We had a major minor technical issue getting in, but the host responded promptly and everything was taken care of. The apartment was well appointed and the layout was great for our needs. The kitchen was minimally equipped, which was fine for us in this trip. The location was also perfect for us.

Exactly what we needed. Cozy, plenty of space to work, internet was solid, kitchenette was fine for our short stay. Appreciated Susana’s communication!

Le Studio was a cute apartment, and I agree with other reviewers that the sunset views are great! DO follow the path down to the tide flats/Sunlight Beach! Joy supplied a starter gallon of drinking water, as there is a “boil water” requirement for the area. An extra bottle of propane was available upon request. We had a sad dog next door on our first morning starting at 6, we texted Joy at 7 and she resolved it ASAP and it was not repeated. Joy was always responsive and helpful!

Location is key for me and this apartment is centrally located close to everything you may need .Quite ,peaceful and clean plus the parking is a bonus and if your handicapped there is handicap parking right outside the door..I was displaced from my home do to a remodel so my anxiety was at a all time high but finding and booking this place put me at ease and I was still able to enjoy Thanksgiving and my birthday had a minor issues but the owner went above and beyond to make things right. I have found my new favorite spot to rent on Air&B

Allen's place was very comfortable and clean. It's got a nicely equipped kitchen if you like to cook. And the backyard space is large and private. It's pretty convenient to get to the Lynnwood transit center if you need to take a train into Seattle or to the airport. Allen is easy to reach and very responsive.

Lovely property, the kids loved exploring the pond and cattails. Tons of nearby nature to explore. Lopez is always lovely, and our stay here was no different. My 5 year old adds, “Our stay here was awesome & amazing! I loved the forest behind the property.”

Excellent spot! Perfect for our small group. The house was easy to find, clean, and spacious. Peggy and Melissa were great communicators. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Enough cannot be said about this place. It exceeded all my expectations in size, comfortability, location, amenities, and fung shui. The kitchen and common spaces were spotless and expansive. The myriad choices of ways to make coffee were outstanding. The back yard and hot tub were lovely, even in the rain. It was private, airy, cozy and a wonderful place for 4-12 people to spend a holiday in Seattle. It was the launching pad for a very busy weekend and served perfectly as HQ for a big project. Special thanks to the hosts for their kindness and attention.

Great little place! All the amenities one would need. Cutest little back yard. I felt right at home. Bed was super comfortable. The place is well thought out. Perfect little place for a couple. I'd gladly go here again.

Our family had an amazing weekend at this beautiful oceanside rental! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together while taking in the stunning view. The amenities were fantastic, making our stay both comfortable and fun for our two little boys. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome gift, which added a special touch to an already wonderful experience.
