El alojamiento es bueno, corresponde a las fotos. La ubicación es ideal. Tamara respondió rápidamente a los mensajes. Carlos nos recibió y nos explicó todo a la llegada.

We had a nice one night stay, the apartment and surroundings are beautiful. The hosts are friendly. The only downside was very small bath towels, I thought they were hand towels.

Great stay in Valencia. It’s about 13min to the Serranos tower. The is a grocery shop close by (consum). The apartment is in great shape. It has alarm system for when you leave the apartment as well. The only small issue is that you may hear noise from neighbors apartment. But thats Europe. Other than that it is great.

Die Kommunikation mit Rebecca schon vorab sehr gut. Die Anreise war dadurch schon vieles wert. Wir sind sooo herzlich empfangen worden und der Tipp für den Weg in die Stadt kam gleich am nächsten Morgen. Valencia ist wirklich eine Reise wert und zu den Las Fallas sowieso. Ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Appartement sehr ruhig nach den Veranstaltungen ein wahrer Schatz.

La casa si trova in zona Paterna di Valencia, una zona tranquilla e non centrale ma questo non influisce sulla comodità; è una ristrutturazione completa di un vecchio mulino. L'appartamento è perfetto per chi ha la macchina perché essendo fuori dal centro non ha problemi di parcheggio o di traffico e dista circa 15 minuti. Per chi invece come noi, si spostavano a piedi, la metro è a 400 metri ed è diretta da diversi punti del centro. La casa è meravigliosa; un'open space spazioso e moderno. I letti sono comodissimi e le lenzuola pulitissime; la casa in generale è molto pulita e ben tenuta. Nonostante gli ampi spazi e le altezze, si riscalda bene ed è davvero confortevole. Ho conosciuto Ivan al check-out, molto simpatico, che gentilmente mi ha mostrato tutte le caratteristiche della proprietà. Sta inoltre costruendo la piscina, una vera chicca che completa la bellezza di questo posto particolare. Ringrazio Ivan per la sua gentilezza e consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

We've stayed in Maria's flat for a month. Building itself is perfectly located - only couple of blocks from the sea. It was super quite in the neighbourhood during our stay. Flat is clean and nice. It has everything that could be needed for a long stay. The terrace is awesome. It's huge and furnished. With a great sunshine view! Maria is very nice and helpful. The only thing that should be considered is that wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. But for us it was even a plus. Reading books instead of news is always a good idea :) Thank, Maria! We really enjoyed our stay.

Goed gelegen appartement dat aan alle verwachtingen voldeed. Vlotte communicatie en de mogelijkheid om wat later uit te checken, gezien er geen gasten toekwamen die dag en wij een heel late terugvlucht hadden. Absoluut een aanrader.

Excellent séjour, instructions claires pour arriver et repartir, logement propre et bien équipé, terrasse super agréable, environnement calme en cette saison, tout était parfait pour nous.

Kelly is a super host! Very responsive to any questions I had. The place was artistic and beautiful, I enjoyed every night. The area was local and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing visit. I would 100% recommend and stay again.

The host was really nice and friendly,they let us to do the check-in earlier. They had all the amenities you need,even make up pads and hairdryer diffuser. The location is great and 10min walk from city center. Is looking exactly like in the pictures,everything brand new and clean. I recommend.Thank you

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Espectacular! el apartamento esta impecable, todo nuevo. El jacuzzi es un punto positivo. para aparcar no tuvimos problemas, ja que monica nos paso toda la informacion con las indicaciones . sin duda muy recomendable, perfecto para desconectar!

Primer de tot l'amfitrió super amable, un loft molt nou, amb opció per gent amb mobilitat reduïda, el llit còmode, el jacuzzi genial, nevera i cuina funcionals (hi ha tots els estris necessaris) i per la época que era no vam fer servir la estufa amb foc de llenya però també deu estar molt bé

Es un lugar precioso, con todas las comodidades y llevado adelante por Mari que es súper atenta a todo lo que necesitamos.

Isabel y Santi son unos anfitriones muy simpáticos y atentos. Viven justo debajo y están para todas las dudas que surjan. El alojamiento es increíble!!! Está estupendamente acondicionado para el frío y el calor. Tiene todo el menaje necesario, la cama muy cómoda y el jacuzzi y las vistas inmejorables. El coche lo puedes aparcar en la puerta y hay un par de restaurantes en el pueblo. Repetiremos seguro!!!

Desde el primer momento la experiencia ha sido muy buena, Mari es sin duda detallista y muy amable. El apartamento es muy acogedor, cómodo y bonito. Sin duda repetiré.

Si te gusta un lugar tranquilo, relajado, con todas las comodidades, es este justamente, restaurantes cerca del entorno por la proximidad de pueblos cercanos, bajo hay un restaurante La Escudella, no podíamos ir por motivos personales, pero muy amable el dueño, me consta que es de los mejores. Amadeo siempre atento y muy educado.
