Calheta : locations de villas de vacances

Vielen Dank liebe Eigentümer der Villa Retiro! Wir reisen viel und wurden selten so herzlich und nett empfangen. Wir kamen am ersten Abend spät an und ärgerten uns, dass bereits alle Supermärkte geschlossen hatten. Jedoch hatten die Eigentümer bereits einen ersten "Grundeinkauf" mit Brot, Aufschnitt usw vorgenommen. Zudem wurde uns regionales Obst und Früchte, regionaler Honig und regionaler Wein zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Traum den wir nicht erwartet hätten und selten geschieht! Nach einigen Tagen wurde die Unterkunft sogar gereinigt und mit neuer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bestückt - dies ist selten bei Ferienunterkünften. Des Weiteren wurde uns ein selbstgemachter Maracujapudding mitgebacht, welcher wirklich sehr lecker war. Zur Unterkunft: Alles was das Herz bedarf ist vorhanden. Selbst Windeln, Waschmittel, Spielzeug usw war vorhanden. Ansonsten ist alles wie auf den Bilder und wir haben die geräumigen Zimmer, das Grundstück und den Pool genossen. Danke an die Gastgeber!

Fantastic Villa! Absolutely amazing view, perfect for watching sun set. Great amount of space. You would need a car to get around as it's a bit far from things and hard to walk up the hill. Well stocked kitchen but frying pans are very scratched, I hope they replace them soon. Great communication from the host. We wished we could stay longer!

Maison très bien située , sur les hauteurs de Ribeira Brava. La vue sur l'océan et la vallée est incroyable. Maison spacieuse bien équipée et très bien adaptée aux familles. Nous recommandons à 100% ! Merci Maria 🙏

Jose and Sofia are excellent communicators, extremely charming and helpful. The Villa is a great size, well equipped and very comfortable and although anyone staying would need a car, that is explained up front and therefore is not an issue. The view from inside and outside is spectacular. Funchal is only 45 minutes away so easily reachable and there are multiple Levadas in easy reach for walkers. Sofia gave us great tips on good walks and restaurants etc (The Fish Factory in Paul do Mar, 10 mins away is fantastic) and messaged us to warn us of impending bad weather and days when the Levadas were closed to walkers. Although it is unlikely that we would visit again as it is small island and we were there for 12 days in mixed weather so saw everything possible, including Opera and a Classical concert in Funchal, we have no hesitation in recommending this as a perfect getaway in a quiet location. A beautiful house with stunning views, well equipped with plenty of space for everyone. Clive always responded quickly to any requests. The property is within 30mins of Funchal and perfect position to go and explore the coastline and mountains of Madeira Would thoroughly reccomend !

Villa Valhalla oli erittäin hyvä ja meille mainiosti sopiva majoitus (6 aikuista ja yksi teini-ikäinen lapsi). Majoitus oli siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja kaikki toimi erinomaisesti. Uima-allas oli oikein hyvä, sopivan syvä ja puhdas. Erityisesti monet istuskeluryhmät ulkona, eri parvekkeilla toimivat todella hyvin. Kommunikointi majoittajan kanssa toimi mainiosti ja saimme ihanan loman Madeiralla. Erityisen mukavaa oli leipomo/kahvila lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, josta sai hakea aamupala sämpylät.

Wir haben die Villa von Jan für eine Woche gemietet und Jan als zuvorkommenden und tollen Vermieter kennengelernt. Das Haus entsprach ganz und gar unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen und war wie auf dem Inserat beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - ausser einer Kaffeemaschine mit Kapselsystem. Aber auch die ist mittlerweile vorhanden ;-) Die Villa war sehr sauber samt allen Zimmern und Bädern war sehr sauber. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, hatte jeder ein eigenes Bad und zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sogar Pool- und Meerblick. Die Küche ist riesig und hat uns so viel Freude bereitet, dass wir die ganze Woche nie ausgegangen sind zum Essen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist natürlich der Pool und die Lounge mit Meersicht wie der Grill (BBQ). Für uns als sehr aktive Sportler war die Waschmaschine genial; so konnten wir jeden Abend nach unseren sportlichen Aktivitäten waschen und mussten nicht so viel Kleidung von zuhause mitnehmen. Just returned from a 4 night stay at Kents apartment with a group of friends. Apartment was spacious with great views over Funchal. The apartment is around 10 minutes taxi drive or bus journey (takes a little longer) from the centre of Funchal or up to the tropical gardens at Monte. There is a little shop for essentials around 10 minutes walk away, just a step hill walk back up. Kent was an excellent communicator from first booking. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit vielen Kommunikationsorten für 3 Ehepaare: 3 gleichwertige Schlafzimmer (2 x Bad ensuite, 1 x Bad nebenan), große und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Theke und Hockern, großer Esstisch und 2 Ecksofas im Wohnzimmer. Gutes W-LAN im ganzen Haus. Parkmöglichkeit für mehrere Autos direkt am Haus. Ruhige Südost Lage mit Meerblick, ca. 300 m Meereshöhe. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation per Chat-Gruppe (alle Reisenden waren immer gleich informiert) - alle Fragen und Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Kleinigkeiten hätten noch besser sein können: Kaffeemaschine mit Plastikkaspseln ist nicht umweltfreundlich, kein Trockner, Aussenbereich ist für 6 Personen etwas beengt und es gibt nur 4 Stühle. Zur Lage: ist etwas abseits (12 Minuten mit Auto zur Via-Rapida). Zwei kleine Supermärkte, Bäckerei und Bar/Restaurant sind mit dem Auto in 2 min gut zu erreichen (zu Fuß allerdings 120 Höhenmeter und anstrengende 15 Minuten)

