We where not expecting to spend the day with host trinity and Darby she asked if we would like a tour of course I jumped on that, this place is magical, the attention to detail on the entire property is like no other. My partner and I enjoyed every second of our stay Darby and trinity were great company. I am so excited to come back and most important I made a friend (Trinity) and so thankful and blessed to have come across this beautiful property

Our stay at Sorry Charley Ranch was amazing! The owners were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. We were able to enjoy many of their amenities that they had to offer. We fed their adorable goats, our kids played daily on the playground and in their common area, had amazing conversations around the bonfire at night, and used their outdoor kitchen to prepare food. Our tiny house was so cute! It was very clean and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Not to mention the very comfortable mattresses! It was such an amazing experience that by the end of our stay there, we felt more like family than as guests.

This is a special place- if you stay here you get to experience the art of small houses, animals, nature, and a warm and generous host. We were treated with a strawberry shortcake dessert and meet a new born chick and goats. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Thank you for your hospitality!!

We loved our stay at the tiny homes and extra special with baby goats and a beautiful tour by Trinity! It was inspiring to be on the property and hear their story. Thanks for having us! The house had everything we needed. The bathroom wasn’t far, warm water and heater in the bathroom too. Great stay!

Beautiful spot! A treasure that it is being shared with others. Julie is super friendly and helpful. Kids and I collected a lovely memory with our short time there.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Little Dipper was perfect! Cozy, comfy and has great amenities. The bed is so comfortable as well. Only regret I have is getting the place for one night.

This was one of our BEST stays in San Marcos. ❤️ We loved floating the river and the swimming pool was perfect for the days we didn’t want to do the river. The staff was especially helpful. Everything was clean and just perfect for us. We will definitely be back next summer and can’t until then!!

Genaro's place was great. It's the perfect getaway destination for those wanting to escape the city and into the woods for a few days. The place was spotless and as described. There's plenty of nature all around to enjoy. We enjoyed birdwatching, the small deer herd, hiking and hanging out with the mysterious, friendly heeler that occasionally made his way around. We would book again for the outdoor space available. It's perfect for campfire hangouts, but unfortunately the county was under a burn ban. Maybe next time!

I had a great stay at the cabin. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. Julio was very friendly and responsive.

Excellent place to stay for the MotoGP race. I had an issue with the AC unit, and when I reached out to Julio he responded quickly and with the help of Monica it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would stay again for more events at Circuit of the Americas.

Julio and his family are wonderful. Julio clearly communicated check in instructions and was very gracious and understanding with any questions. The shipping container was exactly what I needed for my month-long stay. It's spacious, functional, and cozy. The outdoor courtyard is really nice - great to simply be on the land. 10/10 recommend.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! Michael stopped by to meet us and gave us a thorough rundown of the home. He also shared some excellent dining recommendations. Every night, we looked forward to unwinding with a relaxing outdoor bath after a long day at the races. We were always greeted by the adorable pups, Charlie, Momma, and Luna, when we returned. It was the perfect way to end each day! We will definitely book another stay!

Had a blast at this tiny home. Exactly as expected, and Sarah put up with my twelve million questions before arrival. We enjoyed the spot and also went to a movie the first night and to the speakeasy the second. Went to downtown Buda Saturday during the day to shop and Saturday night for dinner and drinks after the speakeasy.

From the moment we arrived at the WahWah property we knew we would want to come back. It’s such a nice step away from the busy day to day life. We really enjoyed getting to enjoy each other and the outdoors without a phone or TV to distract us. The provided golf cart was great and we enjoyed driving through the property. We were lucky and saw plenty of deer, a turkey and 2 armadillos! We got to experience Fly Fishing with Ryan from Go Outside and Explore and it’s safe to say we are hooked 😉 Will defiantly be back in the warmer months so we can take full advantage of the San Marcos River!

The cabin was very cute, exactly like the pictures. It was comfortable for us. The weather changed unexpectedly and it got very cold. She made sure we had extra blankets and a heater, without us even asking.
