We stayed at Brenda and Rutgers house for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It was even more beautiful than the pictures, exceptionally clean and so relaxing. The attention to detail was incredible, it felt like a spa resort! Very comfortable beds, amazing showers, stunning decor and had everything we could possibly need. The seperate den room was a favourite for our 2 kids with it's giant tv where we snuggled up for a movie night to relax after a hectic few weeks travelling before flying home. The big jacuzzi was a hit with all of us too! We wished we could have stayed longer to make use of the bbq, firepit and sauna. We were using public transport and it was a short enjoyable walk to the nearest bus stop which took us into Haarlem in minutes. Brenda was so responsive before and during our stay and so nice to deal with. I can't accurately describe how stunning and relaxing this house is. If it's available for your dates, book it, you won't regret it! Thank you Brenda!!

Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la charmante petite maison proposé par Tine ! L'endroit est calme, au milieu de la campagne mais tout proche des moulins. D'ailleurs des vélos sont à disposition pour se déplacer. Nous avons été touché pour les petites attentions pour notre arrivée (fruits, bouquet de fleurs, fromage). Encore merci pour tout et pour votre accueil !!

Host is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. We hebben een prachtig weekend gehad en de stad Alkmaar is op loopafstand. De weg voor het huisje is vrij druk, maar daar heb je verder geen last van. Achter het huisje aan het water, heb je de ruimtelijke landelijke indruk, terwijl de stad Alkmaar voor het huisje voor je voeten ligt.

Fijne plek, dichtbij strand en bos. Fijne tuin. We mochten iets later uitchecken wat heel luxe was. We misten alleen koffie, thee en zout en peper of olijfolie om in te bakken. Daar hadden we niet zelf aan gedacht. Verder heel fijn, alles aanwezig zoals beddegoed, handdoeken.

The location is absolutely fantastic—nestled in a beautiful area that's both peaceful and convenient. Just a short walk or drive to the beach, and also right near a stunning national forest, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Whether you're looking to unwind by the sea or explore nature trails, this place is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Arthur welcomed us to his home in person so everything was easily explained. He kept in touch to make sure all was well. House is in a great location - close to Haarlem & Amsterdam via public transport. Also very close to supermarket, bakery etc

Wij werden verwelkomd door Aart. Een aardige host. Reageert snel op berichten. Koffie, thee en wat lekkers lagen voor ons klaar. Gratis parkeren. De keuken is prima. Alle benodigdheden die we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Verder was het schoon en netjes. Ik heb met twee collega’s een dagje gewerkt. Wij hebben dus niet overnacht. Het zonnetje scheen en we hebben lekker buiten gezeten. Zij hebben kippen, konijnen, geitjes, pony’s, katten en een super lieve hond Daisy. Verse eitjes van Aart gekregen ☺️. De ruimte buiten is groot. We konden lekker buiten ik het zonnetje aan de picknicktafel zitten werken. Minpuntje: wifi werkte buiten niet en hebben we onze hotspots gebruikt. Geen groot probleem. Bedankt Aart en Tiny!

I can't recommend Martijn and Lucy's place enough. The apartment itself was extremely well furnished and thought out, including a well stocked kitchen, decent shower and plenty of towels provided. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. There are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment at the top floor of the building, but these are well worth it for the benefit of a roof terrace. The location is great, with plenty of food options within a few mins walk (it's worth checking out the Foodhallen!) and an outdoor market on the street below. A tram line that can take you towards the central station is only a couple of mins away or it's an enjoyable walk to anywhere in Amsterdam. We had a great stay, thanks so much!

Die Unterkunft hat uns rundum gut gefallen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen und idyllischen Lage direkt an einem kleinen Kanal, mit guter Anbindung an die nächstgelegenen Städte Hoorn und Alkmaar sowie den Strand, den man in etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders das große Badezimmer mit Handtüchern und Bademänteln sowie das gemütliche Wohnzimmer und die Küche haben uns überzeugt. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, sodass wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, bekamen eine kleine Führung über den Pferdehof und wertvolle Ausflugstipps. Auch bei der Abreise erkundigte sich der Besitzer nach Verbesserungsvorschlägen, was sehr aufmerksam war. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Yasmine was very kind and friendly And her mom as well The place was really nice as I had a car but even without car I saw there is a bus station very close to the home and the view was amazing

An absolutely fabulous luxury flat. Mariette’s flat sets new standards for luxury with her flat. Warm welcome her on arrival. The flat is in a beautiful peaceful setting. Easy to access Amsterdam. Beautiful little village with lovely bakery, deli, lovely for walks along the beachfront. Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need and more. Spacious Bedroom and living room . Thank you for having us.

