This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!

Had a great time with my friends at this place. Great amenities and clean and luxury vibes within accessible distance to most of great locations.

My wife and I stayed at Beth’s basement apartment for a 10 week summer internship and had a great experience! A few highlights/things we hope are helpful: -Beth was very friendly and welcoming, while also being respectful of our personal space. She was always willing to strike a conversation with us :) -At first we were nervous about staying with multiple other guests, but it was no issue at all. Everyone is extremely respectful and quiet. -Great amenities including fast, reliable wifi (great for WFH), small but mighty kitchen area, comfy couch with surprisingly comfy pullout bed, clean&updated bathroom, nice TV. There is a back door entrance, but we always felt welcome to go through the front if we preferred. - We had a car but hardly ever drove because the metro was convenient and easy to use. Overall, highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone needing a place to stay in the DMV area! You will not regret it :)

What a beautiful setting! As the others have said, it's in the perfect location with a beautiful view of St. Mary's church and the Maryland statehouse dome. Freshly renovated, you'll find a fully-tiled shower in place of the usual tub/shower combo. This is a perfect place for someone who does not like stairs. Easy access in and about the condo complex. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you'd like to do, if cooking in. There are no curtains in the windows of the living space. There is a shade in the bedroom. The bed is comfortable, as are the sofa and loveseat. My husband and I stayed here for 6 months while our house was being renovated, and we felt quite at home.

Had an amazing stay at Ida’s place , it was spacious , bright and clean. Also, I loved how accessible the parking was, legit always available. 5 stars , would definitely book again.

Ida was an incredible host — her communication and recommendations before our stay were impeccable. The space itself was beautifully decorated with great lighting, a well-equipped open kitchen, and even a pool table as a bonus. The bed was unbelievably comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept in! Parking was super easy with street spots right out front (just note street cleaning on certain days). The location was convenient to downtown DC, making it a great home base. The only thing to keep in mind is that the walls are quite thin, so if you're a light sleeper past 7 AM, you may hear some noise. That said, quiet hours were well-respected throughout the building. Overall, an amazing stay, and we’ll definitely be booking with Ida again!

Beautiful home with a lot of amenities, including lake access with kayak, peddle boat and canoe. As well as a hot tub! David provided us with household instructions ahead of time and listed surrounding restaurants and grocery stores. Would love to stay again

My stay at Adrian’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the little touches—like complimentary coffee and local recommendations—made me feel so welcome. The location was ideal, close to, yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with Adrian was seamless; he was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I was visiting someone who lives in that same development so it was a perfect location for me. The place was nicely decorated, clean, cute. I asked for a later check out but never received a response from the host. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

The attention to detail—from the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities—made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. yet still peaceful and quiet for a restful stay. Meka was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We truly appreciated the little extras, like complimentary coffee and wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone

The host was great and very responsive. Excellent location for our needs. Grocery store and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Very spacious and nicely setup. Really beautiful kitchen and bathrooms were nicely finished. I would highly recommend.

Loved the house! There was plenty.of room for 4 couples. The house has a nice large kitchen with an island that had seating all around. Big screen TV in the living room and a screened in deck on the rear of the house. It was a nice place to chat in the evening after riding motorcycles all day. We spent the day riding to awesome bars along the bay.

The home was immaculate and just as described. I appreciated the extra touches- soaps, shampoo, hand lotion etc. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. Parking was very easy - free parking on street which is rare in DC. Another rarity is a dog friendly home with a small backyard in the city. Grace even provides dog treats and bowls for food and water. Grace was very flexible and responsive as our plans changed with a family emergency. The location is also wonderful with easy access to metro stops, restaurants and a wonderful historic neighborhood for walking. Just a note- the beds are soft- not a criticism because everyone has their own preferences.
