Great stay for the price

It was my first time in Manilla solo and I felt very safe and comfortable at Riza’s place. I stayed overnight as I needed to catch a flight the next day and was the perfect place to stay! Think it only took me 8 mins to get to the airport! Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in Manilla! 😃

Great access from the airport Terminal 3 via sky bridge, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Check-in was very easy; just provide guest information in advance, and the receptionist on the ground floor assisted the check in progress very smoothly. The in-room Wi-Fi was at a satisfactory speed, and I was able to watch Netflix on the Smart TV. Listings are equipped with a kitchen and dishes and are within walking distance to a large supermarket. The pool area is comfortable and has a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely bookmark this listing for the next time I have an airport connection at NAIA T3.

The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with all the amenities to make my stay feel like home. I particularly love the cozy atmosphere and the stunning view from the window. The host was, as always, extremely accommodating and communicative, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're in Manila for business or leisure, this apartment is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back again!

We had a really comfortable stay and the hosts were accommodating . Place is cozy and there are board games and stable internet for watching YouTube or Netflix (and chill)— for those looking for something to do while bored or while waiting.

Perfect stay, Clean and elegant, Responsive host

Jeanne was very accommodating with us. I was traveling with my senior citizen mother on a wheelchair but she patiently assisted us till we made us to our room. Vertis mall is near but then no direct access from the place to the mall. You have to move around several blocks away. But overall the place location is peaceful.

The place is so homey for us. It gives us the vibe that you will feel like this is just an extension of your home. The host is really responsive. He welcomed us personally. Will definitely book again.
