Caltanissetta : locations de maisons de vacances

Wir waren im März mit unserem kleinen Baby dort. Alles war in Blüte und wir fühlten uns wie im Garten Eden. Es ist sehr ruhig, nur wenige Male am Tag fährt ein Zug vorbei. Der Hund ist sehr zutraulich, vor allem mit unserem Baby. Man kann wunderbar ganze Tage auf dem Grundstück verbringen: es gibt einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz, einen schönen Pool mit Aussicht auf die Hügel und Felder, einen Olivenhain, einen Gemüse- und Kräutergarten, eine schöne schattige Terrasse, einen Grillplatz. Ein perfekter Ort für uns als Familie, oder auch für Pärchen oder Freunde. Wir hatten die ganze Unterkunft für uns - wer alleine reist, muss also die Einsamkeit mögen. :-) Das Valle dei Templi in Agrigent ist 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, sowie einige schöne Strände und die Scala dei Turchi. Kurzum: ein wunderschöner Ort mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr einfach.

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Der Aufenthalt bei Giuseppe und Gloria war wundervoll. Wir sind erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen und wurden von den beiden herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünscht - Küchenutensilien, Strandtücher, Grill und Zubehör, Pool, Außendusche, Liegen und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Nicht zu vergessen ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der durch ein großes Tor geschützt ist. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat ist die Altstadt gut in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie Strand und Supermärkte. Ein Highlight war für uns der Weg hoch auf den Berg zur Unterkunft mit der Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

l'endroit est très agréable, au calme, dans un environnement très plaisant. Nous avons petit déjeuné dehors, sur notre terrasse privative et c'était chouette !

À notre arrivée de nuit à la Casa de Arena, nous ne pouvions imaginer la vue à couper le souffle qui nous attendait, offrant un panorama presque à 360° autour de la maison ! Idéalement située pour visiter certains sites incontournables de la région, il nous a été difficile de quitter la maison tant le séjour y était agréable. On pourrait passer des heures sur les différentes terrasses, devant la cheminée ou même dans la cuisine ! L’authenticité et l'élégante décoration faite avec goût nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Notre hôte, Pietro, a été très sympathique, joignable et à l'écoute, tant pour les petites attentions que pour résoudre les problèmes. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner !

beautiful property. you find yourself among a grove of olive and citrus trees, a vineyard, a swimming pool -- all with the backdrop and view of the sea. Francesco's aunt lives on the property and tended to our needs - from local recommendations to helping with the heat. we were allowed to pick oranges to press some of our own Sicilian orange juice. our son loved playing in the private patio and sleeping in the upper bunk bed.

appartement très agréable et spacieux avec une grande terrasse vue mer dans un endroit très calme. literie très confortable très bien placé pour rayonner autour (vallée des temples, Agrigente,scala dei turchi)

Wenn jemand eine Unterkunft direkt am Meer sehr ruhiger Lage sucht, mit Sportmöglichkeiten, Pool und Wandermöglichkeiten, dann ist das die perfekte Location! Für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man das Auto benutzen, aber es gibt in der Nähe alles, was notwendig ist! Floriana ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Außerdem hatten wir vier Tage Besuch von einer süßen Katze, die sich bei uns sehr wohl gefühlt hat.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Sicile. Le logement est fidèle à la description, il est très bien équipé et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre voyage d’une semaine. La résidence est paisible et facile d’accès pour s’organiser des excursions aux 4 coins de la région. Antonio est un hôte super: il nous a donné des conseils de restaurants, pizzeria, pâtisseries et visites que nous avons suivis et nous avons eu raison! Merci Antonio!

This house was perfection! Miki met us and showed us everything we needed to know. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and it’s so peaceful to sit outside and listen to the waves crashing. There are several restaurants nearby, and the ones we tried were very good. Miki recommended Sapore de Mare, and it was exceptional. The seafood was so fresh, and our server Rita was so great at her job and her fun personality made our experience all the better! Everything was just fantastic! Miki and his lovely wife are gracious hosts. 10/10 recommend!!

Aldo ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er ist super zu erreichen und hat bei jeder Frage innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Check In und Check out sind durch die Schlüsselboxen sehr entspannt.

