Great place, very clean, fast response from Host. A well equipped Kitchen, good balcony to watch the Sunset from the 3rd floor. Walking distance to fast foods, bakery or short drive to restaurants, downtown and beaches. We strongly recommend a stay here.

Kenny is a great host, the place is very well located in a peaceful area to enjoy the magic of Rincon. The apartment is very comfortable, needs a few fixes, and it is very pleasant to stay and very functional. For sure would go back and stay to enjoy Rincon and the westernest area of PR.

Está super equipado con todo lo necesario; la sala, la cocina, las habitaciones y los baños son impecables. Pero lo más destacable es el balcón, con vistas al Mar Caribe, que te invita a quedarte allí de tan agradable que es la vibra. Robert y su hijo Roberto fueron extremadamente amables, siempre atentos desde la reserva hasta el check-in, nos brindaron excelentes recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la zona y nos trataron como a familia. Recomiendo este apartamento al 100% para cualquiera que busque unas vacaciones tranquilas con su familia. Gracias a Robert y Roberto por su servicio, disposición y amabilidad.

Our first visit to Rincon and to Puerto Rico. Stayed three nights in mid March. The apartment at Victoria Del Mar was clean, comfortable & had such a lovely ocean view! It was a great location for exploring Rincon. We loved that we could easily walk to a nearby beach. Jennifer was quick to respond & helpful host. We would happily return to this apartment for a future stay!

I want to comment on a previous negative review. Amaury's place is a vacation home used by a family. It has a lived in look and feel. Anyone who is a homeowner knows that there is always something to fix. If you are looking for a stay that has a hotel room sterility, this is not the place for you. After hurricane Maria, disaster capitalists swooped in and bought up distressed properties to add to their portfolios. Many of those properties are rented through AirBnB and furnished by Rent-A-Center. Look there if you find a "lived in" condo offensive. We stayed with Amaury for the month of February. The beach in front of Condominio Sol y Playa is among the best on the west coast. We cook many of our meals. We found the kitchen supplies more than adequate. It took one text message for Amaury to have a toaster delivered the same day, and a plumbing issue resolved the next day. The king size bed was very comfortable. With the windows open, we never used the AC. Definitely stay here again

This place is beautiful and very homely to stay at on vacation. Would definitely recommend and go back. Eva is a super host, very flexible, and responds quicks.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a paradise getaway in Puerto Rico! 🌴☀️🌊

Rob’s place was comfy and in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs patio a lot. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance from the downtown strip made getting food easy. Rob was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to staying again!

This condo was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation in Rincon! Rafael was very responsive and always provided detailed instructions to simplify check-in and navigating the area. The extra amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.) was very appreciated and added to the wonderful experience for our family vacation. We fell in love with Rincon and would love to return soon! We had such a fun Spring Break week at Jennifer's place! It is beautiful just as described and seen in pictures. Comfortable, location is great, very peaceful, safe, and quiet building, as well as neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets! Great to go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon after beach time! The apartment has everything you need- we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.. Jennifer was so fast to communicate if we had a question or needed anything, and she was fast to act too. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Rincon, and hope to come back someday!

Our stay was great. It’s exactly what we expected and we would absolutely stay there again. The apartment is spacious and accommodated for adults and three children without a problem. The pool was great for kids, and the beach was sandy very swimmable.

We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip to Puerto Rico! This place is comfortable, safe, fun, and conveniently located. We loved the pool and private beach and enjoyed being just a 10-minute drive from downtown Rincon, where we found great happy hours, live music, relaxing beaches, and some of the best coffee shops we’ve ever visited. Jennifer was an excellent host, providing great recommendations for activities in the area. The condo also included beach chairs and an umbrella, perfect for day trips. The locals in the building were friendly and helpful as well. Before this trip, we knew little about Rincon, but now we can’t wait to return—it’s truly a special place!

We stayed at this fantastic apartment for 5 weeks , the place was beautifully decorated with quality furnishing’s , comfortable and cozy . Was equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay , having quality beach chairs and an umbrella was very much appreciated. The listing has a peaceful back porch to have your morning coffee . The apartment complex and pool area are maintained very well , it’s a very peaceful place . We have been staying in Rincon for many years and the location has become our favorite , close to a small beach , 8 min drive to downtown’s plaza , 30 min safe walk thru the neighborhood, something I did daily . Do not hesitate to book this place . We never needed our host for anything during our stay .Communication before and after our stay was amazing.Thank You for sharing your space for our enjoyment. :) Francisco and Suzanne

So thankful I chose this Airbnb for our trip to Puerto Rico! The location is perfect, close to multiple beaches, car preferred for some, but one is in super close walking distance and it’s gorgeous! Beach chairs, coolers, tupperware, beach bag, etc. were a perfect touch. :)

The unit, the location, the views from the balcony ... all are absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We felt immediately at home! It is clear that Taylor has set up the place to make you feel totally at home right from the moment you arrive! Plus, when we had a question or wanted an idea or recommendation, she was super quick to respond with helpful advice. Highly recommend!!!
