Britta was great, from the first communication onwards, wen above and beyond to make sure that our stay was pleasant. She was also flexible to our requests, and very proactive and responsive even when we were not quick to respond. Regarding the property, it is exactly (if not better!) than as shown on the pictures. Every detail was nice, decoration was beautiful, and every piece of furniture or appliance functional and comfortable - thanks Britta, we will surely be coming back!!

She accommodated me last minute and was a wonderful host! The unit was so clean and so quiet. I loved the outdoor patio and waking up to the Mountain View. Check in was very easy and I love that it’s gated and protected. Plus you are walking distance to La Quinta Resort that has amazing restaurants and neighboring towns. I will absolutely stay here again! There is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, regular fridge and a wine fridge! It’s a perfect studio, I could live there full time!

This was the perfect house for our 4-man golf trip. So close to many great courses and places to dine. Comfortable beds and a roomy living space. Garage and driveway parking. I will stay here again! Host is communicative, timely and accommodating.

Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. Legacy Villa is a great complex. The house is located near the main pool and a quieter pool, jacuzzi behind the house. Fully stocked kitchen. Host was really responsive and accessible. We had a great time with our granddaughter. Thanks Garret!!

Great location. Near the mall and main strip of businesses in the area. Very peaceful, set back on the property away from the street noise. Loved the birds.

We had a wonderful stay through the holidays. Upon entering, we were greeted with mood lighting and music, a lovely welcome. The home is charming with the right touches and well stocked kitchen. Loved the blackout curtains in the bedroom and amazing shower in the main bathroom. We loved being close to the trails to walk with our dog and the mountain setting is serene. Faye was a great host, easy to communicate with. We love La Quinta and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying at Milton's home. We were there for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and it was very close to the Tennis Center. The place is very well designed. Milton was very easy to communicate with and his directions/instructions were spot on. We enjoyed having breakfast at a restaurant right across the street from the home. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay with a large family. The home was clean, well equipped, and the host was very responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and used the extra large hottub and pool a ton. Highly recommend staying here!
