The stay in Cusco was magical, and 90% of it was thanks for this place. First of all, they helped arrange for a car to pick us up at the airport (it was extra, but well worth it!). The driver even gave us a quick orientation to the city. The location on the Plaza de Armas could not have more perfect -- in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, coffee shops, shops, museums. Juan and his colleagues were available to answer any questions. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Es perfecto tiene una hermosa terraza y todos los servicios funcionan perfectamente. Esta a 10 cuadras aprox. De la plaza central de cusco. Tiene Supermarket y lugares donde comer a la vuelta de la esquina. Angel es un anfitrion muy amable (Como la gente de Peru!). Volveria a este lugar.

Mon meilleur logement dans la ville, rien à dire rapport qualité, prix imbattable le quartier et méga calme. Je vous remercie pour le professionnalisme. Beaucoup d’hôtels sont surcoté et et cher, je trouve que les touristes de quoi rien du tout de la zone, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, je suis un voyageur a guéri vérifier mon profil, vous verrez par vous-même 100 % garantie, cet établissement est génial. Faites-vous plaisir.

Really clean apartment and great location. The entire apt was very well equipped. Warm shower and comfortable bed. Plenty of blankets for the cold temperatures of the place. We really appreciated the space heater that she brought to us. Host was great. Very responsive and excellent communicator.

We had a great stay at Juan Carlos’s Airbnb. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even arranged airport transfers for us. Communication was excellent. He always replied instantly whenever we had questions. We had a minor issue with the shower and he had someone come to fix it right away. The location is fantastic - about a 25–30 minute walk to the center and just 5 minutes from Wanchaq station if you're heading to Machu Picchu. As other reviews mention, the Airbnb can be quite cold since there’s no heating, so definitely bring warm clothes to lounge in. That said, the bed was super warm and cozy! The kitchen was well equipped and the wifi worked great. While there were still some small quirks with the shower after it was fixed, it was manageable. The washing machine is only available from 6–9am, but there’s a laundromat nearby which made things easy. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a fantastic and responsive host!

We LOVED this beautiful space and appreciated the way Alvin helped us along our stay with his connections. He knows someone for everything:) He even helped us find someone to help us with our dog. There is a big yard, an outdoor kitchen area that we made pizza with. The kitchen inside has lots of the tools you need to make your meals-even salt from the Maras! There were blankets to stay warm (no heat in Peru was something we didn't think about ahead of time). We had a few issues with hot water (only in the morning) but he walked us through the heating system. We also struggled with consistent wifi (that was hard for work-from-home-via-video-needs) but Alvin really worked with us to get a technician to come out a few times until the problem was solved. You will appreciate the small details, and the big ones too at this place. The host has really taken good care of the space and takes good care of his guests too. Thank you Alvin for making Peru such a wonderful stop on our adventure.

Patty’s place was very nice for our stay in Cusco. Note the home is uphill from the center of Cusco but don’t be deterred as taxis are super cheap if you’re not up for the walk back up. We would recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Jose’s for a week. It was wonderfully clean and comfortable. It was just as described, and could have easily accommodated two more people. My favorite part of this particular BnB was its location. The street itself is quiet, even though it sits in the hub of Cusco historic district/street vendors, and markets/ grocery stores. It’s an easy walk to a gazillion good restaurants and also has numerous charming park squares nearby. Jose met us at an odd hour for check in, which we appreciated. He also provided a summary of Cusco history, recommendations for restaurants, and very clear instructions. We were extremely happy with our time here.
