David was a helpful responsive host. The flat was spacious, with great internet and it was nice to get it cleaned. I’d stay again.

We had a really great stay! The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and had everything we needed for our week here. There are a few small supermarkets and restaurants nearby and otherwise there are always enough tuk tuks on site to go further into town. In addition, our host Anna was super helpful and always answered quickly. And not to forget: An absolute highlight was the stunning view over Phnom Penh from the apartment, as it is located on the 44th floor. Thank you very much - we always like to come back when we are in Phnom Penh in the future!

Great stay, would definitely recommend. Walkable to most things but easy to get a grab or tuk-tuk as they’re always waiting outside. The apartment is ideal for a couple of nights especially with the washing machine if you’re travelling for a long time. The pool on the roof is great too as you’re able to relax

Place is great. Very peaceful and restaurant and pool area have tons of plants and many fans that make you feel comfortable. The food at the restaurant is also great. Volin and her staff and more than just friendly and always trying to find ways to make your stay more comfortable. Recommend this place 100% We stayed in one of Volin's studios with a kitchen, the only inconvenience was there is no fan to extract the smoke when cooking and sadly keeping the door open is not an option due to the mosquitos and bugs, so the studio would get smoky and smelly for a couple of hours after cooking.

L'appartement est très sympa et c'était un plaisir de le retrouver, j'en ai fait une base pour y laisser une partie de mes bagages pendant que je voyageais. Beaucoup de petits restaurants, un supermarché pas loin. Une bonne base de départ. Le personnel est toujours sympathique et attentionné.

O apartamento era exatamente o que precisávamos. A internet era boa, mesa para trabalho, quarto muito limpo e espaçoso, máquina de lavar. A comunicação com a Chhay e família foi ótima e eles deram todo o suporte que precisamos. A localização é boa - restaurantes e supermercado perto, e para chegar até a Pub Street/Centro o custo do tuktuk é muito barato. Ao lado do apartamento moram algumas famílias simples e muito simpáticas. As crianças da vizinhança foram muito receptivas, brincamos com elas e elas fizeram a nossa estadia ser ainda mais especial

Fantastic apartment. One of those rare finds that actually does look better than the pics and is more spacious. Self Checkin was a breeze, even late at night. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries/ requests nearly instantly. Amenities provided were comparable to a luxury hotel. A complimentary bottle of wine at check-in added that extra caring touch showing the host knows hospitality. Only caveat- the stairs that lead up to the apartment are few, but still possibly steep for those with mobility concerns / elderly All in all, highly recommended both for the place and exemplary service from host.

A wonderful stay at the condominium. Everything was as described and the unit and building was clean and well maintained. A peaceful place to stay with great views of the city. Nice swimming pool and Gym on the 32nd floor accessible from the stairs on the 31st floor via the elevator. A big thanks to the host for the pleasant stay.

Just far away from Pub Street to avoid the noise, just close enough to easily indulge if you want. Miss Kim is the ideal hostess and Smile restaurant on site is amazing food at an amazing price.

this place is very accurately described imby both owner and renters reviews, good location good apartment AC only in the bedroom as stated so take nite of that. I have zero complaints about it stay I will say though as others have said the back entrance which you will likely use as the main way in and out is interesting I guess you could say do if your not the most adventurous type or this is your very first time in a foreign land maybe take that into consideration but honestly looks are deciving I went in out multiple times a day and all was fine everytime and everyone in the alley ways were friendly

Très bel appartement. il se trouve dans un quartier chinois ( je crois ) qui a beaucoup d'avantages ( bien moins cher que le reste de Phnom Penh sur les produits français). la vue est géniale. le tout est au dessus d'un centre commercial. je recommande. l'hôte a été amical et proactif. 🙏😉

This is one of the best choices to stay you can make in Siem Reap. Bunna and his family is really helpful and I never felt like I’m in a foreign country. They made me feel right at home. Apartment is modern and has all amenities. It’s 8-10 min walk to pub street and close to supermarket and other restaurants/cafes. Highly recommended!

Veayo Studio is a lovely place from which to explore Siem Reap. The studio is just as the photos show. It's elegantly decorated, surrounded by lush landscaping and a fresh water pool. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, the kitchen is equipped for cooking. The unit gets tons of natural light. The air conditioner in the bedroom is quiet and yet quite powerful. Peter and Kim are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and proactive. Peter gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, all of which were spot on. They also offered itineraries for seeing Angkor Wat. And Kim's breakfasts are fantastic! Having a Tuk Tuk driver connected to the property was so great. It made access to the city, to Angkor Wat and to other points of interest super easy. We would love to come back if we are in Siem Reap again.

The apartment is part of the Rambutan Resort, which means access to the Resort amenities such as breakfast, pool, spa, and most importantly, assistance from the friendliest staff in Siem Reap. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with a full kitchen for longer stays. The A/C is powerful and quiet. Ceiling fans help circulate the cool area through the unit. The bed it comfortable, great water pressure in the shower and hot water on demand. It was great to have both an oven and hob for cooking. And the washer worked great. It's just a five minute walk to the night market, but because it's located on a small alley, it's peaceful. Tons of great restaurants in the immediate area and within a 10-15 minute walk. Tuk Tuks galore. We had a minor issue with the WiFi, and when we told the front desk their tech staff were there within minutes to fix it. Over all, a perfect stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and my friend had fun staying in Katan’s place. The view is nice and the rooms are clean. Karan is also very responsive and accommodates request. Will deffineately come back soon.

The room was very modern and accurate. It was initially hard to find in the evening but the staff there helped us check in. Upstairs bathroom could use a bit more privacy. Overall, worth the price and it's close to Capitol bus station

Great place for a staycation, since it located in the middle of the city it is very easy to go to places and explore local area, somaly was super nice, provide a great instruction for checkin and made it a great experience for us.
