Just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely cozy cottage in the beautiful village of Addingham. The cottage was nice and clean with welcoming goodies on arrival. Lorraine provided is us with useful information of places to visit around the location and how to access the parking space before we arrived. The hot tub is so relaxing after a nice walk. We’ve stayed in many rental properties in the U.K., Europe and USA and this is one of the best. Felt instantly at home. Beautifully decorated and fantastically well equipped we didn’t want for anything. Great for a short break but we could have happily stayed for weeks. Sally and Nick were so helpful and reassuring. We spent half our time planning a return visit this year and next! Well done

The cottage is beautiful and the small touches are so thoughtful. Beautiful surroundings and great location to access walks. Wendy was very friendly and responsive to messages and made the check in process easy.

LIz made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Location was lovely with the river Goyt just at the end of the garden area. Lovely local walks. If you're looking at a few places in this area and Holly's cottage is available, book it!! It's an absolute gem. Words can't do justice, honestly, not only is it beautiful, super comfortable, with every thought having gone into making it a wonderful place to stay, at a wonderful price, on top of that it could not be in a better location, it's absolutely fantastic for exploring from, in all directions, for all activities. I stayed on my own for walking and had a brilliant time, my husband joined me for the last day and it was wonderful to enjoy the cottage and area as a couple, but it would also be fantastic for a family, so many things to do!! But the icing on cake is Holly, without being too much at all, she cares, checks, and makes sure everything is absolutely perfect. This is one of the best places I've stayed and I can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Sarah and Mark's property. The location was ideal for us, as we were visiting family in the area, but we were also able to enjoy serenity at the cottage between visiting. From the cottage we could walk our dogs peacefully up the road (a huge bonus for us as they need a quiet life), and I managed a long run from the doorstep - discovered some fab trails. The cottage had everything we needed and overall was a very relaxing stay. Sarah and Mark were responsive throughout too, always helpful and friendly - they even offered a late checkout, as no guests staying directly after us, which was incredibly thoughtful. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Lovely area close to Colne and surrounding areas. House was very well stocked- had everything you could need. Would 100% recommend staying there again.

Chimney Cottage was perfect for our stay! It is situated in a beautiful, peaceful village and the locals were all super friendly. It’s the type of place where people saying hello to each other when walking by. The cottage itself was exactly as described with everything you could need already thought of. I would definitely recommend this place if you like the quiet and enjoy scenic walks. The hosts were very proactive, providing a manual for everything we could need, even emergency vets. They messaged to say we could check in early and sent a text to wish us well, very thoughtful!

We had a lovely 2 nights here. It's a great location with beautiful surrounding countryside. Beautiful views at the short walk to Digley reservoir. Holme Moss Summit spectacular. The accommodation was great - everything as described/ as the photos. Really nice to hear the sound of the river. We'd certainly consider staying again.

We stayed here last year, and enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for this year The location of the property is perfect , lots of nearby walks and two minutes walk to the Main Street. Once again everything was spotless clean, you would never know that this was a dog friendly property, like some Kindly Keith left us milk, bread, butter, cereal. Jam and fresh orange , everything you need to start your day , and a lovely bottle of wine , perfect for the end of the day Our dog Lizzie enjoyed her treats and was very relaxed here again Can’t recommend his place and the host highly enough

Can't speak highly enough about our two-night stay. I wish it could have been longer. Snugly nestled in the wild and rugged hills of West Yorkshire, the kiln house is a cosy haven for all those who want to get away from the stresses of the city where you can relax by a log fire, get lost in a book, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. It has everything you need: smart TV, cooker, microwave, comfortable sofas and beds, books and board games. Susan and Ian were very friendly and welcoming and even put out a few Christmas treats for my daughter. It is close to many historic and cultural attractions, such as Haworth and Hebden Bridge, and there are lots of walks in the area. One of the best parts was waking to a stunning moonset on the western hills, so bright I initially mistook it for the sun. The place would be great for Bronte fans. We hope to stay there again soon.

Really well appointed cosy cottage in a spectacular location. Perfect for a short getaway. Loved the CD collection and the ‘novelty’ of listening to a whole album! Fantastic walks all around, and hidden gem villages like Heptonstall close by. Great base for visiting Calderdale and Brontë country. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Small but perfectly formed. Ideal accommodation for our two night stay with our 2 small dogs. House comfortable and very well equipped. Andy was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again ourselves.

beautiful peaceful secluded cottage. home from home with everything you need. great views and open space for a stroll by the stream. The dogs enjoyed the walks and the toddler seeing all the animals nearby. A lovely fire and dvd in the evening. All perfect

Lovely house in a residential area, a short walk away from the Main Street in Howarth. Home from home stay would recommend this place, comfortable Particularly liked the lounge in the evening, cosy cottage.

Our second stay at Nutclough Cottage and we will definitely return in the future! It’s such a great place, cosy and quirky with an incredibly view across the valley. Easy to get into Hebden Bridge by foot and everything you need should you stay in for a quiet night or head out to enjoy the pubs and great places to eat. Nic is friendly and always available, we’ll definitely return!