Der Urlaub im Sea Sound House war wunderbar! Die saubere Wohnung sieht exakt aus wie auf den Fotos und der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Erholen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwas langwierig zu erreichen, aber Federica war extrem hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und half mir mit allen Verkehrsverbindungen - sie hat die Bezeichnung Super-Host absolut verdient :). Ich möchte gerne wiederkommen, das nächste Mal allerdings mit Auto um die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkunden und frische Lebensmittel einkaufen zu können. Alles in allem war die Beschreibung genau zutreffend- das finde ich sehr wertvoll und ist nicht immer selbstverständlich.

My daughter and I had a brilliant week in this gorgeous place. The host, Emanuele, and his parents couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions of places to go, details about the house and prompt and helpful answers to queries. The parents met us on arrival with stunning snacks, huge smiles and a wealth of information, all conveyed without a common language... with a bit of help from Google Translate!! The house is just lovely, very well appointed, and the garden and pool just heavenly! We didn't travel far afield as the pool and beach provided all we needed, including That's Amore, a delightful restaurant on the beach. We were there out of season so it was very quiet which suited us! But we did also sample the more touristy side of life in beautiful Cefalù just 15 minutes drive away (or easily accessible by train). There are sites to see, beach front bars, cafés and restaurants, gift shops etc and a climb up La Rocca overlooking the town is well worth it. We will be back!

Piero was very helpful and answered all of our questions before arriving in Pollina. He’s very responsive and kind. The house was really great for its price. We were even able to invite two people from our family during our stay. Internet was a bit tricky but we were able to buy a SIM card with 250GB of internet so we were able to work and have meetings. We recommend Piero’s place to anyone who wants to visit Sicily. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the top but well worth it because of the views and the people in Pollina are warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back next time!

This was a beautiful Oasis on the southern coast of Sicily. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcello. he was extremely helpful and the property is very well stocked. This is a very special place that is serene and peaceful. We used it as our base of operations to visit various archaeological sites in the area and we're very happy to be able to return back here in listen to the ocean from the veranda. I will definitely return to this property if I am visiting southern Sicilia again.

Прекрасен апартамент, обзаведен със всички удобства, чисти кърпи/в изобилие/, топла вода, паркомясто в двора и всичко останало. Салвина и съпругът и бяха изключително любезни и гостоприемтни. Салвина ни беше направила чийзкейк за добре дошли, в хладилника имаше сок и вода. Отделно ни беше оставено кафе и бисквити. Салвина е много мила и реагираше веднага на въпросите ми. Благодаря ви мило семейство. Горещо ви препоръчвам и пак бихме отседнали при вас. Поздрави!

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

Loredana is a fantastic host! She responded right away when we requested a reservation. She checked in with us the day before our arrival. When she learned that we were arriving by train, she offered to pick us up at the station (not at all expected). She checked in with us once during our stay, just to make sure we were doing Ok. Upon our departure, she again offered us a ride to the train station. Her place, Casa "Al Plumbago," is absolutely beautiful! I can not over state the beauty of the view, and of the house itself. The photos don't do it justice. Be ready for lots of stairs, both in the house and getting to/from town. We had a rental car reserved for halfway through our stay. We opted to cancel it because driving and parking in Termini Imerese seem very stressful. We didn't miss having a car. The town itself has plenty of amenities, and the train station, a ten minute walk away, can take you anywhere on the north coast. We hope to come back one day and stay for a month!

Sehr schöne Zeit (außer dass man krank war - aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts :) ) ... eine wunderschöne Aussicht und sehr ruhig gelegen... man hört nur Schafe und Hunde und hat einen direkten Blick auf den Etna (besser als auf den Fotos!). Mitten in den Weinbergen gelegen... Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos dargestellt - es hat an nichts gefehlt und viele kleine Dinge waren bereits vor Ort (Salz, Olivenöl, Nudeln, ...). War echt gut! danke!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Vanessa et sa maman ont été charmantes, sympathiques et chaleureuses. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la maman. L'emplacement est très pratique pour visiter les environs. Le chien du voisin est quelques fois un peu bruyant le soir, mais heureusement il se calme la nuit...et la rue devient très paisible. Le réveil avec les odeurs de pain et de pâtisseries de la boulangerie en-dessous met en appétit pour le petit déjeuner. Seulement quelques marches à descendre et nous y voilà! C'est donc une adresse que je recommande chaleureusement, d'autant que le port en bas est très agréable et que l'on y trouve de bons restaurants pour dîner.
