of the property and its surroundings. They were kind enough to even share hangout spots, restaurant suggestions and the like, in order to make our experience at Goa memorable. Will definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in South Goa. The property is worth every penny.

Room was quite clean and located in peaceful place.

Just the perfect place which has great views, is clean, spacious, has all the amenities, great restaurants and beaches nearby. Any more and you’d be nitpicking

It's a grt place to stay... Nikita ji was so polite and helpful. The amenities were really a bliss at such price. The place tough don't have a balcony but have a beautiful terrace Garden at 10th floor with really mesmerizing views.

We had a wonderful stay at Laqshya's place. It was exactly as depicted in the images and included all the necessary amenities, such as a washing machine, iron, dryer, and fridge. The host was friendly and polite, and Raju was also there to assist with daily household needs.

The best feel at home experience at this place. Just a minute walk to the beach. Absolutely clean property and friendly family atmosphere. Can't be any better.

Stayed for two nights from 16 th mar to 18th along with my family members. ideal for two to three persons. place was well maintained, fell in love with the robin's interior design and ended up asking him who was his architect. This place has been provided with everything necessary for a stay. it's worth the money we pay. Robin was very responsive and accommodative to our request for early check in by an hour and late check out by an hour.

Diksha is a perfect host. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. Apprechiated the stay and can fully recommend.

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

This place is beyound beautiful and Ankita was super super helpful - especially when travelling with friends this place is a steal. Ankita is super helpful and the place is just beautiful. A good balance of accessbiltiy and peacefulness. The hall has glass windows and brings in sunlight everyday - this is just something else. Had a very beautiful and comfortable stay - will definitely visit again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Tarang’s place. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available to assist whenever needed. The apartment is located in a newly developed society, offering a peaceful and secure environment. Its proximity to the market and Candolim Beach made it a convenient choice for our trip. The dedicated parking space was an added advantage, making travel hassle-free. We visited with family, and the stay was extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Candolim.

Good locality and stay. We have stayed 5 days with 15 months old kid. We have got enough support for Host Hitesh and manager Devendar. They are always available and approachable for any support.

We absolutely loved our stay there. The watchman said they had no idea as to what Nistula is so we initially thought we'd come to the wrong place, but on contacting them they reverted immediately and we were greeted for check in. At check in they gave us some super refreshing and cold coconut juice which hit the spot perfectly. the staff helped us with our bags and made check in very smooth. throughout the staff was very courteous and prompt. tea was good, fruit plate quantity and quality was good. the pool was clean and we had a great time, they actually tried helping us find things we can play with in the pool. check out was also super easy and timely. wifi worked great and they had Netflix which was awesome. they were also very sweet about our room cleaning and our stuff was safe even though we were not present when the staff cleaned our room. all in all loved the stay and would return.

The place is exactly as described. Location is unbeatable ❤. You feel like directly at home. Top notch quality and cleanliness. All in all a package deal. Definitely gonna recommend.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place.
