Frank and his staff were amazing throughout our stay. They were always attentive and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The tours organised by them were also well-planned and very reasonably priced. Morning breakfast at your own rooftop private pool was also a huge plus. Highly recommended 👍👍

Super lovely place, outside of the city (about 10-15 mins in a tuk tuk), perfect for a few days whilst staying in Siem Reap. Myself and my partner were so pleased we chose to stay here as it was not noisy, very private and peaceful. We got a tuk tuk to the city for dinner and back, and you are surrounded by locals which was lovely. The airbnb itself was great, clean and tidy. We were met by our hosts when we arrived and that was lovely to make us feel at home! there was great aircon and the outside kitchen was lovely. we had dinner and breakfasts there. sunset was great! Would recommend this airbnb to anyone!

Magnifique maison, au bord de la rivière, avec une vue imprenable. A l'arrivée, tard le soir, nous n'étions pas très à l'aise car la maison est semi ouverte et nous n'étions pas habitués à une telle immersion dans la nature. Karin est venue nous rassurer et nous donner de bons conseils; nous avons adoré notre séjour! Nous avons aussi pu profiter d'un excellent soin/massage au spa de l'autre côté de la rivière. On est venu nous chercher en bâteau pour nous y amener; très chouette.

We loved staying here. The rooms have AC and the pool was nice for a dip to cool down. The breakfast in the morning and food in the fridge felt equally as appreciated.

Très bel endroit. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent, le personnel est très gentil, très agréable. Réactif à chaque demande de notre part. Le logement très bien et la piscine nécessaire après une longue journée de visite quand il fait chaud. Situé pas très loin des temples mais nécessité de prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre.

Very nice place to stay, if you want to visit Nesat village. Neat and clean, Claire is a very considerate host. Well equipped kitchen, full size fridge, cold water already in the fridge when we arrived, we really had no problems. We arrived in low season, and many people in the Nesat community were not present. Claire helped us with whom offered food at the moment, and where to go and what to see. Great place to go, if you enjoy a quit time. Not an abundance of things to do very close to Nesat, but a great community, and we very much enjoyed the beaches and mangrove forests, and just hanging out with our kids in the villa and enjoying family time in the Forrest.

We really enjoyed this accommodation. Apartment was beautiful, cozy and clean. We loved the couch and tv and the bed was lovely. Amazing having our own washer on the balcony. Wish we could stay longer - would definitely come back! Host was very helpful and friendly and things went really smooth with we checked in. Cheers Johan

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi, has to be one of the best private appartments in Siem Reap. Quiet and semi secluded and only 5 mins to the city centre in a $1 tuk tuk. Local shops and restaurants start 200m away. Apartment is clean, large, open and spacious. Fantastic host, catered for our car. Will stay here again. Cheers DJ.

this place is very accurately described imby both owner and renters reviews, good location good apartment AC only in the bedroom as stated so take nite of that. I have zero complaints about it stay I will say though as others have said the back entrance which you will likely use as the main way in and out is interesting I guess you could say do if your not the most adventurous type or this is your very first time in a foreign land maybe take that into consideration but honestly looks are deciving I went in out multiple times a day and all was fine everytime and everyone in the alley ways were friendly

Prachtig verblijf met een mooi uitzicht. Schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. communicatie was goed en snel. Duidelijke uitleg en een rondleiding door het immense gebouw. Iedere tuk tuk driver weet het te vinden als je zegt prince mall.

Ruwan was a great host and the place was nice. There was an issue with the water supply but Ruwan was very pro-active and I barely noticed a thing. Would definitely recommend.

El alojamiento esta muy bien situado céntrico y a la vez tranquilo, El apartamento tiene bastante intimidad cosa que es muy a valorar, todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado. Es un apartamento completo. La entrada es un poco tenebrosa y las escaleras cuesta subirlas, pero no te dejes engañar por esto, realmente no afectara en nada a tu estancia y la misma será placentera.

Had an amazing stay at Angel’s place. The apartment is gorgeous and right next to Bassac Lane is nightlife is your thing. And even if not, the road directly out front stays pretty quiet, so will not interrupt your night if a homebody. Cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed through Airbnb. The apartment is luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lalin, the host, was fantastic—always responsive within minutes and flexible with our needs. The building itself is probably the nicest in the area, featuring a beautiful pool downstairs that was perfect for relaxing. The location is also excellent, with markets and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This stay was perfect. Exactly as described. The whole staff is unbelievably kind - Miss Kim went out of her way to make us feel at home when we arrived and was responsive even when she was traveling herself. The place is walking distance from great restaurants, local markets, tons of cafes, everything you need but is on a quiet street. Excellent value. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.
