We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Laura’s apartment. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were happy to have access to the roof terrace from which there was a particularly beautiful view at night. Antonio was very helpful too, allowing us to check in a little early and advising us regarding parking. We had no problems parking for free a very short walk from the apartment. All in all, a very spacious and comfortable apartment with all that we needed.

Alessandra è sempre stata gentile e reattiva a darci indicazioni in tempo sempre utili. l'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Recensisco con molto piacere l'alloggio del signor Giovanni, che come host è stato veramente impeccabile. La casa si trova a circa 9 min dal mare e presenta nelle vicinanze un fornitissimo supermercato. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e servito di tutto il necessario. Consiglierei l'alloggio a gruppi e famiglie data la disponibilità di spazio (interno ed esterno) e dei servizi vicini all'alloggio.

Situato nell'immediata periferia di Catania, l'appartamento è immerso nel verde di un bel giardino. primo piano, ampio, luminoso, pulito, ben organizzato. Titolare simpatico, comunicativo e disponibile. Ambienti curati e spaziosi. Consigliato.

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!

Underbar lägenhet som mer än uppfyllde alla våra förväntningar! Utmärkt läge, bra utrustat, skön säng och allt i lägenheten var vackert, helt och fräscht. Vi trivdes verkligen och är även mycket tacksamma över hissen. Stort tack till Enrico för välkomnandet och hjälp med att ordna transport till och från flygplats/tågstationen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

We had a great time in Pozzalo. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Great for family reunion. There are a beach nearby and two other sand beaches within 15 minutes walking distance. Giuseppina recommended “Sea Sound” restaurant and we went there. The food was excellent. If you want to cook fish yourself there is a fish store just across the restaurant. The town has grocery stores and bakery stores with fresh baked bread and pastries. We drove to Mt. Etna and Siracusa from Pozzalo. We wanted to visit Modica and Ragusa but didn’t have time for that. It is only 30 minutes drive and beautiful towns with an interesting history.

Very beautiful location, it’s a bit far from more touristy areas like Catania and Taormina but can easily get there with a car ride. But the house location is really nice and peaceful. The hosts are really responsive and helpful! Check-in process was seamless and smooth. Thank you for the stay and Sicily is absolutely beautiful!

Het huis is super proper. Er is één punt dat is dat er op sommige dagen geen parking te vinden is in de directe omgeving van het huis. Wel een betalparking op twee plaatsen dichtbij voor nog geen 2euro. Kortom het huis is 100% aan te bevelen. Het is de ervaring van een echte volksbuurt eens waard als je van authenticiteit houdt.

I would highly recommend Demetra's place. We spent 7 days in her studio apartment. Everything is as presented in the pictures. We really enjoyed the small balcony. The neighbors were very friendly, and there were a lot of cats on the street—lovely cats! We fed them all, and people were very grateful for it. We made some nice connections with locals in Catania. It's a very good location, close to everything in the city center. As walking lovers, we really enjoyed strolling to the train station. Catania is great; the coffee is amazing, the gelato is delicious, and the food is wonderful! There were desserts for breakfast every day! The distances between cities and beaches are worth it, taking a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours. Public transport is great and always on time. We will definitely come back after the New Year! ✨️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Roberta à Ortigia ! L’endroit est charmant, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Roberta avait prévu de petites attentions pour notre arrivée, comme des pâtes, des biscottes et du café, ce qui était très apprécié. Tout était impeccable : linge de toilette, savon, propreté irréprochable. L’emplacement est idéal pour explorer Ortigia à pied, et Roberta a été une hôte parfaite : disponible, de bon conseil et toujours prête à répondre à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Apartamento precioso en un palazzo decadente situado en un lugar que nos pareció mágico: el entorno del mercado de Ortigia. Puestos de verdura, fruta y el pescado más variado y más fresco que puedas imaginar. Soleado todo el día y con muchas comodidades (lavadora, secadora, plancha, cocina muy completa..) Ahora bien, quienes tienen problemas de sueño deben tener en cuenta lo siguiente: las dos habitaciones no tienen puertas; están separadas visualmente pero sólo se cierran con cortinas. Asimismo, hay que tener en cuenta que los vendedores del mercado comienzan a trabajar sobre las 6 y son sicilianos muy sicilianos y, por tanto, bastante bulliciosos. A nosotros también esto nos gustó.

Emy 和Mary 都很热情好客，事事有回应，因为我刚来很多东西不熟悉，她们都会耐心为我解答，且回应及时。房子里的东西应有尽有，都不需要自己带什么直接拎包入住就好。离我工作的地方只有五分钟，去超市只有8分钟左右，很方便。房子很漂亮，西西里风格，看得出Emy和Mary 有很用心得装饰房子，让我在这里每天生活都像在画里一样。离开真的很不舍。下次有机会我还会住这里！

This is a really lovely ground floor apartment. It is ideally located in lovely Ortigia 2 minutes away from the beach and within walking distance of everything the area has to offer. What the apartment lacks in direct sunlight it makes up for in charm and elegance. We had a lovely time.

Elisabetta hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Das Zimmer mit Kochnische ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ebenso das kleine aber feine Badezimmer haben wir eine Nacht bewohnt. Anschließend sind wir in die daneben liegende Wohnung umgezogen. Die Tage in der Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Sie ist geräumig, ebenfalls sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage benötigt, ebenso im Bad. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Fenster sind mit Gittern geschützt und können komplett verdunkelt werden. Ortigia ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Parkplätze vor der Haustüre oder auch an der Straße hinter dem Haus. Wir würden wieder bei Elisabetta buchen. Danke Elisabetta für die Gastfreundschaft.

Great place to stay, 10-15mins from the airport by taxi. Walkable to town centre, restaurants, bars, cafes, live music, 20-30mins by foot to the beach, 20mins to train station. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Property is as described. Quiet for a city location and great to unwind.Lots of space for families and great setup. Great check in and checkout experience. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage sehr gut. Man braucht circa 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof beziehungsweise den Busbahnhof zur Unterkunft. Von dort aus sind es zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten des historischen Zentrum vielleicht 15-20 Minuten. In der direkten Umgebung sind einige Supermärkte, Cafésund viele Restaurants. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung! Gerne wieder!

This place was completely as advertised! Small but with everything you need and more. (I also mentioned that I would have paid more for such a nice place!) It was spotlessly clean and while we didn't actually use the jacuzzi, it was nice knowing that we could have at any time. It was very quiet and on the ground floor so easily accessible. Netflix was also included which is always a bonus for a stay in a foreign land 😁. We also went to a restaurant literally 1 min walk away called Re Carlo V (twice) and had fantastic food although it would not be considered a 'nice' restaurant but it was extremely convenient.

Lovely apartment for 2 adults and a child. Good bed, good bathroom, kitchen. Quiet street near everything. Only 15 minutes walk. Very friendly host. Can totally recommend this place.
