왜 전부 높은 평점이였는지 명확하게 알 수 있는 숙소였습니다. 호스트의 배려와 빠른 소통은 여행을 더욱 편안하게 진행 할 수 있었습니다. 요청사항은 최대한 수용해 주었고 덕분에 더욱 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 10인 모두 만족하기가 쉽지 않은데, 10인 모두 9점 이상의 평이였다고 전하고 싶습니다. 재방문 의사 100% 이고 , 다시 방문 할 생각에 벌써 설레기도 합니다. 호스트님. 덕분에 즐겁고 편안한 여행이였습니다. 호스트들의 배려는 오래 기억에 남을 것 같습니다. 건강하시고 또 뵙길 기대합니다. 감사합니다!!!!

cảm ơn anh chị đã support cho mình rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, luôn hỗ trợ nhận phòng, thuê xe đúng hẹn, home rộng, thoải mái, gần biển và có sẵn đủ mọi tiện ích trong nhà, cảm ơn vì chuyến đi xa đến Đà Nẵng nhưng rất feel like home của tụi mình. Bên cạnh home là quán Cafe của anh chị chủ nhà, cafe pha phin rất ngon, cây hoa giấy trước nhà là điểm cực kì nổi bật để mình tìm thấy home từ xa, rất rực rỡ và dễ thương.

We loved the ChamEco house! it was very spacious, clean and very relaxing. It was located centrally but also in a quiet part of the city. There's a small coffee shop right outside the house, the Cham museum is right in front of it, and outside the alley there are nearby restaurants and fastfood chains. It was a very close walk to the Dragon Bridge. Mai was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again if we get to visit Da Nang in the future 😍

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

방크기에 비해 저렴한 가격과 가장 중요한 것은 위치가 너무 좋다는것입니다 다낭 떠나는 마지막일정을 여기서 했는데 하고싶고 가고 싶은곳들이 주변에 다 있어서 편하고 시간도 아낄수있어서 좋았습니다

Ich habe mich hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Man konnte vom Fenster des Schlafzimmers und auch vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen, was einfach toll war. Unsere Gastgeberin Annie hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat uns immer sehr gut weiterhelfen können. Ich würde hier definitiv auch meinem nächsten Aufenthalt im Da Nang verbringen wollen, da es auch eine super Gegend ist wo zu Fuß viele tolle Restaurants erreichbar sind und der Strand keine 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist.

The accommodation is comfortable and beautiful. I especially liked the bar counter—I unexpectedly discovered that I enjoy working while standing (don’t get me wrong, there are chairs in the room! 😂). There were a few minor issues in the room, but we didn’t report them since our stay was short. I’m sure they would have been fixed if we had. Nothing critical, just some small maintenance needs. The host is an incredibly kind, honest, and responsive person. Thank you so much for being who you are—it’s truly rare to meet someone like you!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very nice, clean and it smelled nice. There was a beautiful terrace available, as well as a washing machine, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, and we loved that the amazing café "About Us" was just around the corner – we had visited it before, but now it was so much closer! The only interesting aspect was the layout of the shower in the bathroom, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Communication with Nathan was quick and smooth – he’s a very friendly person! If we’re ever in Da Nang again, we would definitely choose his place once more. Thank you !

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

Great condo in a perfect location! No shortage of great restaurants and beach access. The building itself has all the amenities w/ an awesome rooftop pool and bar to enjoy views of Lady Buddha, DaNang Beach and the Dragon Bridge over the Hàn River. Thanks so much for a great stay! We’ll be back!

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!
