Calheta : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

prima huisje op een prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht. Even wennen aan de steile en smalle wegen maar na een paar dagen ben je het gewend. Met de uitleg van Johnny kun je een heel steile weg naar het huisje vermijden. Garage aanwezig met een steile inrit. Het huis is voor 2 personen erg ruim maar voor 4 volwassenen KAN de huiskamer net te krap zijn door 2 minder comfortabele stoelen. Bedden lagen heerlijk en waren perfect. 2 badkamers, 1 met bad en 1 met een heerlijke douche. Het terras buiten ligt op het zuiden met een prachtig uitzicht. Funchal ligt op 45 minuten rijden, grote supermarkt binnen 15 minuten. Keuken in goed uitgerust. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in dit perfecte huisje waar je alleen zit, zonder eigenaar op hetzelfde terrein. Alles perfect alleen de huiskamer heeft een flinke echo door de lege vide. Maar verder een complete aanrader als je een auto tot je beschikking hebt.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und die Lage ist sensationell. Es war alles da was man braucht und uns wurde auch vor Ankunft das Reisebett aufgebaut.

The house looks just as on the pictures. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you may need for a perfect holiday on Madeira. Right next to the sea with a little "swimming pool" and parking space just next to the house. Location: center north part of the island. Perfectly situated for all excursions (Levadas, coastal villages, Funchal,...). Surfing spot at 200m, if you are into surfing Constantino's house is the must stay for you. Need to know: it is on the north, less sunnier side of the island and you definitely need a car. Restaurants, bars, small groceries and wine stores nearby though. Constantino was the perfect host, communication was easy, welcome was warm, we got a lot of useful tipps and even sweets and Madeira wine as welcome gift. If we look for negatives, hard to find any. Except perhaps that on rainy days one bedroom was a bit damp. We were only 2 so no problem. Did we miss something? Maybe a coat hanger near the door ;-) A 100% recommandation.

Amazing Stay! We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home. The cleanliness was exceptional, and it was clear that the host puts a lot of effort into maintaining the property. Angela was fantastic to communicate with – she was quick to respond, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Estadia perfeita! O espaço estava limpo e bem equipado. O anfitrião foi muito preciso na localização e no chekin e super atencioso. Recomendo o espaço e se possível voltarei novamente.

I had a great stay! I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected and to work. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view and easy access to the city, either with car or public transport. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and cozy. The terrace and its view was a great place to relax after a working day. The host was friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions and share local tips.

We had a great few days in this beautiful house. There was enough room for everyone (we were 9 people) and the kids loved the foosball table.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Miguels guesthouse und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die schöne, weitläufige und z.T. überdachte Terasse war super, um sich viel draussen aufzuhalten, auch wenn mal ein Schauer vorbeizog. Auch der Empfang war sehr freundlich und Miguel hat uns alles gezeigt, was man so wissen musste.

Where do I begin? The trip was unbelievably beautiful. From the amazing Airbnb location with an even more amazing host to the majestic and magical scenery of the island. The landscape was astonishingly lush and green, the water a glistening blue like I have never seen before. For anyone into hiking or just a relaxing vacation on the beach, this island has got it all. The hikes are unparalleled! There is something for everyone, from relatively easy, flat, and stunning coastal hikes to intense routes at crazy elevation. Our host Bruno was extremely helpful and a kind soul. The amenities, bathroom, and bed were clean and well maintained—especially the Jacuzzi with the extraordinary view! Bruno, meu amigo, you are most definitely living the dream on this incredible paradise of an island. Once again, thank you for everything! We would love to come back someday. Perfect accommodation for two couples. Always nice to have two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus an extra 1/2 bath. Nicoline and Odete were very responsive. 10 minute walk to many great Old Town restaurants. Our favourites were the Three House restaurant for their French Onion Soup. Better than anywhere. Also enjoyed La Pasta for delicious pizza and pasta dishes.

This is a 5* +++ apartment. Spacious beyond belief. Amazing views of the hillside, watching the lights twinkle, the stadium lights way up on top and the moon rising from behind the hill. Kitchen really well equipped with quality items. Beds big and comfy. Brilliant location for the coast, cable car, old town and restaurants. Betty is a wonderful host. Best Airbnb we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this awesome apartment. The place is located in a very convienient location close to lots of shops, the ocean and some beautiful boardwalks. Ricardo went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay and provided us with all the basics plus a bunch of great tips. Would highly recommend!

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Airbnb! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Francisco, der Gastgeber, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage liegt zwar etwas abseits, aber mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Ich fühlte mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

This was the perfect stay for my Madeira getaway! I was greeted by my host who was friendly and welcoming and showed me everything I needed to know, and then he left me to enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean. My host was always available to answer questions and even helped me with a transportation recommendation to get to and from the airport. I found the location to be ideal for everything that I wanted to do, and grocery shopping was close by. I am already thinking about my next trip to Madeira and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved the apartment. The central location made it easy to explore the city by foot. The 3 bedrooms are of equal size and there are 2 full bathrooms, perfect for a group of friends or family alike. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed. Luis graciously allowed us to check-in early which was much appreciated. If you are visiting Funchal this is the place to stay, I highly recommend it!

Perfect location! Convenient and functional apartment

We've stayed at this flat for six days - the location is great, we found everything we needed nearby, including grocery shops, car rentals and bus station! There is a large parking area right under the balconies and a pool we unfortunately didn't have time to use. Chayanne was very nice to us, really helpful and friendly, and we were overall very happy with our trip. Thanks, Chayanne!

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Funchal. Wir waren begeistert von dem grandiosen Ausblick über die Stadt. Fernando hatte im Vorfeld hilfreiche Anweisungen für den Check-in geschickt, so dass die Unterkunft einfach zu finden war. Wir fanden auch klasse, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Bardzo pomocni i komunikatywni gospodarze, miejsce zgodne z opisem, nic nie brakowało, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń ani uwag, z balkonu piękny widok :)

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ana hat uns persönlich begrüßt und in Details alles erklärt. Zudem stand für uns in der Wohnung einen Korb mit frischem Obst und die Kekse aus Madeira. Vielen lieben Dank für diese nette Geste! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit den passenden Kaffeepads. In der Wohnung waren sogar Strandhandtücher da, die wir für unsere Badetage im Meer benutzen konnten. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele tolle Restaurants, die in der Fußweite erreichbar sind. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage war Gold Wert, weil in der Umgebung freie Parkplätze sehr rar sind. Wir bedanken uns bei Ana für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Madeira sehr genossen 😊

I can highly recommend Leonardo as a host and this apartment. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. We loved our stay and felt right at home, just what we were looking for on our holiday. It was very peaceful, quiet and the views were beautiful. Our highlight was having breakfast/brunch on the balcony with the sound of the waves and the sun shining.
