I had an unforgettable stay at this boutique hotel in Boca de Tomatlán, a true hidden gem just outside of Puerto Vallarta. Nestled in the lush jungle with breathtaking ocean views, it’s the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and a touch of luxury. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant yet relaxed decor that complements the stunning coastal backdrop. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a private balcony with panoramic views of the ocean—The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the amenities made for a perfect three day getaway from Guadalajara.

This place is beautiful! We felt. like we were the only ones in this giant mansion. Big, beautiful room with amazing view of Boca. Amazing bed. Huge grounds and pathways to town and the beach. Cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel. Love the rules they have because it keeps order and tranquility. I love how it is adults only as well. It’s close to everything! Check in process was smooth. They were also kind enough to hold our bags until check in time. I would stay here again. Thanks amaca team for the great hospitality!

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

This is a fantastic place to stay, especially before or after a longer trip in PV. I stayed one night here before traveling south to Mismaloya. I highly recommend this place. The staff are kind and accommodating. I arrived and had a beautiful cocktail right away. Very easy to check in. The breakfast was wonderful, the flavors were just right. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to the Marina and the neighborhood is safe. I walked home alone from the Marina as a single traveler around 10:00 and felt fine. The ease and flexibility of this place makes it a gem. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful penthouse overlooking all of Vallarta. Tons of space and very well decorated. Large patio with jacuzzi and amazing views day or night of the entire city. I would live here if they would let me!

My 2nd floor suite in the Villa Mercedes Petit Hotel fulfilled my accommodation needs for my time in PVR. The location is great (i.e., close to the popular beach day clubs, restaurants, and nightlife), the suite was clean, there was plenty of storage space for my things in the suite, the check-in / check-out process was very easy, and the balcony in my suite had a partial view of the ocean and a full view of Blondie's. The two dogs roaming the property were very well-behaved and sweet, but they would start barking in the morning before I was ready to wake up. Also, the bed was very firm and, being a side sleeper, my hips are sore after 6 nights. However, aside from the occasional dog barks, I was still able to sleep just fine.

The hotel was just lovely. Thee view over the church of the ocean was perfect and the balcony was wonderful to relax on in the morning and evenings. The place is unique, tastefully decorated, and the staff was more than helpful! At one point I messaged our host through the app asking where we could buy a couple tiny screws for our broken luggage, within 30 seconds he sent his staff, Ramon up to fix it! The downtown area is a little noisy, if that's something that bothers you, I might suggest bringing ear plugs, but totally worth it for the proximity and ambiance.
