Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

This place is in an excellent location! Not too far away from Malacon, but just far enough to escape some of the noise from downtown late at night. This place was incredible, looked just like the photos and Jorge was great at communicating quickly! Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Overall I gave a 5 star rating because the apt looked exactly as pictured and the description mentioned that it was over a bar, noisy , had a small pool and that it didn’t have an elevator which was all true. However, we didn’t use the pool because the water was not circulating. Noisy was an understatement as it was rave music playing til 3 am and we could feel the base with 2 floors between us and the bar (club). If you’re a late nighter and a light packer (because of the stairs) then I recommend it. There was no misleading, we just didn’t read the full description. Aside from the late night noise, the location was great and the host was helpful and responsive.

Travelled to PV with a large group for a birthday celebration. Opted for Gabriella’s place for the location and the units ability to accommodate 10+ guests comfortably. Great location, just a quick walk or Uber to Zona Romantica. Peaceful and quiet at night, spectacular view of the ocean, and plenty of space for a large group sharing one unit. We opted to book a private chef through the hosts recommendation, which was great. Definitely recommend that experience. Building staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, wonderful experience staying here.

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

Recomiendo mucho el alojamiento de Gerwin, todo está como en las imágenes y el lugar está perfecto, es muy transitable a pie y cerca de todo. Gerwin fue increíble, siempre estuvo atento a lo que nos hiciera falta y por mucho, nos permitió hacer check-in en el alojamiento. En realidad, un buen lugar para hospedarse.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was the dogs that barked all night, next time we would need a fan that makes a slight continuous noise

We stayed in this building last year and really like the location and the building. Easy access to the beach and very walkable. The suite is very large and has two bathrooms which was really convientient. The washer and dryer worked well. A big plus when you're staying for a while. The view from the oceanside patio is amazing. For us that was a really big selling point. Rob was very helpful with all our questions.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

Le condo de Stefano est super confortable. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec la piscine, la vue spectaculaire sur la mer et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. L’immeuble est très bien entretenu grâce à Juanita qui est régulièrement présente sur les lieux. Elle s’occupe aussi du condo de Stefano; elle est digne de confiance et fiable. Stefano a à coeur le bien être de ses visiteurs, il s’assure que tout va bien et nous avise lors d'événement lorsque nécessaire. Il est réactif et en mode solution, nous les avons beaucoup appréciés. Bien que le condo soit situé en colline, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Apartment was much bigger than the pictures made it look. Nice rooftop view. Great communication and very helpful.

Amazing rooftop pool but the drinks are pricey, service is great though. Elevators are confusing at first. Was a little annoyed how many times the management group asked for the same information. Overall would certainly stay here again! Tip, walking out the front entrance, walk to the right and there are some stairs that get you down the street without having to cross highway on the corner if there is traffic.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The patio was a standout feature – it was exactly as photographed, with plenty of great shade that made it a perfect spot to relax . The host was extremely helpful and communicative, ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was unbeatable; we never had to take a cab as everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Thank you Vaughn!

Great little apartment close to downtown, with beautiful outdoor dining area, full kitchen, and comfy bed. Not much insulation to block out the sound if other guests are being noisy outside, but it didn't bother me as everyone was respectful of quiet hours. Would 100% stay here again.

Exactly as described in listing. Hosts were super responsive to my needs. The balcony is small, not useful as there is a wall obstructing most of the view. This wasn't an issue for me as most of my time was spent outside the unit, and the rooftop has an amazing ocean view. Unit had everything I needed to work remotely during the week and accessibility all the restaurants/bars & beach.

My stay at this air BNB was great! Lovely to come home after a long hot day outside into a relaxing spacious and air conditioned apartment. Ayman was very flexible with check ins and letting me stay another 3 days. Good location and on the first floor so you don’t need to haul your suitcase up and down.

I am not one to write reviews for anything but I just had to after staying at Jame's 2 bedroom condo! Even though I gave the stay 5 stars and it was; that is only if you are not into a pool scene. There isn't one. There is a cute small pool that we used twice. Location - Its basically just outside the heart of the Romantic Zone...5 minute walk to my favorite bar, Margarita Grill and another few minutes until you hit the beach. And everything is basically a 10 - 15 minute walk from there. Now to the how great this condo is! You are on the top floor (4th) facing west looking at the city. One of my biggest fears when I rent an Airbnb is how is the bed! And this condo has one of the best/firm beds I have ever slept on! 2 full baths and 1/2 bath! There are individual built into the wall A/C units that worked great. Only used the one in the bedroom at night. The condo is just like the pictures!

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

Excelente alojamiento, todo súper limpio y sin problema para acceder al edificio. El anfitrión si tenías alguna duda, respondía a la brevedad. Quedamos encantados y obvio la súper recomendamos.
