Great house for multi family gathering. Clean quality linens, nice beds, fun game room. Pools were nice and clean. Kitchen was great for a big group. The view was fantastic! Don't forget knives if you go, there were plenty of forks and spoons but no knives. Also if you are planning on doing lots of cooking maybe bring your own pans and cutting boards as the IKEA ones were well used but still workable. Host was very responsive and the caretaker was there if we had questions or couldn't find anything. There was a fair bit of trash around the house, which was only noticable because of how nice the house was.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

A Perfect Stay! I recently stayed at Damienerose Gardens for a day, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, private and peaceful. Everyone had so much fun! Ate Ayeth is the best. ❤️

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

Stella and David's place was an absolute delight! The house was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for accommodating our large family. The breathtaking views from the property, especially from the spectacular dining room overlooking the ocean, made every meal feel special. The nearby beach was easily accessible, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the house truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

The place was beautiful, as seen in the post. It was neat and spotless. We checked in late at 8pm the caretakers thought our booking is cancelled and didnt expect our arrival, so it took a while for the acs to cool, the rooms were humid bc it is summer.however the pool was too cold to swim in, esp the kids had to swim at night. I hope their schedule to heat up the pool is flexible depending on the guests arrival.the kids didnt swim for long since it was too cold. Overall our stay was fun and we had everything we needed from the place, thanks for the free bread and coffee and welcome peanuts.

We had my sister’s wedding preparation at Casa Fariñas and looking back, we are grateful and very lucky that we did! The host is very generous and very supportive of the event. The place looked very classy in the photoshoot and it couldn’t have been better!! Every room has a squeaky clean bathroom and the water pressure stood out the most, it was so relaxing! We loved how spacious the whole place is, from living room to kitchen to dining room to balcony, and so on! But what really made our stay hassle free, is how kind the host was :) also the caretakers were very responsive. Will defo coming back here!! Thank you Casa Fariñas!

this was our 2nd time to stay at VC farm. It has many rooms and beds so it can accommodate big group/family. the surroundings is very nice, lots of trees and plants so the place is naturally shady and cody. we enjoyed the infinity pool and the big terrace where we eat our breakfast with a very nice view. Ms.Rona is also responsive to our inquiries and the caretakers are very helpful. overall we really loved this place and we will come back again.

Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

The place was very peaceful and relaxing. Our host, Ms. Jel was very accommodating and helpful. We were supposed to check in at 3pm but made it flexible for and allowed us to check in earlier. We're also grateful for allowing us to make the cabin our prep venue for our wedding. Thank you Ms. Jel for making our stay in your cabin comfortable. My family had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! It's the perfect spot for families, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The place was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. Value for money with a peaceful place tucked away in Tagaytay. Close to all sorts of fun things to see and do, and great places to eat. The house itself, with the hot tub, BBQ pit, and fire pit on the roof deck already give you plenty to do for relaxing and enjoying. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway that is close to lots of good food and entertainment. Shelia was amazing as a host and very communicative. All instructions were clear, and she helped us with our every request. Hope to see this place again!

The place is beautiful! The house was clean, modern and has all the amenities you need for a fun and enjoyable vacation. It was very near the beach, about 5 minutes walk. There are some corals and fishes that can be seen around the area when you go swimming ❤. The host was very friendly, helpful with all our inquiries 😄 Overall we really loved our stay at Sir Louie's house. 100% recommended

The place is a great place for family getaway, beautiful, clean and quiet. My family enjoyed our stay. We just had a little confusion regarding the rooms, in Airbnb, it says entire house, but it was clarified by Edmon right away. He responds fast and easy to talk to, and his caretaker Gilbert is friendly and keeps the place clean. Just a little recommendation, bigger blankets 😊. I will recommend this place to my family and friends if they are planning to go visit Tagaytay. Thank you Edmon for letting us stay in your place.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

Cynthia was such a responsive host. The house has a big enough space that all of us enjoyed, even the kids. Also very much appreciate how they had a backup WiFi when the main network started having issues. Too bad we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because of the weather, but we still had a nice time at the house nonetheless.

Ms. Kat's place is awesome. Ang ganda, comfy and neat ng place. Clean and spacious ng rooms. Clear ang pool. Nice parking (4 na cars kami). Have all the needed stuffs for our family outing (18 pax kami). Responsive and friendly ang host and staffs. Nabitin kami. Dapat pala 2 days ang binook ko. We will definitely come back and refer din this place to our family and friends.

Very nice place. Videoke and billiards were great. Got great use of them. Pool is great, too, though the weather is a bit cold as expected. Special thanks to caretaker, Renante, who is very responsive and attentive to our needs.

We stayed at La Soledad Tagaytay for two nights. The place is perfect for big/extended families. Each kubo has its own toilet and bath. The cooking utensils are complete and sufficient for preparing large quantities of food. There are more than enough tables and chairs. The karaoke has a good sound system. During our stay, the weather in Tagaytay is cold and windy so we didn't mind if there are no A/Cs inside the kubos. The place is well-maintained and clean. We noticed that there are no mosquitoes even if the place is filled with plants. Mr Ricky and the owners are also genuinely friendly and very accommodating. We'll definitely come back!