The apartment is small but nice has everything you need. Thildy and her husband are super friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast the first day and it was delicious and sumptuous. Especially our little one was thrilled with all the great toys, the trampoline and the hammocks in the garden. The surrounding area is great for bike rides or trips to the beach and dunes. Washing machine and towels cost extra, which we are not used to from AirBnB. But all toys are free and Thyldi helped us on a private issue, which was very kind. We had a really nice and relaxing time there!

Had a great stay here. Very beautiful location. A really lovely home that Tijmen has crated with easy access to everything worth visiting in Amsterdam. Lovely places to eat and drink very close to the apartment. If we came back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. Obviously as a result would highly recommend

Die Unterkunft von Lisette ist wirklich perfekte. Tolle Lage, ideal ausgestattet, ruhig, heimisch, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Auch Lisette selber ist wirklich sehr freundlich, direkt erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Highlight war aber Katze Jet. Verschmust und immer in der Nähe, direkt an der Tür begrüßt und immer für Streicheleinheiten da, sucht aber auch Distanz wenn sie ihre Ruhe will. Wir sind wirklich begeistert und würden zu 10000% wiederkommen!

We absolutely loved staying here with our 2 adult daughters. The house is in a road off two busier streets with coffee shops, a street market and restaurants close by. There is a Jumbo - small supermarket - a short walk away for groceries. The de Pijp metro station is literally around the corner so you can easily catch the metro from the airport or central station with your luggage. (We took a cab from the airport as we weren't sure if we could walk there easily with all our bags, but we should have used the metro and saved the $$ taxi fare!) The house has a beautiful interior and stairs down to the rooms. It has a bath and shower and two toilets. Kitchen has everything you need. As we had a late train to catch and the weather was rainy and windy, we spent a fair amount of time on our last afternoon in the spacious lounge, on a comfortable couch with blankets. Alejandro kindly allowed us to check out very late. He is a gracious host and recommended the best pizza place, Lou Lou's!

Oud en nieuw verbleven bij Jody om in een rustigere omgeving te verblijven voor onze hond. Gelukkig was het vuurwerk stukken minder dan bij ons in de Randstad. Het enige waar Jody niet voor kon zorgen was goed weer, voor de rest was alles perfect. Ook met slecht weer is het goed toeven in het huis, knus en alles wat je maar nodig hebt is aanwezig. Jody en haar gezin doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Are stay here was fantastic lovely peaceful surroundings was nice to be out the hustle and bustle of the city , the apartment was amazing definitely come back in the summer to make the most of the garden area was a bit cold when we went , had a lovely message on the chalk board to welcome us with lots of things to do in the area , the beds where comfy as well as the sofa in the living room , the kitchen was well equipped we couldn’t of asked for a nicer stay will definitely be back 👍🏻👍🏻

Heel fijn een aantal dagen verbleven in het vakantiehuisje van Eva. Het huisje is comfortabel ingericht en ligt op een rustig vakantiepark, dichtbij het strand (fietsafstand), Alkmaar en andere bezienswaardigheden. Het contact met Eva verliep super. Erg prettig!

Nettes sauberes Haus, war alles in Ordnung. Schön eingerichtet und eine ruhige Gegend. Werden wir wieder buchen nächste Jahr.

Heerlijk rustig en gezellig huisje. Prachtig, vrij uitzicht. sfeervol en ruim. je wordt persoonlijk ontvangen en ontvangt tips. Hou je van rust en natuur dan is dit een aanrader. Op 10 minuten van zee, duinen en dorpjes.

Martien was a very welcoming host and very responsive to all our concerns. Her place was very quiet, comfy and almost felt like home. The outdoor bench facing the canal was a great addition and the neighborhood makes you feel like a local. Would recommend this place to anyone who would like to live in a quiet and not so crowded area but also quite close to Amsterdam. Thank you, Martien!

Ons weekend in de duinstudio was fantastisch. Het huisje is met veel zorg ingericht en de tuin biedt alle privacy die je maar wensen kunt. We hebben genoten van alle vogeltjes in de mooie tuin. Annelies is enorm gastvrij en vriendelijk. Vanuit de studio loop je zo de duinen in. Wij hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt langs de zee en door de duinen. We voelden ons direct helemaal thuis in het huisje en bij Annelies. We komen er graag terug.

Wie auch schon beim ersten Mal: Sehr nette Gastgeber. Tolle und ruhige Lage! Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer - traumhaft schön! Das Interieur sehr schön und gemütlich! Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung perfekt! Zum Strand durch die Dünenlandschaft ca. 2-3km. Ein sehr schöner Supermarkt befindet sich in 1km Entfernung. Und man kann natürlich das schöne Restaurant der Gastgeberin besuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank! Astrid und Michael
