Sometimes in our busy lives we need to be reminded of the quiet and idealic life that Norman Rockwell invited us to. Well, welcome to Norm's Place! Being only a few blocks from the city square, or a short walk to Murray State University. This is the perfect spot to stay for a game, or a retreat while staying caught up with work! Small-town Murray, KY offers great restaurants and needed amenities, close to the beautiful Kentucky backroads, breathtaking LBL; and minutes away from Kentucky Lake.

Kentucky Lake Farmhouse & Chalet

Located between Paris Landing & Blood River, our Two Home Retreat is a great way to spend time with family and friends. 3 acres nestled on a hill overlooking Kentucky Lake w/ private dock, kayaks, gameroom, bar area & hot tub. Chalet has over 100 5-star reviews and we are excited to add our newly remodeled Farmhouse to accommodate groups up to 24. We also provide a 4-seater UTV to get to the dock and on-site boat rentals. This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room/kitchenette, large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and a large gazebo. SO SORRY, NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!!

"Peaceful, brick home, located in the middle of Murray. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to court square, shopping, restaurants, hospital and 8 blocks from Murray State University. My home is 10 miles from Land between the Lakes, 45 minutes from Paducah, Ky where the Quilt Museum is, 12 miles from Hazel, TN. Where the largest Antique mall is. Lots of attractions right around our small town of Murray. You will be so welcome to snuggle in and make yourselves comfortable at elm street.

Bring your family to this peaceful get- away that is just a short walk to the lake! Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles or a boat. Road dead ends at the lake about 1/3 of a mile past the house with a public boat launch. Spacious decks on 3 levels for lots of food and fun .Grill and smoker on the main level. For good food or boat rentals checkout the restaurant and marina at Lynnhurst or Marina at Irvin Cobb which are both within 5 miles.
