Ginger was an amazing host and her home was located in a beautiful location! We arrived after hours but the checkin process was explained very clearly and was easy to complete. The views were spectacular and we were able to create fishing memories that will last a lifetime! The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to fish from their steps. Night fishing from the docks was awesome too! Overall, the experience was great and I would love to visit again.

When we first arrived at Bryan's place, we knew it would be a great week! The house is so beautiful and relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils & dishes. The pool area was definitely an Oasis! We spent lots of time enjoying the hot tub and back yard. The neighborhood was quiet & just a quick drive to lots of fun activities. Bryan was always available and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Thank you Bryan for opening up your beautiful home to us while we were in Lake Havasu City! Ruth & Dave

Had a great stay! House was exactly as described and had everything we needed.

We felt right at home. The view of tbe water was nice. They even have ⁰ĺa rooftop "patio" to stargaze or just look at the view. It is a Nice big place for such a low cost. Very easy to check in. Robert was very accommodating. His response time was almost immediate. We Will definitely come and stay again when we are back in the area.

Our extended family had a great time. Great place for a large group. The kitchen area worked well for the many meals we cooked and the Christmas cookies we baked. Nice open floor plan gave us lots of room to play games, watch football and movies, hang out, and share meals. The pool and hot tub were used daily. Plenty of room for swimming and pool games. Outdoor seating and table were great for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. Kristi and Nancy were very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spot at Sam's Beachcomber's Resort. The interior and exterior decor is beach/tropical theme and it just sets the mood for the vacation perfectly. It was cute, clean and in a great location to the water. We could sit on the front porch and enjoy the sunset on the lake. I took my family to Lake Havasu for Labor Day weekend and I didn't realize how busy the town would be at that time. I really liked this place because it is in a gated community with security and quiet hours so it felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!
