Great place to stay. Caretakers are also accommodating and gave all what we need. 🥰

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! Also, the beds are really comfortable. It’s one of the top things that we always look for in an Airbnb and Miss May’s place did not disappoint. Thank you for welcoming us in your lovely home.

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

We enjoyed the place so much. It was modern, clean and private. The location is very nice and peaceful. The accommodation has everything you need at a high standard. Host is very responsive and accommodating. If there’s such a thing as hosting course, they’ve passed with flying colors! Thank you also for our welcome buko pie! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect bonding with family! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. That time kahit walang membership yung unit owner we were able to play tennis in the tennis court but we needed to pag 250 per pax - but very sulit! And very suki kami ng pool since we have kids with us. Will def come back again.

Upon booking, I immediately received a message from Kirk. Their caretaker was very helpful and responsive. The house was as seen on photos. We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, spacious, airconditioned and beds were comfortable. The group had fun outdoors roasting hotdogs and marshmallows in their griller, playing kickball in the nearby clubhouse, and indoors lounging in the sofa watching TV and cooking. Our new favorite seafood restaurant, Highlands Crab, is just a few mins drive.

sobrang relaxing , we enjoyed our entire stay (3 days & 2 nights) and Mau and other staff sobrang bait, super safe din ang place, they also serve as our lifeguards kasi tuwing may magka-kayak ( for free) andun sila para bantayan kami, malamok pero andyan agad ang pa-katol sa dining area and kitchen, we 13 adults and a kid lang kasi sobra luwag ng place for us. Sobrang Legit na wala ka na kailangan na dalhin for kitchen utensils kasi kompleto talaga lahat, panluto hanggang sa mga plato, baso, spoon & fork, mga mangkok! ang ganda pa ng vibes ng lugar tlga 🧡🧡🧡 ma- coral tlga ang beach (kaya nga Coral Bay) so expect nyo na yun, pero we love na water and ocean breeze, may life vest din naman kaya tambay malala sa tubig 🥰 recommended superb 🤘👌💪🫶 and sa mismong rest house, maliit man tignan sa picture, gosh super spacious sa personal, has 3 big rooms with Split type AC sa baba then sobra luwag na attic with fan, dami bed nila and unan (for us kasi nga 14 lang kami) kaya sobra comfy 💯

Great place to stay when you're a big group 🫶❤️ Definite recommendable

The house was nice, homey, spacious enough for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Parking is just enough for 2-3 SUVs. We loved how conveniently located it was. We stayed for 3 nights. Too bad it rained during almost our entire stay so we really weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Taal lake, as well as the outdoor spaces such as the balcony and patio. But overall we had a nice, comfortable stay.

We found a resting place for a busy day from Pasig to Batangas. Together with my adult children and a Shih Tzu, we enjoyed our 24hour stay. Thank you so much TJMR particularly the Kuya who was very helpful to us during our stay!

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.

Such a lovely place. Amazing view, cosy combined dining and living room. Beautiful pool area and last but not least, the caretakers. This came as a pleasant surprise, but the caretakers not only made us feel welcome, they even offered to clean after our meals. Fantastic location for a getaway for your large family. Roads are a little bumpy though :)

Nice place to stay

The whole place was clean, the kitchen had complete utensils and cookware, the ktv is updated with new songs, the furnitures were very pretty, and the helpers were very accommodating!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

We had a wonderful stay in Calatagan. The place was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location near the beach made it easy to enjoy the sand and sea, while the peaceful surroundings created the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with comfort and tranquility, this is definitely the place to be.

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

Not really type of guy writing for a review but host should definitely should be given an applause for being such a GREAT and SUPER host. Should be given another chat to stay at their place, will definitely book for another one. Mr. Manalo should be given a recommendation with a job well done for being such a fantastic host as well as their cheap and awesome BNB.

Ms. Ana was responsive and very welcoming 🥰 She offered to extend our stay for a few hours from check-out time since she knew we got back to the listing past midnight the night before. Based on the previous reviews, they received fish and fruits from Ms. Ana - I was kind of (hehe) expecting the same but we didn’t. Instead, she gave us a WHOLE CHICKEN and eggs!! You guessed it right, we cooked adobo that night hehe. Thank you for having us Ms. Ana! 💞 Things to note: - Bed linen and towels were provided - Complimentary tomatoes from Ms. Ana’s harvest ❣️ - Water heater in the shower - there’s an airfryer in the kitchen - karaoke - Listing was 100% accurate and clean Thank you again!!
