Nos sentimos en Casa EI tal como en casa. La vivienda, con una reforma moderna y de estilo rural, es pequeña y coqueta pero muy cómoda y acogedora, súper bien equipada y con todos los detalles para facilitarte la estancia. Tanto el alojamiento como el pueblo, del que ya somos asiduos, merecen mucho la pena si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y un bonito pueblo y paisaje cercano a muchos lugares de interés de la comarca de la Marina Alta. Gracias por todo, Elisa. 100% recomendable. Repetiremos!

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Our group of 12 had a lovely time at Anne's place. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for a great stay. When we encountered a problem, Anne was quick to respond and super helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Nos hospedamos en esta casa espectacular y fue una experiencia inolvidable. La propiedad es impresionante, con tres plantas llenas de comodidades y dos terrazas que nos permitieron disfrutar mucho. La calidad del alojamiento es insuperable. Cada rincón de la casa está cuidadosamente decorado y mantenido en perfectas condiciones. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario, lo cual hizo que preparar comidas en familia fuera muy cómodo y agradable. Las terrazas fueron el lugar perfecto para relajarnos y disfrutar de momentos especiales juntos. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta casa para cualquiera que busque un lugar para pasar unos días en familia. Nos llevamos recuerdos inolvidables y sin duda esperamos volver en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una estancia maravillosa!

Prostrano i komforno. Kuhinja opremljena svime potrebnim. Vrlo čisto i funkcionalno.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het strand is maximaal 15 minuten lopen. Het appartement was schoon en voldeed aan alles. Van te voren geen foto’s van de badkamer gezien maar ook deze was prima. Javier is heel vriendelijk en heeft meerdere keren gevraagd hoe alles ging en of we wat nodig hadden of vragen hadden. Hij had zelfs een flesje wijn voor ons achtergelaten bij aankomst. De sleutel konden we ‘s avonds makkelijk ophalen bij een familielid van Javier. Er is een afgesloten parkeerplaats waar je met de auto kan parkeren. We hadden hier elke dag plek. Wat fijn is aan dit appartement is dat het er rustig is. Je kan de drukte opzoeken als je wilt maar je ook heerlijk terugtrekken tussen de locals. Zeker een aanrader 10/10

We have had a very enjoyable stay. Razvans home is as per the description and lovely place to spend a family holiday. Lots of space to enjoy tje summer days and nights. Air conditioning works a treat and it was nice to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. The apartment is close to everything you need without using a car. Thank you for letting us stay.

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

Perfekt gelegen. Morgens frühstücken auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick, nachmittags auf der Promenade bummeln und die Altstadt genießen. Abend in den Trubel von Benidorm eintauchen. Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Wohnung ist einfach aber perfekt. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Ankunft wurde perfekt durchgeführt. Obwohl mitten im Trubel konnten wir gut schlafen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Preis Leistung hervorragend 👍 Es ist einfach gehalten aber sauber und die zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken ist sehr nützlich. Großer Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) Ofen Mikrowelle Handtücher.. Lovely apartment, very well situated, next to all amenities, confortable and clean

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfaitement propre, bien organisé et conforme à la description. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, et la résidence est très sécurisée et bien entretenue. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Goed vertoeven in dit mooie appartement met alles erop en eraan! Echt een mooie en handige locatie, je loopt zo de stad in of het strand op. Maar zit ook rustig op het dakterras.
