Очень уютные жилые комнаты, очень приятное освещение, чудесное расположение: рядом море, классный район, много кафе. Открывается замечательный вид из окна! Единственное, что меня смутило: это маленькие муравьи и запах влажности (как будто плесени). Я не снижаю за это оценку, но хотелось бы знать заранее о таких нюансах

I had an amazing 2 week stay at Thien's place. The location for me was perfect - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and nightlife, but away from the tourist crowds. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and smaller grocery stores nearby. Gyms within 5- 10 minutes by grab. The studio apartment is located in the trendy My An area of Da Nang, but also close enough to the main down town area. The studio is large enough, with all the conveniences needed for a short or long stay - great for tourists or digital nomads. The internet works fast, comfortable furniture, full kitchen, and a great bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Супер чистое жилье, новое, удобное. Но самый большой минус - это бар под окнами. До трех утра шумят люди в баре (буквально поют песни), а в 6 начинают шуметь строители. Потому что рядом три строящихся здания.

Останавливались тут достаточно надолго, все очень понравилось. Правда вид с балкона во внутренний двор дома, а из комнаты загораживает отель, но не то чтобы это проблема. Район думаю лучший в Дананге, очередей у лифтов не было, соседи тихие. В квартире все есть, можно заказать уборку. Рекомендую!

Отличное жилье! Район очень приятный, много кафе вокруг, пляж близко. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, нем не хватало скорости интернета для работы, мы сообщили об этом хозяину и она сразу решила проблему. Есть стиральная машина и место для сушки вещей.

I definitely recommend this apartment, it was cosy, clean, has amazing view and location is perfect, 2 min walking distance from beach and many restaurants and coffee shops are walking distance. Communication was great, we even received an early check in, because it was possible. I stayed in other apartments in this building and this was the cleanest, no bad smell, beds wet comfortable also. I recommend it for short or long term stay.

We stayed at Louis Mo’s apartment for a month and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and well located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Bên cạnh home là quán Cafe của anh chị chủ nhà, cafe pha phin rất ngon, cây hoa giấy trước nhà là điểm cực kì nổi bật để mình tìm thấy home từ xa, rất rực rỡ và dễ thương.

I absolutely loved my time at Airbnb. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even offering the convenience of early check-in and late checkout, which made my stay all the more pleasant. The accommodation itself is nothing short of stunning. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

The rooms are so clean and look exactly the same as in the pictures. There are a lot of Korean supermarkets around there. Owner responded very very quickly! So impressive!

The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