What an amazing 5* villa! We absolutely loved staying here. Everything about it was just wonderful - architect designed house, incredible view, super comfortable beds and great kitchen facilities. Plus easy parking in the garage underneath. Also Rita who met us there was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return one day!

Der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Nach der ersten Woche wurde eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt. Bei Problemen hat sie schnell regiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist top! Sehr schöne Location direkt am Meer und nahe am Flughafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hätte aber besser sein können. Dennoch können wir die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Had the most amazing stay here with my Wife and Son. The villa is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The location is great for exploring the island as it’s very central. Liliana was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble! Would really recommend!

Carla was an impeccable host. She answered every question within a few minutes and clearly. The house is much larger and more beautiful than the photos used in the advert. The area is perhaps one of the most relaxing and pleasant in Madeira. We will definitely be back

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem AirBnB und haben uns darin verliebt. Es war alles genauso wie es beschrieben war bzw. wie man es auf den Bilder gesehen hatte. Rita und ihr Mann hatten uns herzlich empfangen und uns direkt alles gezeigt. Diese komme dann alle 2/3 Tage um den Pool zu reinigen, was nie ein Problem dargestellt hatte. Das AirBnB hatte alles nötige, um dort auch für einen längeren Zeitraum eine entspannte Zeit zu haben. Ein Mietauto auf Madeira ist ein muss. Dieses kann man auch in der Garage entspannt parken. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es eine handvoll von guten Restaurants und ein kleinen Supermarkt. Falls man einen größeren Einkauf machen möchte, sollte man am Besten nach Calheta. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns auch in 2 Streunerkatzen verliebt. Eine orangene und eine schwarze Katze, die uns öfters mal Hallo gesagt haben und sich über Leckeris immer wieder gefreut hatten. Ich kann dieses AirBnB wirklich nur empfehlen und wurden gerne wieder komme! :)

Margarida is a fab villa, with lots of space and stunning view across the valley and ocean (especially seen from the pool). There were wild fires while we were there which created a layer of ash during a number of mornings on the ground and in the pool, the villa owner went out of his way to clean the pool in order that we could continue to us it. They are incredible kind, thoughtful, helpful and responded very quickly to all enquiries. The villa has all the usual facilities including a dish washer, hair dryers, coffee machine and ample size fridge and freezer. The outdoor eating area is spacious where we enjoyed many BBQs.

Heather ist eine unfassbar liebe und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns direkt Zuhause gefühlt und hatten stets eine Ansprechpartnerin. Das Haus und das Außengelände sind schön und sehr gepflegt. Besonders der Blick auf das Meer hat uns gefallen. Wir sind dankbar für die Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! ☺️

Amazing villa with stunning views, everything was just as the photos and narrative described. Location is peaceful and ideal for access to coast and other areas. The villa was spacious, clean and tidy with a great pool, numerous areas to relax and enjoy the sun and the view ! Would highly recommend the villa and the excellent service received from Elisabete, especially the recommendations.

Sehr modernes Haus mit phänomenalem, traumhaften Ausblick. Sehr angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Einige Küchenutensilien waren nicht sauber. Sehr gute Lage, um Wander- bzw. Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Die Straße ist allerdings tagsüber viel befahren, was hin und wieder etwas stört. Die Fenster sind jedoch sehr gut isoliert, so dass der Lärm kaum zu hören ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt.
