Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

We have a local beach hut and are familiar with Lutrell’s Tower at Eaglehurst ; it was wonderful to stay there and experience the superb views and the renovated cottage at Seaview. It felt like special access to local history dating back to the 17th Century and the smugglers across the Solent. The facilities at Seaview are excellent. Walking into the huge walled garden, and then along the beach were highlights.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

A warm cozy place perfectly located on a secluded street right next to the beach. Can’t stress enough how perfect the location was. Very clean and everything in perfectly working order, plus the most gracious host. A well deserved five star place.

We had an old nerds gaming weekend and this was perfect. Lots of space, well equipped, great host. Would 100% recommend.

We have stayed at Carey's before so knew what to expect and it didn't disappoint the flat is local to our family Enjoyed a meal at the Crofton pub which was very enjoyable The flat was spotless the bed comfortable and the shower hot And we would definitely stay again Thank you

Fabulous accomodation. really thoughtfully furnished, cosy and immaculately clean. Loved the sustainable eco friendly product usage. Handy parking space and amenities available on the parade downstairs. Loved watching the waves from the bed! Overall a relaxing short break and would definitely stay again.

I had lovely stay at this cool two bedroom bungalow. Beautifully positioned with great views and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable visit. Would happily return!

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Had a lovely break at Sandhills. The caravan was in a perfect spot with all the home from home comforts. Gareth and Marie were very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The park and surrounding area is very dog friendly and our dog loved her early morning walks on the beach.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

Thank you so much to Carly for hosting us and going the extra mile to be so welcoming and helpful. We have 3 young children so having a fully made up travel cot, bed bumper, toddler loo seat and high chair made packing that much easier and was incredibly welcome when arriving late on a Friday evening. Beautiful and personal little touches from named gifts to the children, fresh flowers on the table and Prosecco were bonus extras which made us all smile. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. All as described and the guest passes to the hoburne facilities are brilliant. Even during the pool refurb, the outside pool is covered by a marquee and heated to 30 degrees with outside saunas which is really fun. We went crabbing at Mudeford and to Avon beach. Only a short stay but can’t wait to return. 100% recommend.

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

A cute little house straight onto the beach. Had everything we needed for our two night stay including kids toys, books, plates, cups etc. The boys loved the bunk bed. Carl was a great host and kept us updated with information needed for our stay. Even though it was wet and windy outside, we were cosy inside and already spoken about coming back in the spring/summer. Thanks Carl.

James’s place was absolutely perfect for our mixed family holiday with 7 kids! The house was spacious, clean and with the most beautiful views over Seaview beach. The garden was a massive plus for us, stunningly beautiful with fun swings for the children. Direct access on to the beach was fabulous and we just had the best time. Thank you James for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Had a fabulous three day stay in Rob’s accommodation, lovely location with fabulous views across Freshwater Bay. An excellent base to travel around the island but especially enjoyed being able to walk from our accommodation the coastal path to see the needles then carry on to Alum Bay and make a circular route back to Freshwater via Yarmouth.

What a wonderful house , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . My wife and two young boys loved everything about the house .

Fabulous! Angeline was very easy and efficient to communicate with, before and during our stay. She was honest about possible noise from the construction work next door but we heard nothing! The builders were respectful and quiet on the only day during our 3 day stay we were there. This is a really beautiful and quiet spot right on the beach. I swam each morning we were there and I had the whole beach to myself. A truly memorable stay.

Lovely house in a fantastic location for a dog walk on the beach and a great hub to go out from visiting other areas each day in both Dorset and Hampshire. Loved the house, very well equipped with all of the home comforts, plenty of parking in the two drives and a lovely garden for the dogs. Would definitely recommend the Beach House at Mudeford, lovely place.
