This place will exceed your expectations. If you are in Tuscany, be sure to book this property and if you’re not, plan a visit and book your stay at Tenuta Chiudendone. Everything about this property is superb. It exudes good taste and quality. Their manual guide provides excellent recommendations, and all their products are a taste of heaven. The wine, olive oil, honey, and homemade tomato sauce are simply outstanding. The property itself is beautiful, both inside and out. The amenities are amazing, and you will find everything you need for a memorable stay. We visited the property at the end of winter, so we didn’t get to use the pool. However, our stay was already unforgettable. We are looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy all the activities offered at Tenuta Chiudendone. Francesco, we can’t thank you enough for being such an incredible host before, during, and after our stay! Our son misses Antonello and all the entertainment you provide at your place.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien/4Teenagern dort- im Oktober, was in der Toskana leider wohl eher die übliche Regenzeit ist. Trotzdem hatten wir immer angenehm milde Temperaturen, auch Sonnentage, und einen großartigen Urlaub. Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar, es fehlt einfach an nichts! Nach der Sauna konnten wir den Pool auch gut nutzen, und für uns „Nordlichter“ waren die Temperaturen sommerlich und perfekt für Ausflüge (also nicht zu heiß ). Die Lage ist total idyllisch und ideal für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta aber auch in kleinere Bergdörfer der näheren Umgebung (Metato u.a.).

Wir haben schon einige Airbnbs gebucht, aber Bryan und Sara haben mit ihrem Airbnb besonders heraus gestochen. Sie waren die freundlichsten, zuvorkommendsten und hilfsbereitesten Hosts, die wir je hatten. Sie standen uns nicht nur mit Rat und Tat bei allen Aktivitäten zur Seite, sondern halfen uns auch bei allen Anliegen rund um die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt. Besonders für Gäste, die auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana Lust haben und dabei authentisches italienisches Flair genießen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. Un luogo incantevole, alberi, fiori, frutti, miele!!! Vista mozzafiato!!! Liudmila è l’hostess perfetta, attentive and discrete, generosa e disponibile. La casa tutto molto confortevole e silenzioso con una cucina molto ben fornita! Per noi le chicche, cammino con fuoco vivo ❤️ e vasca da bagno per un totale relax! Il salterello per il nostro figlio è stato una grande sorpresa molto apprezzato. La casa molto ben disposto per persona in sedia rotelle. Hanno pensato a tutto 🙏🏼 Tornerei sicuramente con tanto piacere. Grazie grazie grazie

We felt well taken care of at all times. From the smooth and flexible check-in to the stay and checkout, everything went perfectly. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and quiet—just as described. Since the weather was bad, we couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor area, but we can definitely say the house itself is a great place to stay :) There’s so much to do in the area—from hiking, art, and bustling city life to beaches and culture—all within a short drive! Many thanks again to Manuela for her help and our host Elisabetta for your kindness! We'll definitely come back to Metato 😊

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato con la mia ragazza nella casa di Lorenzo e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è molto bella e accogliente. Lorenzo è molto disponibile e cordiale. Ci ha accolti e dato anche informazioni utili sulla zona. Lo consiglio vivamente se dovessi tornare in zona so dove andare! Grazie mille!!!

Alloggio molto curato sia nella ristrutturazione che nel decoro interno, molto caldo e ben equipaggiato. Zona silenziosa, ci sono scale di accesso all’ appartamento posto al secondo piano. Pietrasanta una città molto vivace offre molte opportunità per consumare un bicchiere di buon vino e anche ottima cucina di alto livello
