Lovely apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Only downside we found was that there's no door between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment. It is a bit further from the city center but there are shops and markets nearby, as well as the Tuol Sleng Museum. We enjoyed our stay, the two air conditioners work super well to keep the place cool.

We booked a few days before our flight and we are super happy with our Airbnb. Ly friendly and easy to communicate with. The Airbnb was located in a perfect location by the river, close walking distance from attractions, and it was super comfy. The Airbnb is spacious, clean, and has AC - along with all the amenities you need. There’s a convenient family Khmer restaurant downstairs, ATM/ exchange, and TukTuk (ask for Lot, one of the tuktuk drivers if you run into him) right outside. Ly allowed us to extend our checkout for 2 hours since we had a later flight- Highly recommend!

Juan is such a nice a friendly host. I had an issue with my booking, he answered right away and done his best to help, I highly appreciated that. The apartment is between then the pictures, we loved the Japanese design and the attention to details. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking+ free water. The view from the window it's awesome, and we loved the infinity pool by the river. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Phnom Penh.

Great place! This is a new, well maintained and comfortable building with excellent amenities. The apartment is one bedroom, one bathroom and one living room. Everything feels new and clean. The pool and gym are first-rate. The hosting is friendly, thoughtful and helpful. This is excellent value. The only downside is the location, which across the river from town in Chroy Changvar. It is a 10 minute taxi ride to town, and there's really nothing nearby. That being said, I would definitely stay there again.

The place was conveniently located, and the hosts were easy to coordinate with. Clean, no-frills place, and definitely a place I would stay in again next time.

Overall experience was great. When we arrived, we got a warm welcome from a lil girl. She was a fantastic host :) Villa was perfect for us. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. However the construction behind the villa started at 6.30 AM.. so noisy. We couldn’t sleep. Anyway we will definitely stay here again.

Authentique maison khmer sur pilotis avec une confortable véranda donnant sur un jardin soigné. Pas d'air conditionné mais de nombreux ventilateurs. Accueil chaleureux, avec fresh coconuts de bienvenue. Le couple de propriétaires est charmant, très disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service, notamment en proposant un transport en moto-remorque ou en voiture. On recommande totalement : un des Airbnb les plus mémorables que l'on a faits !

We had a fantastic stay at Mao's house. It is well located to visit Angkor, and we really appreciated staying in the village with all the comfort of a home. Mao and his family made all possible for us to feel at home, had great recommendations for what to do in the area, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again we hope to visit you again! I could not recommend more.

L’hospitalité d’Esaro et son épouse est incroyable. On est accueillis avec beaucoup d’attention et on se sent bien de suite. La guesthouse est idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la batcave et du site tragique des killing caves. Esaro nous a amenés à proximité du site et nous avons pu rentrer à pieds. Le bungalow en bois que nous occupions est spacieux avec beaucoup de charme. Un séjour dans la batcave family guesthouse vaut vraiment le détour, c’est exactement ce que nous aimons en voyageant. J’allais oublier les repas absolument délicieux, les fruits frais …

I warmly recommend Sous*s house to everyone who seeks to experience like more real cambodian way of life; you will like the original style of the house,a rather big yard with a locked gate,garden,hammocks and even a simple bicycle that is available for you.I miss the place and its peaceful,relaxing feeling.Above all Sous herself is of great help and a fantastic personality,too.

Sok was a perfect host. Je picked us up from the airport and brought us to the original Khmer House in his property, where he also lives. He took care for us and organized a lot for us. Especially the Tuk Tuk driver and Guide for the small Angkor Wat Tour. Thank you so much, Sok. And thank you also for the invitation to your family party and the beer. We had a wounderful time in Siem Reap and Sok‘s Khmer-House.

Ce logement est soigné et propre. 2 jours étaient trop peu pour profiter de tout le confort que ce bel appartement offre. Le décoration, le choix des matériaux, la propreté irréprochable, la literie : bravo au propriétaire (qui est Belge) pour tous ces efforts mis dans le Airbnb ! On s'est senti comme à la maison (en version arty)

Many good restaurants in the area. A wide variety of types and ethnicity . Big fresh market close by and less than 1 km to Russian Market

מדובר בדירות מודרניות בבניין מנוהל, באזור שפע של מסעדות וקניונים, מרחק כמה דקות בטוקטוק מאיזור הבילוי המרכזי של פנום פן. כאמור החדרים מודרניים, נקיים, המיטות נוחות ומהחלונות נוף פנורמי של הנהר וקו הרקיע של העיר. בבניין יש חדר כושר ובריכה שעשו הבדל משמעותי. בקיצור, שהייה מצויינת אל תהססו להזמין!

Tucked away in a private corner, it's a very peaceful location yet close enough to the city centre n other sigts. The room is well furnished, great for long term stay as u can cook all ur meals. Sleeps 3 ppl comfortably too.

This condo has really good location And very cool swimming pool view The kitchen equipment is insufficient to cook , the owner offers you to bring whatever you lack but I could not bother , since it is too many things lacking if you want to cook. Probably it is just me This condo in total had a very good price - quality ratio

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

A great stay with a friendly and very accommodating host. I got to tge apartment at 1am and that was no problem at all. Great customer service
