Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Villa poggetto was a beautiful and quiet retreat. Our family used it as a base for seeing other parts of Tuscany and hired a car so it was perfect. It has basic amenities and the pool is in great condition. Only critique is the doors don’t lock well (not really a concern as the area is quiet) and as it is rural there are animals around such as mice and cute local cats. Gastone was a great host who allowed us to check in at 11pm when we were running late. He is very responsive and kind.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Séjour en famille au cœur de la campagne en Toscane . Paisible et bien equipé , beaucoup d’espace . Accueil chaleureux , pour les amoureux de la nature . Merci .

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonderes Highlight der Unterkunft war der Pool, den besonders die Kinder jeden Tag ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der Umgebung gab es viel zu sehen und zu erleben, alles war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank! :-)

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lucas Ferienhaus. Zwei Wochen in der typisch toskanischen Idylle mit mehr oder weniger privatem Pool halfen uns die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Neben den ausgedehnten Pooltagen durfte auch das sightseeing nicht zu kurz kommen. Es gibt viele einzigartige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Allerdings ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Zu den meisten Locations braucht man ca. 1h. Luca war ein toller Gastgeber und dazu ein wirklich angenehmer Typ, der alles dafür tat, dass wir in unserem Urlaub eine gute Zeit hatten. Er kennt sich bestens in der Gegend aus und konnte uns eine Vielzahl Empfehlungen für fantastische Tagesausflüge geben. Was wir noch erwähnen möchten ist die Sauberkeit. Das Haus war wirklich top gepflegt. Selbst die Messer waren einigermaßen scharf 🙌 😅 Wir haben uns bei Luca sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt bei ihm nur wärmstens empfehlen. As fotografias publicadas não conseguem mostrar a casa como ela é, nem ao menos as fotos que eu fiz quando estive hospedado nela. Trata-se do que a propria Federica definiu como "Il Genio dell luogo" algo assim como o espírito do lugar e essas coisas só se manifestam para quem presta atenção ao mundo ao redor, fora do celular, então a própria casa é uma viagem dentro de outra viagem, felizes e afortunados os que percebem isso. Dito isso, Federica e seus dois filhos, Caterina e Lorenzo, tem o dom da elegancia e o dom do verdadeiro anfitrião, que não se nota mas que sempre está lá, para o que for preciso, recomendar um lugar para deixar o carro em Siena, trocar a lampada da luminária da cabeceira sem que ninguém note ou uma dica sobre um vinho. Na casa, no jardim e na piscina ás vezes me sentia num filme de Visconti e em outras como um personagem de um conto de Moravia, o que mais posso pedir ? não é para isso que a gente viaja ? Federica, Caterina, Lorenzo, obrigado pela viagem !

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Ho affittato l'appartamento per ospitare la famiglia di mia figlia che è venuta dalla Sicilia e devo dire che sono rimasti soddisfattissimi di tutto. Veronica e Gianni persone veramente accoglienti, gentilissime e disponibili, mi è piaciuto tanto la loro comunicazione e reattività, per cui mi hanno rassicurato subito . Consiglio l'appartamento a occhi chiusi, non manca niente e ha una posizione fantastica.

All I can say is wow. This house was amazing it had everything that you needed. It was spotless and had extra blankets and towels. It had loads of household supplies and I really felt like it was a home away from home. The views are spectacular….. like something out of a movie, they really take your breath away. Sharyn was so helpful and gave me great instructions on how to get there and the amenities around the area. Cristina and her son were there to welcome us and were amazing. I can’t thank you enough. We are already planning our next stay for longer.

Unterkunft war sehr gut. Wir haben alles gehabt was wir brauchten für unseren Aufenthalt. Zwei besondere dinge waren die überdachte Terrase mit Esstisch und der große Garten mit Pool.

Ampio appartamento luminoso, molto comodo e curato. Arredamento un po' antiquato, ma assolutamente ben tenuto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro, a due passi dalla Coop, ma sotto casa ci sono forno, bar e alimentari. Sito ad un primo piano comodo (due brevi rampe di scale) con accesso autonomo dalla strada. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada sotto casa, gratuito. La notte è veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Biancheria extra, su richiesta, non disponibili eventuali facilities per bambini, quindi bisogna attrezzarsi. La signora Valeria è a due passi ed è molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Nous avons adoré ce séjour chez Giovanni, tant par la douceur du paysage Toscan, que par l’alliance de simplicité et de goût de la maison et l’accueil chaleureux de Giovanni, Gisèle et Elmar. Ce séjour a été paisible et ressourçant malgré la très forte chaleur de la saison et la présence d’insectes qui témoignent aussi du bel écosystème environnant !

The tiny ancient town of Seggiano has little to no tourists, it's well positioned in the Tuscany region for incredible back road touring of the great historic towns and breathtaking scenery in the region. The bnb is at a dead end, no traffic, a small restaurant with a few tables and is right outside your door. Machella, his wife and two young boys were very helpful and friendly with tips. We were touring late March/early April. Little to no traffic on the back country roads between towns so you could enjoy the scenery. I hear it is busier later in April and onward. The indoor hot tub in the stone cellar off the deck was amazing after a full day of walking and touring. Very private location, great view from the unit and the town is very safe and quiet. There is also a pizzeria with amazing classic Italian pizza and other homemade dishes. If you have a car and plan on touring the Tuscany region for day trips, and want Privacy, this is it!

Sehr schöner und ruhig gelegener ehemaliger Bauernhof mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Entspannung pur.

Es war ein Traum! Wer sich auf eine echte toskanische Location einlassen möchte, wird hier mehr als das Paradies finden! Maura und Francesco sind unglaublich liebevolle Gastgeber. Alles perfekt! Jedermann, wer echte toskanische Gastfreundschaft erleben und eine unglaublich stimmige Anlage mit Aura erleben will, sei es von ganzem Herzen empfohlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Die Villa Tina in Capoliveri hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Gepflegtes Haus, gute und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ein kleines Paradies. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Wir wurden von Girogio sehr herzlich empfangen. Es sprach ausschließlich italienisch, leider kein Englisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem über die wesentlichen Punkte verständigen können, nur für die telefonische Verabredung zum CheckIn brauchten wir Hilfe von einem Italiener. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht und die sehr ruhige Lage sind traumhaft. Hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Glas Rotwein genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, wir haben uns fast jeden Tag selbst versorgt und nichts vermisst. In dem Restaurant unten am Strand bekommt man sogar eine kleine Ermäßigung, wenn man dort angibt, dass man von Giorgio kommt. Sein Neffe arbeitet dort. :-) Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Giorgio!!! Das waren tolle 8 Tage!

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.
