We've stayed in a lot of amazing Airbnbs over the years, but Caireen and Jacelyn's artsy heritage abode in Calgary is one of the most memorable. We spent a week with our two kiddos (4 and 7) and from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything was just perfect. The location is fantastic -- walkable to downtown/Chinatown in 10-15 minutes, great views across the river just a couple of blocks away, dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops along 1st and the Edmonton Trail. The house itself is comfortable, funcitonal, and unique. Besides the art (which is so cool!) there were kid and adult books to peruse, a great kitchen (and coffee setup), and as you can see in the pictures, a fantastic outdoor space, which we used in sun, clouds, and snow! Caireen was super responsive and friendly, even offering to mail some items we'd forgotten at the house. All in all, a wonderful stay, absolutely a trip we hope to replicate in the future.

We wanted a private escape from the city to get away for the weekend and reset just the two of us.We arrived to the most wonderful place! As soon as we walked in we were amazed by the size of the place and all the amenities and the beautiful view! We were running around like little kids exploring the place,everywhere we looked there was something cool and felt so welcoming 😊The outdoor fenced space was great for our dogs and we had no worries about them.The hot tub great and beautiful that it was open to the stars ⭐️ We had a couple fires down at the giant fire pit at the beach,all the wood was provided and it was truly amazing down there with the lake right in front of you and the house and lights from the home behind you!It truly felt so serene and magical and exactly what we needed. Everything was so private and very much felt like a home away from home 😊we went in march on a whim but we were saying we would come back for sure and would be nice to bring our families! 5 stars for s

It was an amazing place to get ready for my wedding. It accommodated all of my bridal party and the hair/make up artists. Barry was very friendly and quick to respond with answers to my questions. I look forward to booking this in the future for a little peaceful getaway.

NK Paradise was well worth it. Our family enjoyed our mini reunion. There’s lots of space and activities for our kid and three dogs. We enjoyed the mini golf area, trampoline, hot tub and pool table. Niyush was helpful and communicative. We wish we were staying longer!

Our stay at Lacey's place was wonderful! She was very responsive and left the place clean for my group and me. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and has a great view from the balcony. We watched the sunset from the fire pit there every day. I would stay here again.

My stay at Marvin’s was great. It was clean, well priced, and a great location. I would recommend

Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, our dogs enjoyed the dog run, we enjoyed the privacy. We would come again!

Wonderful stay, location was beautiful, wild horses wandered through the yard in the am. Private and very lovely.

Really loved our stay here! This place was so well equipped!! Michelle went above and beyond as a host and we truly felt at home. Will be staying here again next time we are in Banff.

My wife and I stayed at this great Airbnb for one week. The location and unit itself are terrific - quality finishes, very functional kitchen with open space, bathrooms were spacious and clean (my wife was a big fan of the tub), bedrooms and lots of storage space. Our favorite part would be coming home from hikes and enjoying the fireplace. Jen was responsive and helpful, and proactively shared a message about construction happening nearby. That construction was a bit of a nuisance at times. Even though I missed the message initially, if we knew that ahead of time, we would have still made the same decision and were very happy here. Would visit again!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our quiet 3 day mountain getaway. Regan’s condo is well equipped. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities, spacious living area, underground parking, and great amenities including the awesome hot tub. Wonderfully located, it’s only a short drive to Canmore and then into Banff National Park. Regan communicated in a friendly, timely manner and quickly responded to our questions. Would highly recommend!

Jen and Steven had the fastest responses from a host that I've ever had. The property was exactly as described and we felt right at home. It was peaceful, very clean, well kept, and a wonderful place to stay!

My favorite place to stay in Calgary!

Keri’s, place was lovely! We stayed for our grandmas 90th birthday party. The place had everything we needed. It was only 5 mins from Vulcan but felt out of town and very quiet. The place was private which we loved! Also extremely clean!

I enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommending to my co workers and family. We had some trouble getting there at first as we went an entire different route. Therefore beware of losing reception. Definitely go through Sundre, and follow directions from there. Besides that, it was a beautiful view, cabin was fitted for us all and we made it a good time away from home. Thank you for the great stay! Till we visit again :)

Highly recommended this place, the journey to get there is worth it. Absolutely stunning place. The views are breathtaking, a little piece of paradise. We spent our anniversary there and they come to our site with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate. Such special people. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will be back for sure

Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Smartly appointed with everything you could ever need for a rustic stay. You'll need to navigate a ladder to the sleeping area, it's a childhood dream but have to have knees and balance to make it to bed. You'll be greeted by a very comfortable king bed and a window for fresh cool air. Such a treat to enjoy the firepit. If you're looking for a little adventure close to Calgary, you'll be charmed by this little cabin in the woods.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for a group of 5 with 3 kids (16,18 and 21). Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the Banff and Canmore area. We were snowboarding and the in unit dryer ensure we were dry and comfortable. The message chair was a great assist to relax and jacuzzi tub was great after long snowboarding days.

What a beautiful place for a great getaway from the city!! There is a great selection of board games for all ages! Loved that we were right on the creek and got to enjoy outside right on the property! We would 100% comeback!

I booked in last minute for a mini getaway and I’m so grateful Susan could accommodate. Upon my arrival, I walked into the cabin with the fireplace already on and some cozy socks warming up nearby — a perfect greeting after a chilly day spent in the mountains. It was a great spot to relax, unwind and just what my soul needed. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Loved this property! Rustic but with nice decorating and charm. If you love an older character house this is a gem. The view right outside the porch is incredible! The sound of the river and being in nature while still just a short walk away from all the amenities is a rarity. Definitely recommend bringing house shoes though as the floors are as described and need these to stay splinter free. The host is wonderful and we will certainly be returning. Thanks!
