We loved this property. It is perfect for guest from kids to 93 - literally as my mom who was 93 loved her stay. The master bedroom is perfect with a walk in shower as well as no stairs in the house. My two grandkids (3 & 4) visited and there was so much for them to do there. Lots of games and even the most adorable art nook. Big kitchen and everything was top notch. Of course, the view is incredible. I'm an early riser so sitting outside watching the "many" eagles that flew by while enjoying my coffee was the best! It is also perfectly situated between the two towns of Langley and Coupeville. There were plenty of places for groceries near by. Fireplace was just the icing on the cake - the owners are very generous by supplying wood & fire starters. Thank you Wilson and Alyce for the local wine and coffee left as a welcome gift! 5 star host and a 5 star property. Donna

Avelina’s airbnb was absolutely spotless and so well appointed we didn’t lack for anything. Lots of towels and kitchen equipment. I was worried that it was going to be very remote based on the photos, but it was right on the road and very close to several houses. It was about 15 minutes each to Langley and Greenbank. We ended up spending two days at the house due to the rain and we were just as cozy as could be.

I stayed for 3 days, and really enjoyed this Comfortable lake home. The mattress was very comfortable in the primary bedroom, and the on suite bathroom was very nice with the double vanity’s as well as heated floor. The kitchen and living room have large windows facing the lake which was perfect for sitting in the living room having morning coffee. I enjoyed watching all the local wildlife on the water plus a few rabbits hopping by early morning. The kitchen is fully stocked, and easy to put a meal together. There’s also a local restaurant called the Paddle pub that has outdoor and indoor seating about 1.5 miles away across from the lake on the main road if you don’t feel like cooking. Travis was a very responsive host quickly answering any questions or concerns that came up during my stay.

Our group had the perfect stay... plenty of space, super comfortable, no complaints at all. Didn't even need to text about anything except a special request to which she was super accommodating. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. 💜

We had a lovely stay for a weekend. We didn't experience Naval base noise to be honest, and only saw 2 planes over the 3 days we were there. Beautiful location on Whidbey - the state park beach makes for a lovely walk. There are neighbours very close by so you may feel more exposed at times. It wasn't an issue for us as the house next door was vacant. All in all a great weekend on Whidbey! Would be perfect for anyone visiting family working on the base.

Outstanding Airbnb Always good when my daughter says she doesn’t want to leave

I had an amazing stay at this adorable tiny home with my daughters! The place was super cozy and beautifully decorated. Everything felt so thoughtfully designed and it looked just like the pictures. It had all the amenities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a stylish bathroom. The large tub was great after a long day at my daughter's dance competition. I felt perfectly safe and comfortable at Yelena's place.

We loved our stay at this location. The views are spectacular, including the water, the mountains, the eagles soaring by and one humpback whale! The kitchen includes everything you could possibly want or need--even knives that are sharp! The bedrooms are comfortable as are the common areas. The pool was a major high point for all of us, and the house comes with lots of other fun toys for indoors and out. We plan to return!

This is a beautiful property in a residential neighborhood. It is decieving, because when you arrive at the property, you will be surrounded by trees, however the home is light and bright. Privacy is my biggest concern, so when I was driving into the neighborhood, I was uncertain about what privacy would look like. When you arrive inside, you feel like you have been teleported into a home in a beautiful forested area in the middle of a rural landscape; a getaway that will not disappoint. All amenities are provided, amd the host is friendly, professional, and available. Various ethnic restaurants are a short drive, as are Target, Safeway, and almost anything else you need!

What a beautiful property! My friends and I had the best time enjoying the stunning views, gorgeous house and the relaxing hottub. It was perfect for a girl’s trip. The host was kind and helpful as well. We would love to come back someday!

This place was absolutely serene! The house was amazing and accommodated our family perfectly!! The kitchen was so thoughtfully stocked with dishes and essentials to cook at home. I’ve stayed at quite a few different Airbnb’s and this one stood out. It was hands down the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, and the setting was perfect. My wife loved all the trees and the quiet neighborhood where we walked every day was also amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

Unique stay - The property is surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful setting with plenty of windows that bring in natural light. While it’s a beautiful space, those looking for more privacy should keep in mind that the abundance of windows makes the interior feel quite open. Conveniently located within a short drive to the town square.

Heidi’s place was wonderful! We loved the view of the big pond with Koi swimming and even enjoyed a outdoor fire in the fire pit. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Cozy and wonderful for our Thanksgiving getaway!!

This little cabin was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend trip to Lopez in January. The place was very easy to find with Ingrid's directions, the inside was clean and everything was easy to find. The bed was comfy and the hot tub was glorious. Ingrid was responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing house. We felt right at home. I couldn’t recommend this house enough. We are thinking of making this a yearly spring break tradition because we just loved every aspect of the house so much! Owners had the best book regarding recommendations in the area, and they were right! Some of our favorite places were ones they recommended. 12/10 recommend this house to others.

The Wild Oyster Lodge exceded our expectations! The setting was beautiful, quiet and private, and the view was stellar. The home itself was beautiful, too, and very comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed beach walks (be careful on the stairs!), hot tubbing, reading/playing games in the sunroom and cooking in the well stocked, massive kitchen. If you stay in the winter and get cold easily, bring wool socks and slippers as the tiled floor was chilly. Thank you to hosts Adam and Erin for sharing such a gem!
